I booked the wrong Hilton but the receptionist told me I’m not the only one. I went to a concert and they were kind enough to let me check out a bit later. Room is big and bed confortante. Toilet is also big and with amenities. If you’re planning to visit the Porto wine caves and Gaia this hotel is really in a great location. There’s also the food market near by and some restaurants and bars. The

We had a truly perfect stay at Jam Hotel Porto. From the very beginning everything felt easy and welcoming. The room was in excellent condition, almost like new, very modern and thoughtfully designed. It was always clean and perfectly tidy which made it very comfortable to come back to after a day in the city. What made the stay really special was the lovely lady at the reception. She noticed that I was celebrating my birthday during our stay and organized a birthday muffin to be brought up to my room. It was such a kind and personal gesture that I did not expect at all and it honestly made my day. Overall it felt like a place where people really care about their guests, not just in a professional way but in a warm and genuine way. I would happily stay here again without hesitation.

Generally good, clean, affordable, close to the old city (tourist places), a lot of USB charger ports. Need to climb up a long slope from train station so not recommended for foot impaired people. Window is thick enough to shield the road noise (located at a bypass bridge so car traffic is heavy) but the air-conditioner needs to be set to very cold (18C) in order to blow fresh air, otherwise poor circulation as windows must stay closed. The saturated RGB theme is wired. Just use normal 3000K-4000K bulb.

The hotel was much nicer than some of the other reviews I read about it. It has bags of charm and was very clean. There are renovations going on at the moment so lots of banging which is no good for someone who likes to sleep in. The room itself was lovely but with a real lack of space for your 'things' and the bathroom, which was newly refurbished, could really do with some shelves and storage. No milk or sugar for tea but there is a fridge for milk so not the end of the world. Excellent location

The hotel location is very good. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. The staff are really nice. The hotel 's decoration is grand. Breakfast and the food is good. Everything is above my expectations. Although the room is not large, it's clean and decent. We are happy to stay in this hotel and would like to recommend it to others.

Good friendly hotel and very close by to the town. I like the bedrooms and bathrooms are very clean . Me and my friends , three of us they upgrade our room to suites . We got two rooms together . The breakfast is very good, lovely nice food, a lot of variety they even have cave wine in the morning .
