Hotel Dengan Pools di Tivat, Montenegro

Well, my first impression was wonderful: a great spacious room, good location, beautiful swimming pool area. There was a misunderstanding about parking, but it was quickly fixed by the reception staff (this is no longer a question to the hotel, but to Trip.com). Everything was ruined by the second night from Friday to Saturday. The hotel has a rooftop bar where parties are held. It was too unexpected, because the bass from the music was such that the bed vibrated. It lasted until 1:30 am. Needless to say, the next morning we felt absolutely exhausted. I suppose the hotel should warn guests about this.

Amazing hotel and service! Originally we were booked into Hyatt Regency Kotor Bay as online reviews were fairly similar however after numerous issues, both with room and poor service at original hotel, we decided to move to The Chedi and were so happy we did, as experience was night and day difference. From arrival and throughout our stay we felt welcomed and hotel ambiance was great, service was impeccable and friendly from all staff members, and the view from our room was incredible. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip great, we will definitely be returning soon.

The hotel is very close to the sea, a 1-minute walk, you can go to the sea at any time. The sea is not a sandy beach, but pebbles, and it is crystal clear. Circle a place by the seaside hotel where you can swim safely. The bar by the sea is also in the hotel, and you can eat on both sides. But you have to pay the bill on the same day? Can't hang up the house account, saying that you have to clear the account every day? The rooms are average and dilapidated, but they are basically average over there? At the beginning, the door lock of the room was broken, and it couldn't be locked from the inside. I found the front desk and changed to another room. It seemed to be an accidental upgrade? In the afternoon, I asked the front desk to help call a taxi, but I didn't call for half an hour. Is the attitude of the front desk not very good? Breakfast is very mediocre, with few choices. WIFI is sometimes not available, and it is not as fast as moving overseas 4G. Except that the environment is satisfactory, everything else is average. Will not live again next time. Will change to another place.

A wonderful hotel, tastefully decorated in a modern Mediterranean style. Everything feels stylish yet cozy. The staff is perfectly trained, attentive, and always friendly, you feel welcome from the very first moment. The cuisine is fantastic, with a delightful Asian touch. Absolutely recommended!

Absolutely amazing experience. The service was impeccable. Rooms were spotless and spacious. Room service was on point. Outdoor pools were not in use as it was winter but the indoor pool was heated. Great selections during breakfast, catering for pretty much every food eater. I personally took advantage of the valet service every chance I got. Took a private boat tour with my family right from the Hotel. Beyond our expectations.
