Hotel Dengan Spa di Nara Prefecture, Japan

Fantastic hotel for anyone who drive. Free Car park with lots of spaces. The facility is very clean, spacious room, both indoor and outdoor hot spring. Really there is nothing to complain in this hotel. It is located in a fairly decent neighborhoods and able to provide this standard of hot spring is phenomenal. One of the best stay we had in this journey. Highly Recommended.

It is a very good location ..near nara park ..just 10 mins drive ..you can reach there …there is a family mark nearby …but ..if you wanna park the car ..you check carefully where is the car park ..it is not free but the price is very reasonable..24 hours just 900yen …the hotel located at the 3 floor …so ..if you don’t realise where is the car park ..you have to go 3 floor asking the reception then get back your car to car park ..

It’s very near toudaiji & Nara park. However it’s little bit far from the Nara Kintetsu station, it would take about 15-20 minutes by walking. The room & building are extremely clean. I recommend the top level of the hotel, you can see the beautiful view and there would be an exotic atmosphere at night.

説説服務吧，簡直一肚子委屈，訂房時使用了可以使用行政休息室選擇，比其他房間會貴一點，但是考慮到我們還會偶爾用一下行政休息室，行政休息室有茶歇，也有早餐，但是早餐很簡單，因為房費含早，不料卻被告知用早餐還得額外花錢，問攜程客服他們也不知道酒店的規定，酒店的解釋權是必須使用行政休息室的早餐，不可以享用他們的一層早餐，態度十分強硬，死板，但是入住時卻被告知都可以，酒店道歉説是他們解釋有錯，跟攜程也沒有解釋清楚，難道你們之間沒有溝通清楚就應該讓遊客來揹負嗎？最有意思的是兩位日本的管理人員與一位台灣實習生站在門口堅決不讓吃早餐，我們因為當天趕飛機因此放棄了早餐。 酒店的致歉毫無誠意，似乎再説一切解釋權在酒店，拿不出相關任何規定。 另外辦理入住手續超級長，三間房間辦了十五分鐘，有些服務看似很好，實際很多餘繁複！ 管理與酒店的名稱不匹配！這是入住萬豪體驗最差的一次。

A question to think about, ‘What makes a hotel a luxury one?’ To me, it’s luxury because of the hospitality of the staff, quality of the property and the food they provided totally exceed travellers’ expectations, and as a result, we would love to pay more for the experience. Some staff really tried their very best to help me during my stay while some just didn’t. Upon arrival, I tried to communicate with the staff that I’d like to cancel my third night’s dinner because of the change of my plan. At first, I booked six meals in total and I’d only want to cancel one dinner and they said I needed to pay 100% for the cancelled meal because they have already bought the ingredients. Okay, I tried to understand that because they had already taken away my credit card and there’s nothing I could do about that and I thought it must be a very nice meal and that’s why they insisted that. Disappointingly, the portion was so small and paying the same amount of money I could get so much better food in 虹夕諾雅 or any other five star onsen hotels in Japan. As a result, I went to bed feeling hungry and eating the snacks I bought for myself :( The food portions are like a bento instead of a proper meal. ) Also, the Western style breakfast was so overpriced and the avocado in the omelette was not fresh at all. One more thing to note is that the complimentary champagne service they provided to their guests. It’s a nice experience but maybe I’m just a lady travelling alone and I couldn’t speak Japanese at all, the waitress didn’t serve me the same way as she served other people in the cafe. When all of them got two glasses of free drinks, one cocktail and one champagne, she only gave me one champagne and didn’t offer me the cocktail. And the day after, there was a nice staff who served me properly and I finally realized that I am entitled to two drinks. (Sigh)The experience was like buying a Chanel bag. The bag was pricey but the chain of the bag just suddenly fall apart while you are using it for the very first time. My advice is: Don’t use their catering services especially for the in-room dining plan. There are so many better choices out there in the city. The room and the service of the staff are great tho.

근교 산에도 가고 싶고, 주말에 오사카, 교토 숙소 구하기가 어려워 잡은 숙소 예요. 등산코스도 있지만, 당일 체력과 날씨로 일정을 변경했습니다 오후에 도착하고 아침에 떠난 탓에 예정과는 달라졌지만, 비내린 후 저녁에 드른 몽환적인 호잔지가 인상 깊게 남았습니다. 숙소까니는 전동차를 이용하는데, 교통비가 비샀고, 근처 편의점이나, 저녁시간에 연 식당이 없어서 이코마역까지 걸어 내려가는데, 계단으로 30~40분 걸렸던것 같아요ㅠ(내 무릎) 미리 식사하고 장보고 올라가시는게 좋아요. 숙소는 역시 높은 곳에 있어서 뷰가 좋고, 온천은 실당 한 시간 예약이용 가능해서 좋았습니다. 영어는 안되고, 통역기 이용하시길 추천드립니다.

This hotel is located in between the two train stations. It is on a busy road, but the sights are walkable. The room was large, and it was great to have a sitting area and space to relax. The furnishings are worn and dated. The onsen is a nice feature at the end of a long day. As were the free drinks in reception in the early evening. We enjoyed our stay.

굉장히 친절하고 깨끗했습니다 밤에 야경도 좋았고 욕장도 깨끗하게 관리되고 있었어요 석식 조식 모두 깔끔했어요 다음에 재방문의사 있습니다

El lugar esta en una ubicación privilegiada, dentro del parque, si te gusta la naturaleza es lo mejor que vas a encontrar a un precio justo, la habitación estaba limpia y bastante grande con mesita y dos sillas, y aire condicionado y ventanas que (por lo menos la nuestra) dan hacía el parque, muy tranquilo y no hay ruido por la noche! Esta a 20/30 min caminando del centro de Nara, però si quiere también hay bus cerca cada hora o media hora no recuerdo bien! Hay cocina compartida en una nevera, que puedes utilizar din problema, una mesa grande, lavadora y secadora de pago a 300yen si no recuerdo mal! En resumen para nosotros un lugar que recomendaría a mis amigos!!
