Hotel location is super perfect which nearby the centre point of Vancouver, many restaurants surround hotel especially Korean food, and we stay in penthouse floor which can look at the north side of Vancouver and hills. By the way no special facilities and service here and some of furnitures in room are getting old and not plenty clean although they charge me cleaning fee before check-in

我們定了兩房一廳要求安靜的房間,最後給的角落的位置,非常舒服,房間旁邊就是一條小河,晚上聽着潺潺流水的聲音入眠 太舒服了。房間廚房和客廳都很寬敞。唯一美中不足的就是早上11點退房。還沒有來得及享受泳池和其他設施。

Stayed here for 2 nights as a group of 5 adults recently. We had a Classic Suite with kitchenette, two separate bedrooms, dining and living room with a sofa and a double murphy bed. There were two bathrooms in the apartment, one en-suite and one just off the main living area. All in all the apartment was a great choice for a family; we were all comfortable, were able to make small meals if we needed to (the kitchenette was equipped with a stove, kettle, coffee maker, microwave as well as all essentials such as utensils, plates, pots, dishwashing liquid/dishwasher, kitchen towels, etc); and it was a much more economical option for a stay as a group. We didn’t use the parking as even dropping the bags off was a bit of a hassle (there was nowhere to park nearby even to check-in), so going car-less was a good choice. The location is great in a quiet residential area very close to the park and beaches/seawall. The one disadvantage was that there aren’t many restaurants in the area, other than a brewery, but we were able to order food in by using Uber Eats. The apartment is older and definitely needs some maintenance (some lights were not working etc) and some TLC soon enough; but it was clean and very comfortable. The staff were really good with quick check in and check out, and good communication. Mind you the reception hours are somewhat limited so make sure to follow the instructions and plan for late or weekend arrivals, etc. All in all, I was very pleased with our stay here, and would recommend it to others.

Check In Arrived at 10 NOT expecting to be given a room as we knew that the check in time was 4pm. The reception staff were very hopeful that the room would be ready quickly and we would be phoned when it was. They said our room had been prioritised. So we went off for a walk. 1230 pm- no phone, no room. Room finally given at 330. Bags of rubbish were sitting in front of the room in the corridor! Considering that checkout was 12 noon, it is taking the room service an incredibly long time to do up the room. Room Very spacious but very dated. Wall paper peeling off in some areas. Cleanliness was average. Beds comfortable. Location Absolutely fantastic. Heart of downtown- next to Robson street. Summary Great potential. Let down by the housekeeping and the dated decor. Not value for money (I paid nearly £450 per night)!

Our stay at Evolution made as rethink going to a regular hotel the next time we are in Whistler (previously stayed at the Fairmount Hotel’s ). It’s located on Creekside so not in the village. Our suite was clean, spacious, with modern amenities - higher end appliances, huge soaker tub and shower, heated bathroom floors, a fireplace - everything a family would need. I was impressed they even provided dishwasher pods and laundry soap. The pool was small but available to book to keep the numbers low due to COVID-19. We also appreciated the 11:00 am check out. We will return and hopefully by then the games room, sauna, steam room and gym will be opened.

Deer Lodge unit 216: Okay, won’t stay again. The building is older, the unit is okay. There is NO central air, a mobile unit was in the bedroom but that did not adequately cool the living area. The AC was not on to cool the unit in advance (after stating our arrival). Towel supply - only 3 face clothes and still had mascara stains on one. Toilet Paper - < 3 rolls for three days for three woman. Small rolls of TP. Cleanliness - dust bunnies in corners. Bedding was tossed into closet, not folded. Unit IS well stocked in kitchen. The pool are is nice. The pool could have been cleaner one day and was good the second day. The floor was ver slippery and people were slipping. However, our response is due to the fact we called and requested more toilet paper, face cloths and soap (2 small provided). This resulted in receiving two phone calls asking if we checked under the sink for face cloths. The second call was saying that the owner said there was adequate T.P. We were questioned about how much we needed and there was adequate amounts supplied. My RESPONSE to the person calling was I understood he was not the problem and I was not going to defend what we required and we would purchase our own supplies. This is the reason for a negative review. Customer service is not great!
