"The staff were always curtius and respectful. The room was clean and very well set out nice bathroom and shower . The pool was a nice place to relax, but the The tiles need to be repaired and the umbrellas need to be replaced . Otherwise a nice place to stay will be back"

It's a bit out of the way but Maxim trikes or bikes are usually available. If you like to walk it's not far to the main road or even Robinson's."

"The photos that they post on fb shows acesss to the photos by the beach are not true.
The room was clean and the staff was very nice. But transportation waa difficult catch a trike to town. And the is very limited. The breakfast was limited to a cup of rice fried egg. And small small amount of corn beef or I guess it was ham..
It would be a good place for the evening as they have music
If I return out all the choices of other places to stay"

GGi zel05My family and I enjoyed our stayed. They are also accommodating. Will definitely recommend it. Just don’t use their umbrella cottage beyond 9am since you will be charged for it.

No restaurant (only a basic set breakfast)
Basthroom is small and full of mould
Single beds are narrow and pillows are slaps of foam
No bottled water (you are supposed to get purified wtaer from a dispenser in the corridor
The corridor is very noisy (doors slamming)
Two lifts but only 1 working (cost savings?)
On the positive side: a very reliable and high speed internet.
Overall, a very basic local hotel not really reflected in the name.

RRuth BenneteWe had a mixed experience here. On the positive side, the oceanfront location is beautiful, the pool is great, and the front desk team was truly amazing..they were incredibly helpful in securing a ground-floor room for my grandfather, who is in a wheelchair.
However, there are some areas that need improvement. The TV in our room had no cable service, and I was disappointed to see a rat trap in the restaurant, which leads me to rate the cleanliness a 3/5. Also, while there are some ramps, please note that there is no elevator, so guests with limited mobility are strictly limited to the ground floor. It’s a nice spot, but it definitely needs more attention to maintenance and hygiene.

GGuest UserI booked for 2 nights. Place was beautiful, staff are polite and professional. Booked the hotel because it says it’s got Wi-fi. Upon arriving there’s WiFi in the room but NO signal, and there’s no data signal too. The only wifi connection is at the restaurant which is also very weak. I requested to cancel and refund the 2nd night but the property rejected the request. I would’ve been fine if it’s not listed on the amenities. If there’s no wifi, update the listing so it doesn’t disrupt our travel arrangements and lose money. Since they rejected my request, I had to book another hotel while still paying for this one.

AAnonymous UserGreat service, we arrived around 7pm to check in and the staff opened the shower and pool lights to accommodate us since we want to go night swimming. The place is in front of Andok's, Petron, and Landbank. There's also a van terminal in front going to downtown/Tacloban so public transportation is very accessible. The room is spacious, we are 3 adults with luggages and we stayed on their standard room and it is not crowded inside. Rooms are in fron of the pool.

JJima Zandra VergaraIt was a good place for a quick vacation. Food was great but a little expensive. Room was clean but the BR/CR were a little disappointing as to cleanliness. But overall, I would return — and recommend Caimito.

GGuest UserA FANTASTIC place with a great view and coral reef in front...The resort have everything you need, three swimming pool, big and comfortable rooms, a organized fitness gym and all the staff are so kinds,helpful and also funny....I couldn' t forget this time at Blue deep resort and I'll be back here next year hundred%.
