Such an amazing hotel, great view of the Gulangsu island, close to a lot of shops and convenience stores. The beaches nearby are so beautiful, the room was clean and very comfortable. The daily cleaning made everything perfect. I highly recommend this place to stay.

The hotel is quite large, yet there was only one staff member on duty at night, which is clearly insufficient. When deliveries arrived, guests were required to go downstairs to collect them themselves. In this day and age, it is surprising that there is not even a basic delivery service or robot assistance, which made the experience very inconvenient. In addition, matters that were clearly communicated to the front desk were not properly handled. The staff kept saying they were busy and avoided responsibility, which reflects poor management. Overall, I do not believe this hotel meets a 4–5 star standard at all. The service quality is even worse than a 1-star hotel. Very disappointing experience 这家酒店规模很大，但晚上居然只有一位员工在值班，服务明显不足。外卖或物品送到后，需要客人自己下楼领取，在这个时代连基本的配送服务或机器人都没有，体验非常差。 另外，前台之前已交代处理的事项也没有落实，一直以“很忙”为理由推卸责任，让人感觉管理非常混乱。 整体来说，我完全不认为这是一家达到4-5星级标准的酒店，服务质量甚至比1星酒店还差，非常失望。

I had a great stay in this property, got the room for a very affordable price, the location is very accessible to all, there is a mall, coffee shop, restaurant and convenience store downstairs and also the room had a nice view. The host is very accommodating, they have a cleaning service everyday and most importantly for me is the cleanliness of the room, the room is well maintained that's why i felt comfortable on my entire stay. I’m very satisfied with my stay. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable—exactly what you need for a relaxing trip. Breakfast exceeded expectations with lots of choices and a different food selection each morning, so it never got boring. The location is convenient, making it easy to get around. What really stood out were the little surprises: complimentary snacks and an eye mask delivered to our room—such a nice touch. Even after checkout, the service remained top-notch. When we noticed all the sofas in the lobby were occupied, the front desk kindly brought us to the VIP lounge to rest. That kind of attentiveness is rare and much appreciated. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone who values comfort, variety, and genuine hospitality.

Great place to stay when you're in Xiamen! We specifically wanted to stay by the beach and so we choose this hotel. It was literally a 5-minute walk to a beach that is more private and less crowded than the other beaches in Xiamen. Breakfast is very good with lots of options. Location is quite good too, it was very easy to get a Didi as they come directly to the hotel. We never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a Didi to come. Eventhough it's by the beach, other areas such as Shapowei are just around 15-20 min taxi ride. Big malls such as MixC and SM around 25-30 mins away, not too bad. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and would stay here again in the future.

Di seberang jalan ialah Pulau Gulangyu, menawarkan pemandangan yang menakjubkan dari tingkap, menjadikannya tempat yang bagus untuk melihat matahari terbenam dan juga memotret pemandangan malam pulau itu. Persekitaran dan Reka Bentuk: Bilik bersih dan kemas, dengan hiasan yang ber***a. Ciri pintar (seperti kawalan suara dan projektor) meningkatkan keselesaan dan kemudahan. Perkhidmatan: Kakitangan bersemangat dan profesional, menyediakan perkhidmatan yang teliti, menawarkan petua perjalanan dan respons responsif, menjadikan penginapan sebagai pengalaman yang benar-benar mengalu-alukan. Semasa berlepas, tetamu diberi hadiah istimewa daripada Su Xiaotang dan Tundao. Kebersihan dan Kemudahan: Bilik-biliknya sangat bersih, dengan peralatan tempat tidur yang selesa, bilik mandi yang lengkap, dan peralatan pintar yang mudah digunakan. Sesetengah tetamu telah menyatakan bahawa perhatian terhadap perincian dan rasa berteknologi tinggi tempat penginapan itu melebihi jangkaan mereka.

Have to booked a place to stay after flight changed to a day earlier. This place is walking distance to the beach (nothing much there) and about 2km away from town. Very hardworking and helpful staff who ferries me to and from airport. Room is big. Bed is OK. If you want to watch movies in your room, screen is huge but shows are by subscription. Lots of food, massages in the town. This place is far from the tourist attractions. U either need to drive, or go back to airport to take metro over.

獨自海邊散心挖到寶藏民宿！遠離鬧市人潮，環境靜謐安逸，推開窗就是蔚藍大海，每日被晨光與海浪喚醒，治癒所有疲憊 。客房細節滿滿，遮光窗簾、高品質洗護、小冰箱全都配齊，衞生無可挑剔。老闆待人温和，回覆消息及時，需要幫助總能快速響應。閑暇坐在陽台發呆看海，獨處度假絕佳去處，滿分！

This place deserves a 10/5 based on service alone - absolutely friendly front desk who often went the extra mile. To ensure I could book the ferry tickets to Gulangyu, they offered different local Hp numbers for me to try which is needed when booking tickets via Alipay. When my delivery didn't arrive in time, they helped to call and chase. No complaints, just very friendly help. They didn't hardsell anything either. The rooms are big, comfortable, decently soundproofed for the price, and they accommodated our request for regular instead of disposable towels. Location is not at the doorstep of a metro, but we took didi mostly. The hotel is located on the 20th Floor of the same building as Mercure hotel and shares the same pick up point. Overall, a wonderful stay, would return!

Awesome sea harbour view , with clean room. Staff, Sherry, was also very helpful in booking on behalf of Didi to the airport. Will definitely come back again whenever in Xiamen.
