Welcoming staffers, clean room but it was hard to fall asleep at night, too many noisy guests in the hallway and door and walls were too thin to cover them up. Room was lil cold in October, lights were slightly spooky, but it was very close to antelope canyon so that’s it. Don’t expect a relaxing hotel, if you’re traveling around! Cause location is great.

Strong smell in lift and hallway but luckily not inside the room. Room is OK, bathroom is slightly inconvenient with bathtub + shower curtains. Breakfast was great.

Hotel is in an easily accessible location just off the highway. Check-in and out was simple and the staff friendly. Room was adequate and what would be expected. The bed was a little soft for my taste, but it was clean, as was the room itself. The pool at the hotel is small. The included breakfast was good and served by a friendly staff. The only thing I would criticize is that on the second floor you hear the roar of wheeled bags on the walkway.

We enjoyed our stay and the chocolate chip cookies never disappoint. Yummy …our hostess and servers were friendly, courteous and welcoming and I included a photo of the special gal that waited on us for the two morning breakfasts. Everything was great and will stay again.

Really nice spot that fortunately, was not too crowded in the summer. I will definitely stay here again! There were two good swimming pools and the staff was very friendly.

The hotel was nice, room was nice. Coffee maker was dirty, but the room was overall ok. We enjoyed the indoor heated pool. The fitness center was Not to our liking tho. No ac and felt like a sauna. Only has a treadmill and a bike. The Continental breakfast , I’m sorry was horrible. It was a decent stay but would probably not be my first choice to stay again.

It is a beautiful hotel with exceptional staff, particularly Cass, the manager. The evening selection of food and drink was a highlight. Overall, it was a fantastic stay.

Not my favorite hotel that we stayed at on the trip. The staff seemed unable to help with simple requests. We needed a roll away bed (as described in the amenities) and they could not help us. Breakfast was solid. Overall, service needs to improve.

Good location in the city center and rooms are new and well equipped
