Hotel Dengan spa di Saitama Prefecture, Japan

The location is great and there’s a nearby 7 Eleven. The room is great, breakfast was decent. The staff cleans my room swiftly too while I was waiting at the spacious lobby. My only complaint is the TV sometimes switches ON by itself and changes channels and the volume would increase which disturbed my sleep. Highly advise to inform lobby staff at 13th floor so they can help with it.

They are very close to restaurants , bars, parks and so many differnet shops and 2 minute walk to the train station and the breakfast buffet is so delicious.

我們從東京成田機場開到車到這裏中一個中轉站。酒店重新裝修面向面，但這裏比較清靜好像沒有很多遊客到但整體環境都很好我們晚上到早上便離開了。

8月。友達と2人で利用させていただきました。 駐車場が狭かったので大きい車の方は苦労すると思います。 受付を済ませ部屋に行きました。最低限の設備はありましたので泊まるだけなら問題ないです。 お風呂はスーパー銭湯レベルの広さで、お風呂カフェ独特の長湯するにはちょうどいい温度のお風呂がありました。 外風呂の近くにある椅子の数は10個ぐらいありましたが全部埋まってました。 ドライヤーは風が強くて良いです。 脱衣所は涼しくて良いです。暑がりな方は水風呂に入ってから出た方がいいです。 お風呂カフェですので本はそれなりに沢山あり、快適な空間で読めそうです。寝ることを優先したので読んでません。 前回来たのが5年くらい前ですが清潔感と民度（馬鹿騒ぎする人が多い）が悪くあまりいい印象がありませんでした。 今回2度目で清潔感と民度が良くなったと感じます。 付近の泊まれる場所の中ではコスパが良いと感じました。 朝食は追加料金でカフェで食べるか、チェックアウトして外で食べればいいので素泊まりレベルなら良いです。 友達は枕が合わず寝られなかった為次に利用することはありません。

Beautiful traditional Japanese stay. It was a bit further away from the city, but the experience made it worthwhile. Dinner was excellent, with many creative dishes. It was also included in the price. The onsen was very well kept, and the place was clean. Would 100% recommend staying here.

海外から来た家族のために宿泊予約した。 日本らしい趣のある入り口なので、外国人も喜ぶと思う。 温泉は時間ごとで男女変わるのですが、時間が合わなくて諦めました。(次の時間まで待てなかった)残念。

突然の宿泊となり、唯一空いていたのでここに泊まりました。 突然の予約でも、しっかり空き部屋もあり、かつカプセルの中も綺麗にされていて、気持ちよく就寝ができました。また温泉がとても広く、サウナ通のぼくでも楽しむことができました。

とても清潔感があり、快適に過ごせました！ ただ大浴場を楽しみにしていたのですが、女性は24時～26時にしか入れない仕組みになっており、残念でした。事前にサイトに書いておくか、女性は入れない代わりに値引きなどがある方が良いと思いました。 ただ、アイスのサービスがあったり、部屋の設備にはとても満足しています。

The hotel is good. It‘s 70 kilometers away from East and West. It takes 2 hours to drive. There is a public bath.

Incorrect booking date. Unable to get refund or change dates, so it was money down the drain. Tried contacting the hotel to let them know about this, but there was no online method to get in touch with them as they have no email address nor a chat function on their website.
