Do NOT waste your money on this place. It is located right across from the extreamely noicy bare ‘Senor Frog’. It was impossible to get any sleep here because of the extreme noice. And this is NOT mentioned anywhere on ********** or their website. Also the place is worn down and dirty. I changed my room 3 times in one night. All 3 rooms had dirty/stained bedlinen/towels - very disgusting. It was dirty and does absolutely not categorize as a 3/4 star hotel in any way, shape or form. One of the rooms i changed to smelled so bad of either mold or pee..or a combination of both… We had booked 1 week in this place through ********** and unfortunately the hotel was not willing to refund our stay although they promise a totally different experience on **********. We checked out after one night and tried to get a refund wich the hotel refused. So we basically wasted our money. The standard of this hotel is VERY low and you dont want to waste your money here. Breakfast is included - but dont get fooled by this either. The breakfast is the most basic you can imagine and you have to go to another location for this. If you want a good vacation in Playa Del Carmen do NOT go to this hotel.

The hotel is an older hotel. The location is great for access to the beach and walk around 5th Ave. The bartenders and the travel shop/scuba shop were great the hotel maintenance and front desk staff were not the best. We did have issues with our rooms and they were fixed eventually except the king room that we booked was not available and we had to share a double bed. Iit’s an older hotel with musty smells and stuck drawers. The pool closed early on a Saturday night (8pm) but the mariachi/karaoke can play until 11pm and the noise will carry into the room. The kelp on the beach is filled with sand fleas and we came home with over 100 sand flea bites between the 5 of us. The buffet was ok but not worth $45 per day per person.

Non è sicuramente un posto di lusso però e centralissimo,proprio sulla quinta Avenida, è pulito e i ragazzi del personale sono molto bravi. È compresa una esigua colazione e il rapporto qualità / prezzo è buono. Può avere problemi chi ha il sonno leggero per la musica ad alto volume dei locali che ci sono vicini...

Just finishing up our 2 week stay at our favorite resort, the Royal Haciendas!! Absolutely love this resort. Super clean & the food is amazing! Special kudos to Alfredo in the members lounge, Sixto the best bellman around, Miguel & Charlie in the activities area! Best yoga ever!!! Jonas was our waiter in Los Murales & we liked him so much we asked to sit in his area the 2nd visit there. The teppanyaki dinner with Christian doing the show & Jermiah (not sure I got that right) was a lot of fun. Jaiver, our pool server was excellent & always remembered my drink order. Many more excellent servers at the pool & Luna Grill. Enjoyed the spa & I can’t remember the wonderful seniorita who attended to us but she was excellent!!! The Rotunda bar provided superb service too!!

From start to finish, the experience at Ocean Riviera Paradise El Beso was simply outstanding. The resort itself is beautiful, with immaculately maintained grounds. But what really stood out to me was the exceptional service provided by the employees, particularly Miroslava, Rafael, Timu, Jorge (from the trolly), Mijael (bartender), and Francisco!! As mentioned, the employees at Ocean Riviera Paradise El Beso that truly make the resort stand out and made our time there absolutely AMAZING are Miroslava, Rafael, Timu, Jorge (from the trolly), Mijael (bartender), and Francisco! Here are some more positives about their exceptional service: * They are incredibly knowledgeable about the resort and the surrounding area. They were always happy to provide recommendations for activities, restaurants, and local attractions, and they seemed genuinely invested in ensuring that we had a wonderful time! * They were dedicated to providing exceptional service and ensuring that we felt valued and appreciated. They clearly take pride in their work and went out of their way to make sure that every guest had a personalized and memorable experience. * They are warm, friendly, and approachable. They are always available to answer questions or offer assistance, but never intrusive or pushy. * They are professional, and they take their jobs very seriously. They are punctual, reliable, and always strived to exceed guest expectations. Overall, these employees at Ocean Riviera Paradise El Beso are truly exceptional. Their dedication to providing outstanding service and ensuring that guests have a wonderful time is evident in everything they do. Kami kaum absiolutes menyukai resort ini. Kolam renang dan pantai sangat baik. Banyak hidupan liar di mana-mana, yang menjadikan pengalaman itu sangat istimewa. Saya jatuh cinta dengan burung merak yang bertengger di balkoni kami setiap malam. Kakitangan hiburan dan pertunjukan sangat menyeronokkan. Satu-satunya aduan saya dan mengapa saya hanya memberikan ulasan 4 bintang ini ialah makanan. Ia sepatutnya menjadi makanan yang paling teruk yang pernah saya makan di resort yang merangkumi semua.
