It’s within walking distance to many attractions, making it perfect for both business and leisure travelers. The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was struck by the grand, modern decor that beautifully blends the hotel’s historic charm with contemporary elegance. The room I stayed in was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room offered stunning river views that made waking up each morning a delight. The amenities were top-notch, from the plush bathrobes to the high-quality toiletries. I truly appreciated the attention to detail. Dining at the Swizzle Dinner & Drinks restaurant was an experience in itself! The rotating restaurant offers a unique and elevated dining experience with panoramic views of the city skyline. The food was exceptional, with a variety of locally inspired dishes that were both delicious and beautifully presented. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary preferences, showcasing genuine care and hospitality. The service throughout my stay was exemplary. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring my stay was perfect. From the concierge who provided excellent recommendations to the housekeeping staff who kept everything spotless, the level of service exceeded my expectations. I also had the opportunity to relax at the hotel’s RIVUE Tower Pool, which was a tranquil oasis after a day of exploring the city. The facilities, including the fitness center and spa, were well-maintained and provided an additional layer of luxury to my stay. Overall, my experience at the Galt House Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. It’s a fantastic blend of southern hospitality, luxury, and comfort. One of the best places to stay at

People were nice at the desk but hotel needs some clean up. Door had a big crack as you entered front desk. The room was clean just bedside lamp didn’t work and the plugin didn’t work. Parking lot had need for clean up. Outside door didn’t work with key and room key quit twice during stay.

I had such a great stay and having the museum to explore was even better. The art was fascinating and was such a great kickstart to my day. The special touches in the rooms were wonderful like a plush robe, dark chocolates, and a Nespresso machine. Proof that is connected to the hotel has amazing food as well. Can’t wait to check out other 21C hotels.

The hotel was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely visit there again.
