(These things are all necessary!) 🏞️Day1: Yantai-Incheon We gathered at Yantai Port International Terminal, took the 'New Xiangxuelan' luxury passenger ship to Incheon International Terminal in Korea, had dinner at the captain's sea view restaurant, and enjoyed the sea view under the night on the deck 🌊🌃 🏞️Day2: Incheon-Seoul Gyeongbokgung Palace-🏯: Many Korean dramas are filmed here, absolutely~ As the palace of Korea, it is very beautifully built here. Take photos in Hanbok📸 It's super out of the picture~👸🏻💂 🏞️Day3: Seoul Cheonggyecheon: A small popular check-in spot but we especially like this spot, it is a small stream flowing through the city🌲🌊Quiet in the noise, the scenery is very beautiful, suitable for street shooting🚶📷 N Seoul Tower: A must-visit place in Korea❗️Korea's iconic building, located near Namsan Park~ Check in here to prove that you have been to Korea🇰🇷🤳🏼 🏞️Day4: Seoul Starry Sky Library: A newly opened library in Seoul, super romantic starry atmosphere, instantly take you into the dream world of Korean drama✨📚, there are more than 50,000 books in the museum, and also provides various types of magazines at home and abroad, no matter men, women, old and young can find their own corner here. 🌟📖 New World Duty Free Shop: Very cost-effective, 8, 9 floors are luxury goods, 10 floors are cosmetics and beauty, 11 floors are clothing, perfume 12 floors are food, electronic products, before shopping, first handle the duty-free shop's gold card and rebate, so shopping is more cost-effective‼️💸💄 🏞️Day5 Seoul Namsan Valley Hanok Village: Although there is a village in the name, it is not a village. It is super out of the picture to take pictures here📸. Overall: - This was a truly stunning sight to see. Gyeonbokgung Palace is located in northern Seoul and was built in 1395. The architecture here was overwhelmingly beautiful. It is definitely worth a visit if you are in South Korea. What To Do: - The changing of the guards was an incredible sight to see and happens every hour from 10:00 15:00 in the main courtyard in front of the palace. - Walking through the palace took us a little over one hour as we spent time to look at each building. The colors and variety were impressive and there were small animal statues located inbetween some of the buildings. - If you are interested, you can rent a traditional Hanbok dress from a shop located just outside the East entrance of the palace. Rental is about $15 USD for two hours. We visited in 2019 and it was so fun to see people from around the world in the shop learning about the dresses and walking through the palace in them. #koreatrip It was our first time in Korea, and having our pictures taken around Gyeongbokgung Palace was on our bucket list. There were many hanbok rental places near the palace, all offering similar prices with varying services. I chose Gigibebe Hanbok, opting for their special hanbok package with hairstyling. The process was simple and straightforward, and the staff were friendly. There's a toilet in the store, and I recommend using it before putting on the hanbok. Also, wear a skin-colored singlet and heat-tech tights underneath; I was freezing because the skirt was thinner and more exposed than I expected, especially in strong winds. We ended up following a soon-to-be-married couple around during their photoshoot to find good spots for our own photos. Unfortunately, unlike tourist spots in Japan, there are no photo stands available around the castle, making it challenging to get good photos together. The palace is quite large, and people are well spread out, so it was difficult to find someone who could take a decent photo for us. What I would have done differently is to engage a personal photographer for a mini photoshoot. It'll costs about $80-100 per person, which is quite reasonable for quality memories.

I Visited Korea recently and it was HEAVEN!!!!! I went to Seoul and Busan to visit the many famous historical landmarks and attractions such as Gyeongbokgung Palace, N Seoul Tower, Bukchon Hanok Village, Gamcheon Cultural Village, Haeundae beach and many more!!!! And how can you visit Korea without eating their variety of delicious foods 😋😍. As I am a big foodie, I visited the famous food markets such as Gwangjang Market, namdaemun market and Myeongdong market and tried many of their food sold such as gimbap, tteokbokki, kalguksu, mandu and many more as shown in the pictures. Just thinking about the food is making my mouth watering again 😭😭😭. If you're also into facial products like me, remember to check out olive young for they affordable and wide variety of products! They are everywhere so it is easy to buy things that you have forgotten or last minute want to buy. The people there are also extremely friendly from my experience. Personally, the most beautiful place to visit in spring and autumn is Gyeongbokgung Palace! (Even though it's pretty when it snows in winter... but it's cold... shivering...) In the spring, there are lots of pretty flowers 🌷 and in the autumn, it's a hot spot for viewing the fall foliage 🍁. It's amazing that you can enter for free if you visit wearing a Hanbok, and with the beautiful scenery and cultural heritage, you'll feel sorry for entering for free. During the nice weather of spring and autumn, there are a lot of people even on weekdays, but since the space is wide, there is no major inconvenience, hehe. This is the number one spot that I want to take my foreign friends when they come to visit 🫶🏻. So, come here with your family, lover, or friends to take a memorable picture.

Hopefully this post can convince you to visit Seoul to catch some cherry blossoms - you get to visit cute cafes (some even overlook the flowers), indulge in some retail therapy, and maybe even catch a glimpse of your favourite Kpop idol! Here is a guide to the best spots to catch the cherry blossom, and capture your next Instagram display photo! 1. Gangchon Rail Park (4/5) This scenic bike ride brings you across an overwater bridge, winding through barren trees, and this gorgeous line of pink cherry blossoms! A super scenic and romantic activity that you cannot miss! 2. Eden Cherry Blossom Road (6/5) Located away from the main city, this road of cherry blossom tree doesn’t come with the usual crowds. You get plenty of space to stroll and admire the flowers, and take pictures. Will recommend booking this as part of a day tour to Nami Island if possible. 3. Nami Island (4/5) Pro tip: Visit the island in the morning, before lunch if possible. At around 10am, you are among the first visitor of Nami Island - you will basically have the entire place to yourself to roam (like a private island!) and snap cherry blossoms pictures without anyone in it! When we left around 12noon the crowd really started to come in and the quiet atmosphere was gone. 4. Seokchon Lake (3/5) The ring of cherry blossom looks beautiful from the top, but this place is PACKED during the weekends. You will basically be knocking shoulders with the public, but those visiting Lotte World should definitely check this lake out, since they are located in the same area. 5. Garden just off Hongjecheon Waterfall (10/5) Just off the main centre of Hongdae is this serene man-made waterfall. Follow the dirt path, past running waters, and you will find this wonderful hill where tulips and cherry blossoms co-exist! We spotted mostly locals there - a great little hidden find that you won’t see in most cherry blossom guides! 6. Yeonnam-dong (3/5) Make plans to visit this hip area for its numerous cute cafes, then stay to check out this line of cherry blossoms! Cafes like Margaret even has a balcony that overlooks the pink tree - great vibes while sipping on a cup of coffee. 7. Yeouido Cherry Blossom Festival (4/5) Probably the most famous viewing spot in Seoul - and it shows. The amount of people here is insane, but it also has the highest concentration of pink trees (in my opinion). After admiring the flowers, you can also pop by the Han River located just next to it and enjoy a bowl of cup noodles. Or sit and take in the city skyline. 8. Gyeongbokgung Palace (2/5) You might probably be already visiting this must-see attraction in Seoul. And deep within the palatial ground lies a small line of cherry blossom; not the most impressive, but still worth checking out when you are dressed up in hanbok - makes for a perfect photo! #cherryblossom2024 #flower #korea #seoul #spring

Seoul, you really know how to enjoy yourself! The Qingming holiday coincides with the cherry blossom season in Korea, so beautiful Visit Gyeongbokgung Palace in Hanbok, and I recommend the following cherry blossom spots for a half-day cherry blossom citywalk - P1-3: Jeongdok Library P4: Behind the Museum of Modern Art, location 'Jingjindang' P5-6: Bukchon Hanok Village P7-11: Gyeongbokgung Palace - ⭐️Recommended order to avoid crowds: Jingjindang > Jeongdok Library > Gyeongbokgung Palace > Hanok Village It's really not easy to take pictures when it's too crowded, pay attention to the beautiful scenery on the way! - 🚶🏻‍♂️Route reference: Change into Hanbok at Gyeongbokgung Station - Jingjindang - Jeongdok Library - Bukchon Hanok Village - Enter Gyeongbokgung Palace through Sinmumun (opposite the Blue House) and exit through Gwanghwamun
