I enjoyed our stay at this hotel in Dalian. My room was on the 31st floor and the ocean view was absolutely beautiful. Waking up to the view every day was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The owner was also very friendly and thoughtful. She checked in with me every day to make sure I had everything I needed, which I really appreciated. The only issue I had was that the hotel photos showed a washer under the counter, but there was actually no washer in the room. This was disappointing and a bit misleading. I hope the photos can be updated to better reflect the actual room amenities. Overall, I still had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the beautiful view and hospitality.

I stayed at the InterContinental Hotels for the second time and had another excellent experience. Grace at the front desk provided a very warm and professional check-in, which set a wonderful tone for the stay. I would also like to extend my thanks to the room attendant for maintaining the room so well. Their thoughtful service was truly appreciated. I would definitely love to return again.

Untuk keluarga dengan kanak-kanak, terdapat kawasan permainan yang luas, yang memerlukan bayaran tambahan. Nasib baik, tetamu hotel menerima kadar diskaun. Di luar, hotel ini mempunyai taman kecil yang menawan dengan pemandangan hebat ke teluk dan landskap yang indah—sesuai untuk berjalan-jalan santai. Hotel ini terletak di atas bukit kecil, jadi perjalanan pulang ke pusat bandar agak lama. Walau bagaimanapun, perkhidmatan bas ulang-alik percuma adalah sangat mudah, menyediakan pengangkutan mudah turun ke bandar dan kembali. Para tetamu juga perlu ambil perhatian bahawa memakai topi renang adalah wajib. Kawasan kolam termasuk sauna Finland mini dan sauna wap yang disepadukan ke dalam bilik persalinan. Walau bagaimanapun, hanya terdapat kerusi berjemur di sebelah kolam, jadi pengalaman sauna agak berbeza daripada lawatan sauna santai yang biasa kita lakukan di Eropah. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame a postcard-perfect sea view of Xinghai Bay and the iconic bridge. Waking up to endless blue ocean and watching the sunset/night light show from my private terrace was pure magic. 房間打掃還算仔細，清潔阿姨也很熱情認真，幹活利索。乳膠和蕎麥枕頭是有限的，想換的一定要提前説，不然的話會被前台問“我們的枕頭有什麼問題嗎”。枕頭沒什麼，但是真的睡不慣這種軟趴趴的枕頭而已，哪怕寫着硬的也很軟。衹是沒想到這種常規的需求也需要説好理由。但是最後依然還是給拿了枕頭所以問就問吧。 其它的還是很不錯，窗外就是海景，可以躺在床上看日出，晚上可以在酒店外面觀晚霞。主打一個舒適愜意

Favorite place by far in Dalian. Far away from traffic and noise next to the sea side. The reception is just on the right side of the building main entrance and the staff are very helpful and well spoken in English as well. There is free wifi and water available as well as a cooking area and a fridge. Slippers for the shower are also available. Tooth brush and tooth paste are also available as well as shampoo and conditioner. Feels like home considering the staff is available 24h on WeChat for anything you might need, including advice in transportation, food and deliveries.

環境不錯，地理位置也好，朋友説新開的，一定會好，幾家就約着來了。辦理入住等待時間過長，第一個房間刺鼻的裝修味道，前台根據要求提供了景色更好的房間，感謝。入住沒一個小時，房間漏水，一個黑衣服管理人員跟我説，房間已經是最好的房間了，再調衹能換到比現在不好的房間，且不能補差價，或者等等修好，我覺得修好也行，畢竟行李都打開了。半夜十二點半又開始漏水，讓我換房間，我説半夜我肯定接受不了，你拿點毛巾墊下面吸水，明天再説吧。第二天沒有主動來修的，通過攜程給酒店打電話，反饋是可以提供升房，那你昨天那個小管理不打臉嗎？撒謊不臉紅嗎？退房想晚一個小時也是不行的，你開房讓我等那麼長時間的時候你怎麼不説呢？去前台退房，小美女問我入住怎麼樣，我就把這些説了一下，小美女倒是耐心聽了，旁邊的小管理説啥，不是給你升房了嗎，不漏水我用你給我升房嗎？我房間漏水漏半宿你給我升房還成你讓着我了？和我是説你把房卡還回來就行，我就***的了，什麼態度啊？你旁邊的員工都能耐心接待你多啥啊？要不你們培訓的時候就讓員工別問。其實入住能感受到老闆是想把酒店做好，一線員工也都是很努力，那麼辛苦都能微笑待客，就這幾個小管理，都絕了，每回被員工拉回來的好感都被管理給敗了。路過幾次一號樓前台，都是在處理客訴，老闆你有時間看看你前台的監控吧，看看你的酒店管理團隊吧，挺好的地方，別被管理團隊給敗了。假期顧客多能理解，但是真誠待客真的會感動每一個客人。

I visited Dalian on April 28, 2026, for a 1-night, 2-day trip with China Southern Airlines. I arrived at the hotel about an hour before check-in and asked the front desk if early check-in would be possible, as I planned to leave my luggage and go sightseeing. At that time, a staff member named Leo Liu warmly welcomed me and assisted me in fluent Korean and English. Thanks to him, the check-in process was very smooth, and he even upgraded my room. I was very happy to stay in such a wonderful room during my trip. He also kindly offered complimentary breakfast, which I truly enjoyed. In addition, he explained nearby sightseeing spots in detail using a map, which was very helpful for my trip. Leo Liu was extremely kind, attentive, and proactive in understanding what guests need. His thoughtful service made my stay in Dalian truly enjoyable and memorable. If I visit Dalian again in the future, I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again. a very pleasant stay, room was spacious and clean, night was quiet and comfortable, location is superb, restaurant was stylish and tasty. i would recommend this hotel to anyone who visits this city.
