The place is really beautiful and there were little nice things like a camera or a charger or a yoga mat inside the room. Also it was nice that the kitchen came with cooking oil because that's a kind of thing you don't want to buy for a few days. The place is very close to the tram and was quite noisy. Also I heard neighbours across the hallway. So even the walls are soundproof, the doors are not really.

Overall 10/10. Contact with the service is at the highest level. The hotel itself is located in a house where other residents are and a couple of rooms for rent. Intuitive information provided by the service makes check in easier, leave baggage or help in any problems. The room itself is very nice, solidly equipped, with its own internet and tv access to all applications. The bathroom is very rich with all cosmetics. Location about 30 min walking from the center. Under the hotel there is a bus and tram stop. There are various kinds of fast food around the area as if someone was hungry late in the evening

Really enjoyed my stay. Everything is straightforward, great attention to detail including having an adaptor, a yoga mat, sweets, tea and nice coffee, a water bottle, USB C plugs and other smaller bits improving one's life. Wish there were more lockers in the luggage room (all were occupied). Sometimes answering the queries took longer but generally everything is available online.

Excellent location, clean and it has everything! Quiet at night for a good sleep. The only downside was there was no lift so the apartment on the 4th floor got me a shock when I arrived as I had 2 luggage. Nonetheless, I enjoyed the stay, very cosy little apartment.

We truly loved this apartment in Tallinn. Having a kitchen was a huge advantage, as it allowed us to cook our own meals. The apartment is very charming, and the location is excellent—right in the Old Town. It felt just as comfortable and cozy as being at home!

Self check-in was easy, the apartment was modern and very clean, the host had put sheets on the couch for me in advance when I informed them about needing the couch for sleeping. The host also sent us very nicely made instructions for check-in and check-out.

Self check-in on the website, you will be given two access codes after logging in. The door and floor share an access code and the room is another. The interior of the hotel is very clean and beautiful. There is a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave oven in the room. It is a bit inconvenient to walk in winter.

Excellent hotel, great location, and friendly staff. I really enjoyed my stay. I was traveling alone.

Spacious.. The bed is one double, one single, one sofa bed, and the location is on the Old Town Hill. It was a bit cold even though there was a radiator. ㅜ Still very satisfied. I recommend it.

Very small but cozy apartments. There is everything for the life of the kitchen, dishes, coffee machine and even 4 capsules for what is a great thank you. I didn't figure out how to turn the pull over the stove. The kitchen light is turned on by the button on the top of the family cabinet. In order not to be hot on the second floor, the fan helps the fan faster, and so when ventilating on the first floor comfortably, and on the second rises warm air and sleep in a shower. Cleaning at the check-in and after your departure. The view was on the old city very much liked.
