Hotel Ocean View di Jiangsu, China

The building is with other hotels, and is on the highest floors, it isn’t the cleanest hotel. The sink is outside the bathroom. The room smelt very bad. The location is central. And the breakfast is good. Also no one spoke English.

The hotel is very beautiful. Upon entry, the reception area is a pleasant sight. The ambience is marvellous. The receptionists are friendly. I felt so welcomed as a foreigner.👌❤️ The amenities are modern and clean. I enjoyed my stay. Loved my room!❤️

This is a beautiful hotel however we were very disappointed that the outdoor pool was closed because it was not hot enough. We came in June. Be aware that the outdoor pool and beach is only opened July and August. Other than that, good food and good service

一次非常舒服的入住體驗，從北方驅車12小時抵達，店家特別好，提前發準確定位，一直半夜等到我們，並下樓提前迎接，安排車位，第一印象非常好。 房間空間很大，各帶淋浴衞生間，兩張1.8米大床。客廳有寬敞的小童遊玩區域，零壓床太舒服啦，隔音很好。 醒來從落地窗看看海景，心情非常愉悦，圓形浴缸很大，看着窗外海景泡澡非常的愜意。 衝著店家的熱情接待，房間的乾淨整潔和合理佈局，下次來連雲港還來入住。 新年快樂呦☆〜（ゝ。∂）恭喜發財~

All and all above expectations, staff could improve English but hey, we're in China.

想找個安靜的地方休息，這家酒店太合適了！雖然不在最繁華的地段，但鬧中取靜，周邊環境很清幽。房間隔音效果特別好，關上門就像隔絕了外界，晚上睡得格外安穩。床和枕頭的軟硬度剛好，每天醒來都神清氣爽。前台服務也很熱情，下次還會選擇這家！

Overall it’s a good hotel. Nice stay, nice location, and great breakfast and service. One negative point is — The hotel has central heating system and we were unable to change the room temperature on our first night which made the room a bit uncomfortable. Next day they fixed the problem. They gave us some small gifts as compensation 😄

First off, the entrance is on the side of the building and not clearly marked, it is also the entrance to a pool hall. From there you must take the elevator to floor 5 for check in. Once we found the correct entrance the staff are very friendly and helpful! They even offered free coffee and it is very good quality. Overall the hotel is very good, the common areas and rooms are very clean, however our room had a large amount of black mold on the walls. Our room also had a mini fridge, but it was placed in a cabinet and could not be plugged in, so it was useless. The hotel did provide free water and drinks, which is very helpful. There is also a large indoor / outdoor area with seating and tables on the 5th floor. It looks nice and is comfortable. On a Friday night, we could here some local KTV while we were going to sleep, and some late night returning guests may be loud, as you can easily hear the bathroom / shower noises from rooms next door. The location is very convenient to visit the Confucius Temple streets and there is also a lot of good food options nearby. There is even a Duck Soup and dumpling restaurant that offers a promo for hotel guests, the restaurant is in the same building and easy to access.
