Hotel Romantic di Osaka Prefecture, Japan

LUGGAGE STORAGE 💀 💕Overall the hotel is amazing! Near to 7/11 and Lawson. There’s an airport bus just 5minutes away. However, their luggage storage system, it says there’s free luggage storage but they only allow ONE baggage per person, if there’s 2 ppl in your room then 2 luggages. You can store your other luggages at the mall where the airport bus is, BUT Sundays the storage space is closed and we had to drag our luggages to somewhere else for a whole day….you should have written the one luggage per person instead of free luggage storage at the concierge so that people can plan accordingly.

Great location and in Osaka. Our room was on the larger side for Japanese hotel rooms so that was an added bonus. The bathtub had a large window with a great view of the city! The option to do laundry while traveling with a toddler was a lifeline! Certainly would recommend to families traveling with small children.

The hotel is in between Shinsaibashi Station and Nagahoribashi Station. The staff are polite and friendly. The room is decent size for two people, though 2 open luggages can only be done halfway open, but sti ok. There’s free hot & cold drinks at the lounge area which is open from 5am to 12mn. The buffet breakfast is nice, mostly local Japanese foods (which we like), i can say that the cereal can be considered western. 😁 There’s a family mart just 2-5mins walk. And you can also walk to Namba from the hotel. Overall, it is a good hotel choice when in Osaka.

Saya pergi ke Jepun selama 8 hari dan menginap di sini selama 4 malam. Ia sangat mudah dan kemudahan hotel juga sangat canggih. Lokasi: Cemerlang. Dari Lapangan Terbang Kansai, anda boleh mengambil Haruka ke Stesen Tennoji, yang hanya 5 perhentian dari Stesen Tennoji di Laluan Tananicho. Hotel ini terletak hanya 2 hentian dari Umeda, dan ia juga sangat mudah untuk pergi ke Shinsaibashi. Hotel ini secara menyerong bertentangan dengan stesen kereta api bawah tanah, di sebelah kanan di seberang jalan dari stesen kereta api bawah tanah. Hotel ini berjarak 15 minit berjalan kaki dari Istana Osaka, sangat dekat, cuma ikut peta Google. Kemudahan dan perkhidmatan: Sikap perkhidmatan sangat baik Kami tidak menemui meja depan berbahasa Cina, tetapi bahasa Inggeris tidak menjadi masalah. Apatah lagi dengan kekurangan perkhidmatan, anda boleh mendaftar masuk dan mendaftar keluar sendiri. Jika anda tidak boleh mengendalikannya sendiri, meja depan bersedia membantu pada hari kami pergi, jadi kami meminjam kereta sorong hotel dan payung. Kami pergi ke Kyoto dan Kobe selama tiga hari dan terus menyimpan bagasi besar kami di hotel kerana kami akan tinggal di sini semula apabila kami kembali ke Osaka. Terdapat produk penjagaan kulit di pintu masuk lif, jadi ambil sendiri. Boleh cuba sarapan hotel, tapi lebih digalakkan pergi ke kopi bakar arang sebelah hotel, haha~ Bilik: Setiap hari kami keluar awal dan balik lewat, dan mereka sentiasa bersih apabila kami balik. Saya suka pengering rambut di hotel ini dari Refa dan sangat selesa. Saya ingin pergi ke pusat membeli-belah untuk membelinya dan membawanya kembali, jadi saya memutuskan untuk tidak. Katil dan bantal hendaklah mempunyai kelembutan dan ketegasan yang sesuai, dan jangan lupa untuk menghidupkan pelembap, jika tidak, anda mungkin mengalami pendarahan hidung akibat kekeringan. Istana Osaka boleh dilihat di hujung koridor di atas tingkat 14 hotel.

I had a very pleasant stay at this accommodation. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was also convenient for getting around. Overall, I was very satisfied and would happily stay here again in the future.

Berbanding hotel Jepun biasa, bilik ini sangat besar, katil pun besar. Susun aturnya sangat cantik dan berkarakter, memberikan suasana yang menyenangkan. Di kaunter depan ada seorang kakitangan yang boleh berbahasa Cina, sangat ramah. Pasar raya besar terletak di sebelah, dan jaraknya juga dekat dengan stesen kereta api bawah tanah serta kedai serbaneka.

Checking in was fast. Wifi was fast. Close to airport, train, premium outlet and the beach. Even convenient store was a few steps away. The hotel provide ample space to store our luggage after checking out. I am really happy with my stay there and would stay here again in my next stay in osaka. Thank you.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel inside and out. Felt like a home alone hotel in the lobby. You can see this hotel cost an absolute bomb to build when it was originally built. It's moved on a bit in time now but the hotel is well looked after and the staff kind and friendly. We especially liked the selection of teas, coffee and bath salts in the lobby. Great location. The bathroom had a funny smell but I imagine that was the drains. We left the fan on all the time to try and take it out. Would definitely recommend for the price point!!!!!!!!

📍 **Location**: Not bad and quite convenient. There’s a **Life supermarket** nearby, plus a **FamilyMart** right behind the hotel. A **7-Eleven** is just opposite, but you’ll need to cross the traffic light to get there. 🚇 **Metro access**: Do note that the nearest metro exit may be closed after 9 PM, so it’s better to head back earlier if you want to use that exit. ☕ **Amenities**: The hotel provides coffee, and during my stay they upgraded the machine to include **hot chocolate** which was really nice! Overall, a comfortable stay with good convenience stores and essentials nearby.

Everything was very smooth. All the employees were very nice and accomodating. Everything was clean. The amenities were ok... the gym is just some cardio machines with a pull up machine. I think it's location makes it really hard to accomplish a better fitness room, as it would make a lot of noise for the lobby and the event room directly adjacent if there were any other machines there. The laundry was great though. I think the hotel design of going up to the reception first to be able to get to the rooms is a little odd and a little inconvinient but it was ok. The location is excellent, right next to a metro and a bunch of shopping and stuff to do.
