Hotel Romantic di Hokkaido, Japan

The hotel is quite old, but the location is pretty good. It's a 15 minute walk to the shopping area, or you can take the subway that's outside the hotel (2 stops). Hotel offers paid parking directly outside (JPY1,500 for one day, JPY2,500 for two days), with unlimited entry/exit. This is great for people renting a car, as most hotels in downtown Sapporo don't have their own parking facilities.

The basics of all city hotels - location, location, location..... !!! And Hotel Stream is smacked in the heart of everything Sapporo has to offer unless you prefer a quieter and calmer spot then this hotel is NOT for you. Rooms are pretty standard in terms of size and amenities, it's, quiet, and great for city strolling. If your intention is to use this hotel as your base to do day trips to Furano & Biei, The Hill of the Buddha Moai, or the renowned Otaru (which unfortunately isn't that muchl unless you're a die hard music box & glass making fan) this is your BEST CHOICE until Hyatt House opens in Oct 2026 (a bird told me - for those Globalist out there) . Oh... a BIG tip by the way (if you've been reading till this point: request for a room with a direct view of the Sapporo's ferries wheel (not that I am a fan lol) or the view of the Nikka advertisement on my attached photo - they are worth it. It's amazing to sleep with such stunning view and wake up to one..... (check out my photos taken from my room) In case you wonder if that pic of me by the glass overlooking thr Nikka ad sign - that's the main breakfast restaurant where you will be having your daily breakfast but u have to get there early to book that seat, otherwise sit through breakfast till they close and then u get to take this photo for as long as you please...... Ok ok ok... i know I'm a little long winded. But hey... oh yeah... u need to know that you can take a limousine bus from CTS (Chitose International Airport) to Susukino which takes about 50mins on way for JPY1500 per person. Easy weasy and the from the bus stop in susukino where most will disembark - it's only a 5min walk to Hotel Stream which ISN'T that obvious as the hotel sign is NOT exactly on the building. You have to look out for a building that reads ”Coco-something” (ops forgotten the name of the building) and the hotel lobby is located on the 7th floor of that building which also house a shopping center, movie theater and numerous restaurants. If you're srill reading this - give me a like already and don't be stingy with that click will ya? Lol. Super convenient location. Right next to the JR station and bus terminal. The bus terminal has the airport limousine service. Hakodate morning market is just right next to the hotel. The hotel offers an array of tea and toiletries for the guest's selection.

A very comfortable stay and one I would happily return to on a future trip to Sapporo. The room was spacious by Japanese hotel standards, well maintained, and had a grand feel without being overly luxurious. After long days of sightseeing, it was a pleasant place to return to and rest. The location is excellent, within walking distance of Sapporo Station while still being quiet and convenient. What really stood out was the practicality of the hotel. The airport limousine bus stops here, making arrivals and departures very easy. There are also luggage lockers available, and Yamato luggage delivery services can be arranged from the hotel. A small tip: if you're planning to use Yamato luggage delivery, do take note of the cut-off times and delivery schedules, as they may affect your travel plans. Overall, a comfortable, convenient, and reliable base for exploring Sapporo and the surrounding areas. I would definitely stay here again by next week.

The view from our room was insane, overlooking the lake. The room was a bit outdated but it served us well for our trip, though the bed was quite firm and springy. The service was amazing, location was great for us as we had a car and the parking lot was a very short walk away. The only downside is how overwhelming the buffet smells are but the selection is plentiful.

Very nice and comfortable hotel. After a long flight, we were happy to say we had a very very good sleep. We only woke up at 5.14am thinking we overslept but Hokkaido summer is here and sunrise is around 4am! We love the Onsen and its cleanliness. The staff were helpful and attentive. They sent us extra pillows very quickly. This hotel is about 10-15 minutes walk from the JR station. Use the north exit - you'll only see the North Exit sign when you exit either East or West ticket gates. We had to find the sign and even the staff gave us the wrong information!

Perkhidmatannya mesra, mesra dan profesional. Makanannya hebat dengan beberapa pilihan tempatan dan pelbagai hidangan barat dan Asia. Harga yang kami bayar sangat berpatutan untuk bilik yang kami diami dan saya akan menginap di sini lagi dalam masa terdekat dan akan mengesyorkannya.

Enjoyed every moment in the hotel ,well recommended ,good value for off season. Food buffet spread was delicious n sumptuous.. Loved the onsen ,comfort wise good ,view was awesome.. thou it's was drizzling upon arrival but was able to go to ground n view the fireworks, surprised it was good lights up of 20 mins. Overall ,hotel staff was friendly n welcome.

Saya agak gementar sebelum saya berpindah. Selepas membaca ulasan, saya bimbang bilik itu terlalu kecil dan tidak cukup bersih. Daftar masuk sebenar adalah hebat dan saya sangat berpuas hati. Kakitangannya mesra dan bertimbang rasa Walaupun bahasa Inggeris mereka tidak cukup baik, mereka masih secara proaktif menggunakan perisian terjemahan untuk berkomunikasi. Minuman panas percuma di lobi Bilik itu bersih dan kemas Sangat dekat dengan Pintu Keluar 10 Stesen Kereta Api Bawah Tanah Odori Anda sebenarnya tidak perlu menukar kereta bawah tanah selepas turun di Sapporo JR Anda boleh terus berjalan di sepanjang laluan bawah tanah ke Stesen Odori. Kawasan sekitar terletak 3 minit dari Tanukikoji dengan pelbagai jenis restoran.

We’re 4 night stayed at ANA Crowne Plaza Sapporo, which is a well-known 4★ business hotel in Sapporo. Very Good Location • Close to Sapporo Station (≈7–10 min walk) • Easy access to: • JR trains • Airport transfer • Shopping & restaurants The room looks clean, but not large (very normal for Japan) and practical — very typical of a business hotel setup. It gives a calm, minimalist vibe! Reliable, safe choice.
