This is definitely the place to visit when in Vicenza. The room was average, but okay if you just manage with bed and bathroom. It is about an 15 minutes walk from the central of the town, but there is a lot of good restaurants and services on the way. But the customer service is next level. So helpful and friendly. A huge thanks to the reseption worker who worked at the evening in 29th and 30th of August. The guy who loved Finland and Peruna-jauheliha soselaatikko. You maked our visit amazing!

I stayed at Hotel Victoria on my way out of Vicenza for 5 nights in November 2021. What an impressive hotel! Plenty of free parking on arrival, the lobby was large, super clean, and modern with plenty of seating. I booked a single room but was pleasantly surprised at how large the bed and room were. The bathroom was spotless and spacious. Given all of this information, the part I was most appreciative of was the staff. From the moment I checked in they were polite, attentive, and helpful. I was assisted several times over the 5 days, using their front desk printing services, borrowing the desk clerk for translation assistance, and grabbing a drink at the bar where the reception staff doubled as the bartender! Their breakfast was phenomenal! It was very extensive inclusive of hot and cold menu items, fresh fruits, yogurt, cheese, meats and all the Italian coffee you want and the breakfast staff was EXCELLENT! When I arrived in Vicenza, I stayed at another local hotel that was so awful I left after 2 days, I wish I would have known about this hotel!! Overall, my stay was outstanding, and I would highly recommend this hotel to ANYONE coming into Vicenza. It’s about a 6-minute drive to Caserma Ederle and MUCH better than other hotels that may closer. I would give them 10-stars if I could; exceptional hotel!

I have stayed here twice, once in 2015, and one recently. I love the location as I can easily walk downtown. The room, I had the last time was a junior suite. Quite spacious room and bathroom. The shower had great water pressure and was large. The Beds are a bit firm which is probably an understatement, they were Fred Flintstone hard. However, even with them being hard I slept very well. The breakfast and the staff are where this hotel really shines. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The breakfast has a lot of good options. The parking can be a bit challenging but I expect that most places that are close to the city center.

Quando leggo le recensioni che definiscono questo hotel ottimo mi chiedo se queste persone siano mai state in un vero 4 stelle. L'hotel dovrebbe cambiare nome da Antico hotel Vicenza a Vecchio hotel Vicenza. Nella camera ,una superior, angoli delle pareti scrostate come pure il fondo della porta. Arredamento vecchio e mal tenuto, sanitari altrettanto vecchi e set di cortesia al minimo! 1 bagnoschiuma in 2 e se per il giorno seguente ne abbiamo avuto un altro abbiamo dovuto farlo presente alla reception. Niente tende oscuranti per cui la sera bisognava chiudere le imposte e scoprire così che i davanzali erani pieni di guano come il fondo degli infissi e i vetri non puliti da chissà quando. Moquette macchiata. Le note positive riguardano solo la cortesia del personale di sala e della reception , la vicinanza al centro e la comodità del letto. Al momento del checkout non ci nè stato chiesto dalla sig. Federica nessun feedback riguardo al soggiorno altrimenti le avrei detto tutto ciò che ho scritto. Penso che questo hotel andrebbe rinnovato e data più attenzione alla pulizia per tornare a meritare le 4 stelle che le sono state assegnate chissà quando.

Hotel located in a very comfortable position, close to the city centre. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I wish they had more options for breakfast, but the person who was working behind the buffet was so kind to make some scrambled eggs for us, so I can't complain. I would definitely stay there again.
