Clean room, friendly staff, convenient location. Great for a one-night stay!

-Scented toilet paper -Complimentary water bottle every day -Amazing quality breakfast -Free maps of hotel has all water station maps -Comfortable bed -Slippers -English TV channels including CNN -Amazing hotel stuffs! everyone smiling, nice breakfast ladies, helpful for Porter, room was cleaned every day !François rocks! -very close to the water boat station goes to airport return ticket is only €18  -48 hours water boat is $35 very useful 

We had an amazing time staying in NH Collection Murano Villa. From the helpful staff to the fancy and comfy room, everything was great. We booked a superior double room which had all the bits and bobs you need for a vacation. We also had dinner at the restaurant and it was delicious. The waiter recommended all the best dishes we should try and we loved all of them. Bit pricey but worth it. Definitely recommend if you're visiting Venice and planning to stay in Murano.

Fantastic location, staff were super helpful. Breakfast was very tasty and the bonus of afternoon cake was a lovely surprise. Would recommend if you wan fro be in the heart of Venice

오래돤 고 성을 바꾸느라 고생을 했지만 다 고치긴 어려웠을 듯 하지만 많이들 가고 좋아요

I didn’t expect much from the hotel actually. Check in was pretty swift, receptionist tried their best to give you a guide if it’s your first time in Venezia. Rooms were small in size, probably expected it too. But everything else was pretty complete, you have bedroom slippers, soap and shampoo etc. No toothbrush toothpaste. No bathrobes or kettle. But most things best to prep bcs hotels in Europe usually dont provide. Cleanliness exceeded my expectations. Bathroom were huge, clean and looks luxurious. There’s an elevator too - suitable for elderly if you’re travelling with one. Location is superb - in Canneregio, there’s like restaurants and bar everywhere near the hotel, super chill too, a lot of people likely locals but not as annoying as in San Marco as it’s touristy packed.

非常非常滿意的酒店，雖然看上去有小 ，外標三星級。但是我覺得這家酒店要比三星級好太多。特色是位置太好，就在圓形競技場邊上。另外一個就是早餐非常好。房間小對我來説不是問題。 看的出這家酒店的管理也非常到位。入住率很高。

酒店是四星裏面比較高的標準，訂的是loft 房間，一家三口住得很舒服。早餐的標準也很高，麪包蛋糕芝士火腿水果的選擇都很多，服務也很好。但因為第一次去威尼斯，不知道出租車不能直接到酒店，提着行李上橋過橋走了1.2公里，非常累。走的時候知道可以坐船，大家要計劃好啊。

El hotel está a 15 minutos andando de la plaza de San Marco o de la estación de tren / autobús. Nosotros nos dieron una habitación en un edificio colindante pero a 5 metros del hotel. La habitación amplia, limpia y silenciosa. No daba a ningún canal sino a un patio interno. El lugar del desayuno es un poco pequeño, tienes q indicar hora cuando vayas a desayunar para evitar aglomeraciones. El desayuno tiene de todo pero ya q el espacio es muy reducido y los platos pequeños tienen q reponer al instante, pero el servicio es muy atento y nunca falta de nada.

Top lage, etwas außerhalb dafür hat man aber seine ruhe. Fhrüstücksbuffet sehr lecker.
