Saya menginap di Boutique Urban Madrid Serrano selama seminggu sambil mencari apartmen di Madrid. Bilik itu ringkas dan asas dengan semua yang saya perlukan. Terdapat beberapa perkara kecil yang saya perhatikan seperti tuala kelihatan kotor. Alangkah baiknya jika ada kain lap dengan sedikit sabun kerana terdapat beberapa gelas dan pinggan di dalam almari tetapi tiada cara untuk membasuhnya. Ini hanyalah perkara kecil yang saya perhatikan, tetapi secara keseluruhan penginapan saya sangat baik dan kakitangannya sangat mesra.

The apartment was very central in Chueca, in walking distance to the night life. It was clean and tidy. The street is very noise at night until late and early morning with the opening of the café just in front.

Decent last minute option but cleanliness left something to be desired. Also, the room had a foul odor but bedsheets appeared to be clean. Couch had stains on it. Very convenient location for train transport directly from airport and good sized space but not a true one bedroom as we booked.

It was a very pleasant stay. It is close to Plenilunio Mall, about 7 minutes walking, also close to the airport. It is located in a quiet area. To be able to cook in the aprtment you need to make a deposit of 20 euros. Overall satisfied with the experience and the price

The apartment was favorably located, in close proximity to a public parking garage which we used, metro station and restaurants. We were really satisfied with how clean, spacious, functional and modern the entire apartment was and the amenities were great too! Everything you need! The only downside for us was right at the start with trying to find the building as part of the name was missing and then the lengthy check-in process. The photos of travel docs of each occupant had to be uploaded and if that was not enough, we also had to fill in the details for each one of us. We traveled with our 1 month old baby all the way from Valencia to Madrid and was waiting outside in the cold for the code to enter. Only until we called the contact centre did someone acknowledge that we had completed the check-in process and emailed us the code. Overall, it was a great apartment, however, may need to give some thought to a check-in process that is stress-free.

The hotel is located 12 km from the city centre, which is not practical when it comes to visiting the city. It is possible to take the train to the center. The train station is a few minutes' walk from the hotel. The hotel is located in an indystrie zone, with very few bars or restaurants, all of which are closed on weekends. The hotel does not provide a bar, no restaurant, only some refrigerators where you can buy drinks and food, at a reasonable price, which you heat yourself in the microwave provided. The room is quite basic, but just, no fridge. I couldn't operate the air conditioning, and it was set to 23.5 degrees, which was too hot to sleep comfortably. The walls are very thin, and thus nuisance from the neighbors when they watch TV.

Superb location, all the main attractions are a short distance away, and if you are not able to walk, there’s the Seville metro Station which connects to Sol station and three different lines. Very comfortable apartment, nice size for two people, fully equipped with all utensils, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. Laundry detergent is available from the front desk, scourer, cloth and two dishwasher tablets are provided. Easy to arrange taxi for early pickup through front desk. No sound from the neighbouring rooms, however there is a lively bar across the street which is busy Thursday into weekend but this is minor. Excellent choice for a reasonable price in Madrid. Realised i didn’t take many pics, but happy with accommodation.

Great location. Room was clean and big enough for luggage. Some reviews said that the hotel was very noisy and it’s true. External noise from the street. Internal noise comes from neighbouring rooms and corridors. The noise continued well past midnight, making it impossible for me to get the quality of sleep I needed. I also experienced frequent slamming of doors and loud conversations in the hallways and lobby throughout the night (till 3am!) further disrupting my rest. I couldn’t understand why the staffs didn’t stopped them. I felt that the hotel does not have the intention to manage the noise problem. Hydraulic door buffer can be installed easily to reduce some noise but it is not available in this hotel.

酒店位置非常好，走路去皇宮、馬約爾廣場、西班牙廣場、太陽門廣場都都非常方便。在酒店樓頂的平台就可以看到皇宮和薩巴蒂尼花園，但薩巴蒂尼花園在整修。酒店的服務和早餐都不錯，酒店房間也算比較大。唯一覺得欠缺的是，早餐地方的地面衞生有點差，沒上圖，肉眼可見污漬和麪包屑。
