Hotel Dengan Spa di Wilayah Hiroshima, Jepun

It was our first time staying at this hotel and we were very satisfied with it. It is strategically located near the JR Hiroshima station, just a 5min walk from the nearest exit. The hotel is also very near the street car station (just behind the hotel) which we used it to get to many places in hiroshima easily. There are many malls within the vicinity, with a big Edion mall just opposite the hotel and big camera just about less than 5mins walk away. There's also a Lawson just right downstairs so that you can get any snacks or drinks easily. The room is very clean and isn't very small as expected. We were able to open up our 24inch luggage easily. You can also store your luggage under the bed. The amenities are free for everyone at the reception counter. You'll have to collect it yourself so we collected our 3days supply so we don't have to keep going to reception floor to get it. Overall we are very satisfied with our stay and will definitely stay here again if we visit Hiroshima in future.

The location is good, and I appreciate that breakfast and dinner are complimentary as positive points. You are notified at the front desk that there is no WiFi in the rooms, so you need to accept this when using the room. There is a free-to-use PC installed near the front desk.

Fantastic hotel, opened just 9 months ago, still smells new. Located 10 minute bus trip from Hiroshima station and 15 minute walk from the peace museum/park. Stayed in beautiful one bedroom suite on 21st floor (second highest). Great view of the city through panoramic windows. Staff very friendly, engaging in small talk, specially when they see you are wait for example at the reception. Great breakfast choice, egg station. You can order to table some extra drinks like mango juice and waffles. Executive lounge located on 22nd floor, also great views. Lounge looking nice, with tables quite cramped. As far as food is concerned, I think one of the best Hilton lounges I recall. Choice of number of small sandwiches, cheese, cold meats, salads, beef stew, sweets etc. Swimming pool, dry sauna and large jacuzzi available.

Oddly, the hotel is ‘upside down’ - the lobby is on the top floor, and after using the machines to check in, we went down in the lift to get to our room. Nice room, a good size; the only of the four hotels that we stayed in where we could walk on both sides of the bed! Even had a sofa that we could relax on. A comfortable bed. A very relaxing room for our stay. There was a very nice laundry room with three washing machines, an ice machine, two microwave ovens and a couple of drinks dispensers. Even though there are lots of tourists, we could find no English language programmes on the television. Very convenient for the railway station, but it was about a 30 minute walk to the Atomic Bomb Dome and Peace Park. However, being more remote, it was a quiet area. The breakfast was acceptable, not extensive, but sufficient. We did the check-out on the television in the room, left the door keys in the room, and left the hotel. Very efficient, a great system. We enjoyed our stay, and recommend this hotel.

Room was small but enough for a solo traveller like me. To my surprise, there was even a microwave in the room. Everything was neat and tidy, and the staff at the front desk was nice and helpful. On the top floor, there was a public hot spring bath, but I did not use it. Outside the hot spring bath, there were drinking water fountains and vending machines, one of which dedicated to selling milk and dairy products. You could enjoy the Japanese culture of drinking milk - correct me if I am wrong (at least this was what I learnt from Japanese animes and dramas) - after taking the hot spring. Overall the experience was great.

Basic and simple room but clean and functional. Furniture is a bit dated but the room is pretty big for Japan. Location is great as it very centrally located. Would stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay here while exploring the beautiful city of Hiroshima. The check-in process was smooth and effortless. The hotel's location is very convenient, offering easy access to popular city attractions. Our room was comfortable and provided a stunning view of the city. A unique touch was being given coins to buy drinks or desserts at the bar on the 14th floor. We highly recommend The Knot Hiroshima for its excellent service, great amenities, and perfect location!

Nest hotel is just five minutes walk from Hiroshima rail station . It is a new and young style hotel. Is large compared with the other I stay stars hotel I stayed. At third floor. Fruit and drinks by walked back to station again . beddings is new and clean the bed is very comfortable. we didn’t hear any train noise from room. They provide free bread and coffee in the lobby.  The room charges is quite affordable definitely we will come back to nest hotel in next visit to Hiroshima.

The location is really good being right beside Hiroshima Station which allows for easy exploration of the city. They allowed us to store our bags upon arrival and they moved them into our room while we were out sightseeing. Check in was quick and easy and they had a few extra toiletries available at the counter like a face wash, body lotion and milk lotion which were all nice. The room is a bit bigger than most hotel rooms we stayed in during our time in Japan with access to the bed from both sides. The room was well appointed and had a coffee/tea station, mini fridge, safe, closet, ironing board and quite the alarm clock. The bathroom was nice with a Japanese style toilet and a shower that could get very strong pressure. The bathroom could have used a better cleaning as there was hair from previous guests and the room could use with more thorough dusting as there was quite a bit around the edges like the headboard. The bed was comfy but the pillows were not and we felt our sleep was affected due to this. We were on a high floor and got a good view of the city. Our floor also had a vending and ice machine. The hotel has a number of onsite restaurants and a very nice lobby area. We didn't try any but would be tempted to try the sky restaurants or rooftop beer terrace if we stayed in Hiroshima longer. The rooftop beer terrace was the most tempting but it is only open during the summer months. After looking at previous reviews we felt the breakfast buffet was a bit pricey and skipped it. There is no shortage of good and cheaper options nearby the hotel.

Un hôtel super bien placé direct sur le grand boulevard du mémorial et du muséum. Le personnels est super agréables, aux petits soins, autour de l’hôtel vous avez pleins de restos, supérettes, bars, boutiques etc…. Le soir sa bouge un peut, c’est un quartier très chouette. Nous avions une chambre d’angle au 13eme avec une superbe vue sur les montagnes, lit super grand et confortable. Peut être penser bientôt à rafraîchir murs, moquettes Sdb. Petit dej au top, du choix en salé et sucré, c’était très bon. Nous avons passés un très bon séjour

Check out time is 10:00 am but a loud vacuum cleaner noise is audible at around 08:30 am. No breakfast available. But location is convenient, not that far from the station.

I primarily booked the room based on its location along my planned route but it ended up being one of my favorite hotels on my recent trip to Japan. The hotel is quite new and the rooms larger than a standard Japanese hotel typically offers. The bathroom was great but the best was when I looked out the window to a GREAT view of Fukuyama Castle. The onsen/spa was beautiful and really was beyond what I expected all around. Check-out was completed easily with the digital kiosk and many language options were available. Highly recommend!

仕事で福山に行きました。 とにかく便が良く清潔で綺麗で快適でした。 また機会があれば宿泊したいです。 今回は早朝から仕事だったため、次回は朝食も食べたいでしょ。

広島県の福山駅の近くにあります。徒歩3分くらいです。車で行くと、わかりにくい場所でした。繁華街に近く、食事には困らないと思います。1階にコンビニエンスストアも入ってます。部屋は狭くて、テーブルもなく、カバンを置く場所もないです。 食事は新型コロナ対策なのか、おかずが1つ1つ小皿にサランラップで覆って置いてました。結構手間がかかってると思います。 福山駅の北側に福山城があるのですが、歩いて行けます。

ホテルは綺麗でアメニティも充実していて身軽に行けました。無料貸し出しのヘアアイロンを期待して持参せずに行ったら滞在していた二日間とも貸し出し中と言われ、結局使えませんでした。ネット予約時に添い寝で小学一年生で予約しているのにベッドが壁づけされておらず、かなり大きなベッドなので移動させるのも無理でした。大人の服やスリッパはあるのに子供のはロビーまで取りにいかないと用意されてませんでした。子供の枕もなくて大人のをあてがいましたが、ネットには子供枕ありと、、準備が不十分すぎて子連れ客に優しくないと思いました。子供の朝食代をネット予約代から勝手にプラスされて請求され、何のプラス料金かわからず、とまどいました。 チェックアウト後の荷物預かりは助かりました。

カンデオホテルは、何処で泊まっても、非常に大満足していました。が、福山のカンデオホテルは、部屋のグレードが、かなり低いです。朝食バイキングもレベルが落ちます。

フロントの対応が丁寧で良かった又利用したい。

福山城観光の為に宿泊しました。ルートインホテルらしい立地で、駅からは少し離れていますので車が便利です。もちろんシャトルバスの運行もあります。 健康ランドが併設されておりサウナ好きの私には有り難かったです。もちろんレストランもありますので風呂上がりの一杯も楽しめました。 ホームページから予約したので朝食無料でした。ありがとうございました。

福山に泊まるときは、いつも利用させて頂いてます。 最初に泊まった時、電気スタンドをお借りしたら、毎回部屋に用意して頂き 感謝です。いつも快適に過ごさせてもらってます。部屋はベッドが広く、風呂とトイレ が分かれていて、いつも自分の部屋に帰ってきた気分になります。朝食は種類はさほど多くありませんが、味も良くいつも美味しく頂いてます。 少し歩けば、食事処やコンビニがあります。何より、駐車場が無料っていいと思います。

　初めての鞆の浦観光の宿に私たちが選んだのは、ホテル鴎風亭です。館内からの眺めが素晴らしくて、料理もおいしそうな素敵な宿だと思ったからです。 　実際に宿泊してみると、私たちが思い描いていた通りの絶景と、おいしい食事と、素晴らしいおもてなしの素敵な宿でした。そして、それにプラスして、福山駅からの往復の無料送迎バスが利用できたことがありがたかったです。送迎バスを利用するには事前の予約が必要です。 　私たちは、福山駅１２時発の便にしました。福山駅からホテルまでは、およそ３０分。１２時半過ぎには、ホテルに到着しました。チェックインの時間までは、鞆の浦散策をし、ちょうどチェックイン時間の３時ごろまで、しっかり観光を楽しみました。 　翌日も、チェックアウトの時間に合わせてバスが出るので、たっぷりとホテルライフを楽しむことができました。自分で運転しない分、レンタカー代もかからず、車窓からの景色もたっぷりと楽しむことができました。

ＪＲ宮島口から歩いて15分程にあるルートイン系列のホテルです。少々早めに着きましたがチェックインもスムーズで海を眺めながらアイスのサービスを受け部屋に。畳敷きにベットとソファーがありテレビも大型。なにより海側なので瀬戸内海と宮島が望められました。1階にある大浴場の露天風呂からも海と宮島が見え久方ぶりにのんびりと湯に浸かれました。湯上りの生ビールも含めたドリンクサービスも満足しました。朝食は6時30分から箱膳＋バイキング。和洋折衷ですが料理のバランスがよく、つい食べ過ぎてしまいました。食堂からの眺めもよく、広々として従業員の対応も良かったです。宮島口との送迎バスもありますが、歩ける範囲です。ただ、道路は大型を含む車の交通量が多いので注意しながら歩きましょう。途中には牡蠣の直売場やコンビニもあります。

Good points: 1. Location is amazing since it’s right on the island and everything is within walking distance. 2. We had breakfast and supper included in the stay. Food was varied and plentiful for most palates. Plenty of fruit and veg too. 3. Staff for 98% of the time was great. Language barriers are expected. Google translate is a perfect alternative to the translation issue. The front desk staff were awesome and was extremely helpful. 4. Room is spacious for a traditional Japanese hotel. We had our own onsen which was delightful. The beds were mostly comfortable and we had two full mattresses pushed together creating a massive king! 5. Once you enter the hotel you must take off your shoes and the hotel provides house slippers which generally fit most people. The lobby has shoe cubbies for your shoes. They do not lock, but Japan has very little petty theft so you don’t need to fret over potential thievery. Negative points: 1. This is of no fault of the hotel, rather it’s a Google maps problem. Be aware Google maps will basically have you climb the mountain and drag your suitcase through a dirt path. Instead put in the Miyajima post office and with the water to your right, turn up to the small road with the post office to your back. Keep going straight for about 2.5 city blocks and you’ll walk right into the hotel. Much easier than the 40 minute hike we took. 2. Restaurant staff on the whole were great. Only issue was this morning when we went to breakfast this morning and tried to sit in our usual table, the staff tried to sit us with some other people. I asked if we could sit at a different table and the individual said no and walked away. We didn’t know these people they tried to sit us with. However, they were tourists like us. I was frustrated because the staff member just walked away from us when I was still speaking to him. Very rude! 3. The toilet room smelled really bad. It was a combination of mold and chemicals.

After battling crowds in Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka and Hiroshima, Miyajima and the Hotel Miyajima Villa were a welcome respite. Indeed, we so enjoyed our stay that we added an additional night. Before and after the arrival and departure of day trippers from Hiroshima, we felt as though we had the island and its wild deer all to ourselves. The hotel is immaculate, ideally located (a few steps from the ferry and a short walk to the island's attractions) and staffed by incredibly helpful, friendly and energetic staff. A hearty breakfast got each day off to a solid start while our afternoon soaks in the top floor onsen were perfect for getting rid of kinks from a day of sightseeing.

found this hotel as we were staying one night in Miyajima and it was a lovely experience. we decided to book a family room for the 6 of us, it had 2 single beds and 4 futons. the room had Japanese style with tatami mats, Japanese style bathrobes and shoes, tea and tea table. as well as being modern with the toilets and shower facilities. we booked a night cruise over to Miyajima island and saw the Pagoda which was so cool an amazing little treat. the real gem was the the private onsen! for only 3800 per couple was such an enjoyable experience a lovely way to relax with my wife and enjoy the night view of the island.

Amazing hotel!! Have you ever wanted to find a hidden gem - before it gets run over by tourists? This is one of those. We stayed at this hotel after visiting the shrine at Mijayima - and BOY dis they deliver! They even picked us up from the nearest train station when we got lost. Room was super spacious and clean, staff were super nice, and both dinner and breakfast was delicious (I usually don’t like seafood)! You could even see the oyster farm from the restaurant! It felt like they were happy about foreigners too (not all places in Japan give off that feeling), and the Onsen was amazing! It felt like a truly Japanese experience. 10/10 would recommend!

We wanted the ryokan experience and we certainly got it. We arrived early so able to drop off luggage at the front. First, the hotel has pick up/drop off services for/from the pier. Just contact them to provide the time and they'll be right out front with their black van to pick you up. The staff is very friendly, and had our luggage in our room by the time we came back to check-in. We had the 308/Kaede room. Wow, it was huge. There were basically 4 rooms, one western style dining room, one Japanese style dining with tatami mats, another tatami room, and a sitting room facing the Itsukushima Jinja Pagoda. It was pricey so maybe why the hotel didn't seem full but there were so much to the hotel. While you are out, they will setup the mattresses for the night. There is also a massage chair in the room, along with Yukatas you can borrow for the stay and to use while at the onsen. As for the facilities, there is so much to the hotel. It has a cafe facing the street, and a rooftop terrace that overlooks the harbor area as well as the shrine. at the upstairs floor, there is a quiet reading room, as well as several focus rooms, and at both of these, there is all you can drink soft drinks, popsicles, beer, hard liquor, and coffee. We were up in the terrace multiple times through our stay and never encountered a soul. We opted for the included breakfast which is a traditional Japanese breakfast. It wasn't the kids' cup of tea but a great experience nonetheless. The onsen was in the basement, open to the public but we only saw staff come in to use the shower, and usually had them all to ourselves. There is a channel from the room that you can view to see if there are folks in the onsens but that never seemed to be accurate. Location was remarkably convenient. It's facing the ocean and the Shopping Street was right behind it. And couple minutes walk to views of the Itsukushima Shrine. We really can't recommend this hotel enough and worth what we paid. It lived up to our expectations and desires for the full ryokan experience.

The Miyajima location is good although much better with a sea view . The hotel is comfortable without being luxurious , beds especially and a good wet room shower/ bath set up . Rooms are quit simple but very good . Free high quality toiletries abound but towels are pretty small - we would have traded fluffy and big for less freebies The staff are very helpful with good English spoken by the maitre d especially Public areas are clean and simple The kaiseki package is necessary and has a lot of food with many choices of main dish to cater to any need . Visually it’s lovely however even allowing for some different tastes I’d say the overall standard was variable , in particular the grilled fish and seafood was a bit overcooked. Some more flexibility over breakfast would help - we B left for an early ferry day 2 and even though our schedule was for a western breakfast it was not possible to give us some croissant or anything to go This is a good comfortable property - but not luxury standard as implied

Felt welcomed by the hotel staff, shared rooms have properly divided beds. Fully equiped with basic amenities such as shampoo, body gel, towels, lockers... The lounge was full of books to read (tourism books, novels, manga...) and is tastefully decorated. Family-friendly place. Close to the local train line that travels to Miyajimaguchi harbour (Ferry to the island) in barely 6 minutes. Great experience overall.

Overall very friendly and pleasant experience. During dinner one plate served to us was dirty so we had to ask for it to be swapped but was dealt with promptly. Morning coffee served in the lounge cannot be taken back to the rooms which is pretty inconvenient. The meals served were delicious.
