MMichaelOKolapoAbsolutely amazing experience. The service was impeccable. Rooms were spotless and spacious. Room service was on point.
Outdoor pools were not in use as it was winter but the indoor pool was heated.
Great selections during breakfast, catering for pretty much every food eater.
I personally took advantage of the valet service every chance I got.
Took a private boat tour with my family right from the Hotel.
Beyond our expectations.

GGuest UserIt's a beautiful new hotel. The rooms are nicely equipped, with the hotel's fitness concept... The breakfast was amazing, and the fitness, wellness, and social spaces were high-end! , I think it's perfect for a working holiday, where you just want to have a fitness concept included. On the other hand, the hotel has very pricey parking; they made us feel they were a bit cheap on us in the welcoming, and in general, I would say that the staff are nice, but very cold.
Overall, it was perfect for young stylish vibes, just be aware of this little grain of salt if you choose this hotel.
oh and the photos of the rooms are real, they do look that good :)

Originally we were booked into Hyatt Regency Kotor Bay as online reviews were fairly similar however after numerous issues, both with room and poor service at original hotel, we decided to move to The Chedi and were so happy we did, as experience was night and day difference. From arrival and throughout our stay we felt welcomed and hotel ambiance was great, service was impeccable and friendly from all staff members, and the view from our room was incredible. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip great, we will definitely be returning soon.

GGuest UserGreat place for families. The staff has lots of initiative and are flexible in granting us early check-in. One staff brought us bottles of mineral water while we waited for our room to be cleaned. We were two and a half hours early! The resort provided kayaks and canoes that we can use for free. The only down side is that there is a weird drainage stench from our balcony.

We have made the appreciation of the room for free in honor of my birthday. Also congratulated on the dessert 🫶🏻.
There is a small spa in the hotel. It was great to warm in sauna and hamama in the evening, and to swim in the pool.
The service is very kind, employees speak English and Russian.
There is a free parking 👍🏻.

GGuest UserThe room was nice, facing the bay. The toiletries in the room smelled great, and I also wanted to praise the breakfast buffet, which was very rich. We drove there this time, but the road to the hotel was very congested. I wonder when the road construction will be completed ✔️

GGuest UserThe hotel is a bit far from the waterfront and most popular spots. Many of the staff are Russian. Thanks to the manager, Anastasia, we checked in at 11 PM; she was helpful and gave us some advice.

EE0321****Booked a semi-sea view room, but gave the 2nd floor to see no sea view at all. Coordinated through Trip.com to the highest floor. so beautiful. The hotel is in a good location. Pushing the window to see the sea view yacht. Walking distance to the rich gathering area. The only luxury brand gathering area in Montenegro. Breakfast buffet. Very rich and elegant. To sum up, overseas hotels must not be stingy to make demands and protect their rights and interests.
