"Had an amazing stay at Hotel Resol Trinity Osaka during my trip to Osaka. The hotel has a beautiful boutique style with a warm and elegant atmosphere that immediately makes you feel relaxed. One of the things I loved most was the subtle aroma throughout the hotel, which created a very calming and refreshing ambiance. The thoughtful amenities were also impressive, especially the beauty set provided in the room, which was a lovely extra touch and made the stay feel more premium and comfortable. The staff were polite and welcoming, and everything was clean and well maintained. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Osaka who wants a stylish, comfortable, and more meaningful travel experience. Would definitely stay again!"

"The Osaka Ebisu Hotel is a diamond in the rough right smack in the middle of eateries, and souvenir shops. Besides the blood stain on our bed sheet, I would highly recommend that both early check in price and late check out prices are advertised. Usually most hotels would give an extra hour, they did not. So FYI its 2000 YEN per person for an early check in if your rooms available and for a late check out of up to an hour it is 2000 YEN. Gentlemen downstairs with really slow English stuttered at first saying 1000 YEN, but quickly corrected himself to state 2000 YEN. Overall experience was great for a laat minute booking - shower is majestic."

"Hotel ni kira-kira 5 hingga 8 minit berjalan kaki dari Stesen Shin-Osaka. Ini adalah bilik hotel terbesar yang pernah saya menginap. Saya menempah bilik twin di tingkat tinggi, dengan katil bersaiz 1.6 meter. Empat orang dewasa boleh tidur dengan selesa tanpa masalah, dan terdapat juga sofa untuk berehat. Tiga beg pakaian boleh dibuka sepenuhnya tanpa sebarang kesulitan. Jarang sekali dapat bilik yang begitu luas! Hotel ini juga membersihkan bilik setiap hari (banyak hotel di Jepun tidak membersihkan bilik setiap hari), memang patut dipuji! Onsen awam di tingkat 4 juga agak bagus, walaupun ia hanya air panas dan bukan mata air panas (pihak hotel nampaknya tidak mengatakan ia adalah mata air panas). Terdapat juga minuman percuma di tingkat 3! Memang sangat mudah! Terdapat juga kedai peralatan sukan yang besar dan pasar raya berhampiran. Stesen Shin-Osaka juga mudah diakses ke Kobe dan Kyoto. Saya pasti akan datang lagi!"

"I stayed at Hotel Kansai for four nights. Overall, the room was pretty good — comfortable and clean. The bathroom is very small, but that’s fairly standard for Japan, so no real surprise there. The staff were great and very friendly, although check-in is self-service, so you don’t really need much help anyway. There were a few negatives that are worth mentioning. One small but disappointing issue was dust behind the TV. It’s wall-mounted and very visible when you walk past every day, so it didn’t feel like something that was just missed once — it stood out. In the new building, there is only one elevator and it’s very slow. That’s a minor issue, but the biggest problem by far is the Wi-Fi. It’s extremely unreliable. It connects, disconnects for several minutes, comes back briefly, then drops again. I tested this on three different devices (phone and laptop), and when it went down on one, it went down on all of them. When it works, the speed is actually very fast, which makes it even more frustrating. For anyone who needs to work online, this is a serious issue, and personally I wouldn’t stay here again unless the Wi-Fi is fixed. Another thing to note is the location. It’s not as close to the subway as some people might think. There are bridges, underpasses, and mall connections, and if you’re new to the area it can be a bit confusing. Noise is also something to be aware of. You can hear sounds from outside at night, like music or drums, and the walls seem quite thin — I could hear people snoring in nearby rooms. I didn’t sleep terribly, but I did wake up three or four times each night. Finally, the room setup is very basic. There’s no proper chair, just a small wooden stool, which isn’t ideal if you want to sit comfortably for any length of time. Overall, it’s a decent hotel and better than some places I’ve stayed, but not the best. I would consider staying again only if the Wi-Fi issues were properly addressed."

"The stay was so comfy because it was located near to convenience stores, restaurants, and den den town! If you have no luggage, the nearest exit would be exit 5 :) Pros: Had free flow ice cream, drinks, ramen, and a hot spring! Location was great too. Cons: Because of the great price points, the food area can get a little bit crowded. Personally, I don’t mind because it just adds on to the atmosphere!"

"Was a shirt walk from airport limousine bus stop. A key reason to choose this. And i got a room with two single beds. Honestly genrous by japanese standards. Location is walking distance to Dontoburi. Tons of food and shops around. Only down side, the airoort bus schedule back to airport is not friendly. Too early ha. I totally would stay here again"
