Great place to stay if ur just driving through like us. Not for a holiday stay but more like a rest stop. Friendly staff especially the valet and the restaurant staff. Check in staff was also nice but checking out time the lady was not very friendly. Rooms are tiny but enough. Quality of blankets can be improved. Shower was hot and perfect. Breakfast quality was good too. Overall a nice hotel.

I liked the hammam, it was very clean. The breakfasts were delicious. The only downside is the location. It's located in the middle of favelas, and the walk to the sea is also through favelas. The view from any window is terrible.

Fantastic stay at Mersin Hilton! The hotel is right by the sea, offering stunning views. The staff provided excellent service, and the restaurant had a great variety of delicious food, including an amazing buffet. However, despite the temperature reaching 28-29°C, the rooms were still set to winter mode, so the air conditioning was not available. Other than that, everything was great. Highly recommended!

I had a pleasant stay at Divan Mersin Hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked well. Breakfast offered a good variety. My only issue was that the rooms had a noticeable smell of smoke, which was a bit uncomfortable. Overall, a very good experience and I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel and staff itself are great. Nothing is too much hassle. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The main issue is the location however. Really not a nice part of the city I’m afraid and it’s about a 20 minute walk to anything approaching civilization. Other than that a really great hotel😜

We were in the hotel with my son on the weekend. The hotel is under repair, there is noise and once switched off the water. Despite this very pleased with the cleanliness of the room, pulled away the bed - no dust. It was also pleasant that the pool was clean. The breakfast was very modest.

We came for the wedding and I recommend it was very nice and comfortable.

The environment here is elegant and quiet, and the internal facilities and equipment are very complete, which can meet the daily living and office needs very well. The overall style is online and the service is very standardized. Whether it is a business trip or a holiday, it is a very worry-free choice. The gym is not available, the rooms have three floors and there are stairs.

Resided in a room with sea view, the view is very beautiful! The hotel is not bad, it is probably the best option in this area!

The bedroom was very well designed, Bed & pillows extremely comfortable. It was great to have a duvet that was actually bigger than the bed. Shower was brilliant & great to have a hairdryer that was not attached to the wall, making it easier to style your hair. ALL staff were very helpful, polite & friendly. hope exam went well!). Food could have been a little hotter at times, but other than that it was plentiful and of good quality. All drinks were also of good quality & again a good selection of local & imports. We had a wonderful time. All in all we had a very enjoyable stay. Thanks VM RESORT MERSIN
