Check in and check out process were smooth. Free coffee and tea all day in this cold weather was prefect for us. This includes free ice cream at night as well.

Amazing place just like in a dream. Very Japanese room with footon and interior. Breakfast and especially dinner were perfect in a huge private room. Delicious dishes with exotic fish like scorpio fish etc. Very tasty! Onsen was amazing especially in the evening, wish to return one day! Thank you!

This hotel is close to the Kobe Sannomiya station. Within less than 3 min walk already reached the restaurants, shops and everything you need.

Its not a new hotel but the massive balcony by the sea is awesome. very spacious and super comfortable bed. good AC. parking was within the hotel. free welcome drinks for all guests from 2pm, including sparking wine. breakfast selection was HUGE! with fresh orange juice machine, fresh made burgers, dount rack and loads more!

스마 해변과 가까워서 매우 좋은 호텔입니다. 서비스가 아주 좋았고 시설도 매우 만족스럽습다만 호텔의 특성(?)상 가족보다는 커플이 방문하기에 좋습니다.

This was a good place but the location was on the mountain which was a little far from restaurants. Definitely not a place to take your children, there was a massager on the table. But a nice hotel with friendly staff.

Hanamusubi Ryokan has been our favorite place when we plan our trip to Osaka region. We always book the same room with our private onsen so we can soak ourselves unlimited times a day while enjoying their cuisine both in the evenings and mornings in our room. Although we see some minor changes in their overall operation, their standards of service remain high and we couldn't be more satisfied during our last stay as well.

AMAZING!! Absolutely the best!! It was also a steal to stay in one of the best ryokans there for such a price. Room was nice, the amenities included the traditional tea set, i was also provided the yukata and pyjamas and towels for the onsens. The territory included 5 baths, including 2 outdoor ones, for women, which I tried gladly. It was a very relaxing experience. Most baths included an extended self-care set of face and body care treatments you could use in public areas. My skin and soul felt amazing. I also tried ramen in the ramen restaurant in the hotel - was also left happy!

Неплохой рекан. Номера большие и уютные, с удобными кроватями и подушками. В самом рекане два небольших приватных онсена. Они немного уставшие. Так же можно бесплатно попасть в общественный онсен. Он нам понравился больше. На ужин не стали брать кайсеки, только взяли завтрак. Довольно вкусный и сытный традиционный завтрак
