Very good, slightly far from Banff, but the price is much cheaper. The kitchen and washing machine are all there, the staff is very friendly and teaches you how to use the washing machine.

It is nice cozy place… all you need for a stay. The price is great for the value you get of a small suite with all private amenities you would need. The service is responsive. It is so close to all the great restaurants on the 17th Ave. It is located in Lower Mount Royal are of the city… can’t get it better than this at the price point. Enjoyed my stay there for 9 nights. Thank you 🙏

The room was great. The whole experience makes us felt like home, and we could definitely want to stay there for a long time if we can. The best place for families for sure. The amenities were great, and the one bedroom even have two toilets. Because I booked through trip.com, somehow the hotel has issues with my payment/authorisation. But, they have definitely communicated with me very promptly prior to the visit and everything went well. Highly recommend!!!

침대가 2개라서 친구랑 지내기 좋았어요
동네에 편의점도 있어서 급하게 뭐 사먹을때도 괜찮았고
다운타운까지 걸어서는 한 20분걸린거같고 버스도 타고 갈 수 있어요! 다만 위층에서 걸어다니는 소리, 대화하는 소리가 들리더라구요
근데 심한 정도는 아니여서 괜찮았어요
1층이라 잘때는 방문 창문을 다 닫고 자는데 조금 더웠어요
그거말고는 다 괜찮고 좋았습닏

EEthan the travelerBeautiful hotel. Great location. 5-10 min walk from everything. We needed to clean the tea/coffee amenities and wipe down the table ourselves but no big deal. We booked a superior 2 queen room - all these types of room are all on the first floor. You should make sure to request facing inside, not outside towards the street. No view but it's quiet. Others complain about noise/privacy if facing the street on the 1st floor. One pool was closed for renovation and blocking some of the view from the roof.

SShitouyyThe rooms are well-spaced, and while each space isn't large, it's more than adequate. Even if you stay for more than a day, they won't come in to clean the apartment, but upon arrival, it was very clean. It's a cozy and comfortable little apartment, and I highly recommend it.

GGuest UserThe two beds were perfect for my friend and me. Having a convenience store nearby was super handy for grabbing snacks or anything we needed in a pinch. We walked to downtown in about 20 minutes, or you could easily take the bus too. My only minor complaint was hearing footsteps and conversations from the upstairs neighbors. But it wasn't too bad, so it was fine. Being on the first floor, it got a little warm at night when we closed all the windows. Other than that, everything was great!
