We are not allowed to wear our own shoes once we enter the lobby. If we are expected to walk bare feet, maybe the hotel should consider providing guest with indoor slippers.
It is very uncomfortable walking to the restaurants barefeet as no matter how clean they keep the floors, there’s bound to be food spills and oily surfaces.
Breakfast and Dinner are great, just need more variety for guests staying more than 3 days.

Very satisfied with our stay at Angel Grandia Hotel. The ski-in, ski-out access made skiing extremely convenient, and moving from the ski area into the hotel never felt cold. The room was warm and comfortable at night.
The staff and shuttle bus attendants were friendly and helpful, and having a FamilyMart inside the hotel was very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing
GGuest UserThe best stay ever with exceptional service and super gorgeous room + private onsen. We enjoyed a complimentary welcome drink and dessert before they showed us to our room. The loft style japanese room was stunning, decorated with tasteful details. The best part was of course the onsen, we could watch snow as we enjoyed the soak. There was also a massage chair in the room haha.
The breakfast that we added on was really delicious too. The hotel provides pick up service to and fro train stations nearby, make sure to check with them prior to your arrival.
Something that warms our hearts is their quality service, e.g. they would warm our shoes before we head out as it was snowing outside etc.
Location wise, it's very near to Gala Yuzawa station. However, I think most restaurants are closer to Echigo Yuzawa station. So we would take a short walk there every night for dinner instead.

SSmiley18The room, hot springs, and the entire building were all clean and it was a pleasant stay. The flower decorations in the building were also very cute.
All the staff were friendly and helpful, and even gave us information about the yukata size.
I would like to stay here again.
