Really good location, 10 mins walk to the train station. Close to one restaurant, bars and super market. The room that we had was very spacious, and the bed was comfortable.

Donc un conseil n'acceptez pas les nuits bonus de booking si vous voulez avoir une bonne chambre. Une chambre au rez-de-chaussée j'entends tout les voitures qui se garent les personnes qui parlent et en plus ce n'est pas sécurisé je suis obligé de laisser le volet fermé par sécurité car c'est l'accès direct au parking. Donc je réitère mon conseil n'acceptez pas les nuits bonus de booking si vous voulez avoir une bonne chambre.

We often stay in Adagio Aparthotels because we often travel as a family and having a kitchen is always a plus. We find that Adagio service, comfort & cleanliness is always consistent. Rooms are always clean upon arrival. And although there is no daily cleaning of the apartment, they have cleaning supplies for you to use. This Adagio in Annecy is very well located. It is about 300 meters behind the train station, walking distance to the old town and the lake. Just around the corner is a mall with a big Monoprix supermarket. We had a room good for 3 people with a small balcony. The bed was comfortable but the sofa bed wasn’t too comfortable. The bathroom had both a shower and tub. The kitchen had a small dishwasher and very ample kitchen cookware, plates, glasses, etc. They also had a coffee maker. Air condition worked well, and there were a lot of cabinets for us to use. The people in the front desk were friendly and helpful too.

The hotel is nicely located within Ferney-Voltaire with 5-minutes walk both from the F/66 bus stop at Rue de Jure or center of the town or Voltaire's house. I stayed at the room on the last floor with a lot of the fresh air and the only 'noise' from the birds. The room itself was clean with all necessary cooking facilities present. I definitely recommend this hotel compared to twice more expensive Geneve if one don't mind 30 minutes bus ride to 'Nations' in the morning.

Fifth visit to this hotel and for the first time when booking I saw different prices for different room sizes, and chose the only 1 that had any availability when I came to book, so I knew I would not be getting a big room with balcony as I've had twice before. The air considering now seems to be in all rooms (it was only in some last time I stayed in 2019), but I do wish they would give the option of being able to use it all year round (a notice states that when the mode has been switched, I guess centrally, it is not possible to switch it back, and last time I stayed it was a warm October and the air conditioning didn't work). In steamy June it was great to have very efficient and controllable air con and the room was very comfortable for sleeping. Every room has a kitchenette which we find very useful for chilling drinks etc. We did miss the balcony for having a drink, but knew we wouldn't get this so weren't disappointed. The young chap who checked us in was very pleasant but spoke very fast French to me at check in and didn't revert to English despite my not great French, I think I should be flattered! We had some issues with our door lock which worked only intermittently. We reported it twice and the problem seems to be diagnosed by what colour light shows when the card is inserted, the problem was there was no light at all! The second time, after being totally locked out and even a very friendly housekeeper couldn't make it work, the lady from reception changed the batteries but it still didn't work reliably so she said she'd get maintenence to have a look the next day. We don't think this happened, but we did find that if we pulled the door forward before putting the key in we could get it to open. The piece of wood at the bottom of the door was loose and was a bit of a trip hazard. Housekeeping is only done every other day which was perfectly fine and when it was done it was to an amazing standard (eg sheets changed) but the coffee supplies seemed inadequate for 2 people (only 1 coffee capsule, creamer etc) , not that it was a problem for us as the machine was a bit too complicated! All in all, this was another very pleasant stay in a hotel that feels like home from home for us now!

Amazing hotel! Absolutely loved location: shops are near, metropolitan, tram. Staff also was really nice. I can definitely recommend this hotel! The room has a cooking stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, it is very convenient.

Sommes présentés à 3 reprises à l'établissement dans l'après-midi mais le service de réception fermé et impossibilité de pénétrer dans les lieux sans code d'accès. C'est un client qui victime de la même mésaventure nous a ouvert la porte et nous a indiqué le coffre dans lequel se trouvait notre carte magnétique de chambre. Dans celle-ci régnait une odeur nauséabonde. Pas de lampe de chevet à droite du lit. Plusieurs impacts importants au plafond. Une seule chaise rembourrée dans la cuisine, sinon 2 tabourets. Un fauteuil de bureau à l'assise tachée. 3 araignées comptabilisés dans la pièce. Bain de pied le matin en raison dégivrage du frigo. Traces importantes d'humidité au plafond de douche et moisissure à l'angle intérieur du bac à douche. Intérieur du micro-ondes de propreté douteuse. Toutes ces remarques sont indignes d'un hôtel de cette classe. Nous sommes amèrement déçus.

Excellent accueil! La Résidence est très bien placée, à 2 pas du centre-ville, du Lac de Divonne, et à quelques kms des pistes... Le personnel est d'une gentillesse... les espaces communs, les appartements sont très propres. Nous avions un duplex, literie excellente (très important...)! Les petits - : la SDB est exigue et a besoin d'être rénovée, il manque un petit four dans la cuisine... Mais ce sont des détails...

Propreté à revoir . Odeurs suspectes Ne vaut absolument pas son prix Une nuit fin mai pour le boulot … appart moyen …. Une autre nuit le 4 juin .. grand appartement mais toujours sale et odeur suspecte et ce coup ci pas de papier toilette ! Accueil fermant à 19h … je descend à 18h50 après mon arrivée en demander .. tout était déjà fermé … bref obligé d’aller acheter du papier toilette … sympa pour une nuit . Je demanderai à mon entreprise d’arrêter les frais .

Very old and dirty place. Mainly in the elevators and corridors Not for value Not enough space for parking Staff not friendly I have been there for business. The only good thing is the breakfast. Very good offer as fresh fruit, dried fruits, yogurt eggs etc

This hotel was one of the worst I have ever stayed in. Before I get into specifics, the staff was great, very friendly and nice. I don't blame them for the state of the rooms. The first room we had was right on the street, first floor. It seemed ok at first, but it was so noisy and we were staying for 6 nights, I asked to change and they ended up finding a room later that day we could move to. The first room was ok, it seemed run down. The bedding and bed seemed new and the a/c worked, so I thought is was workable. After the noise and I moved to the next room, I had another awful room. There was a hole in the bathroom ceiling where there was a water leak. The full length mirror was cracked and I was worried I would hit it by accident and cause it to fall. There were just minor issues like wallpaper peeling and paint touch ups needed. I know this company recently bought this hotel, but they should not be open until the rooms were renovated. The rooms needed a total gutting and redoing. This is not at all the quality I was expecting when I booked. Also, we were told we needed the key to swipe to access the building, but that wasn't true. Anyone could enter at any time. I never felt safe there. The second room we had was way in the back, so I felt safer there, but I was very happy to leave when it was time to check out. So if you are staying here soon, I would advise to check and see if the rooms have been renovated before you book.

Pour commencer nous arrivons dans la chambre le frigo ne marche pas la réception n’avait pas l’air étonnée et je pense sincèrement que c’est un problème qui n’est pas récent aucun geste commercial . Secondement ne parlons pas de l’état du bouibouis si on peut appeler ça comme cela vu l’horreur .. Passer votre chemin vous ne le regretterai pas. Il n’y a pas de volet inutile de vous précisez que votre sommeil sera interrompu par le soleil . Le matela un autre sujet sensible heureusement que mon dos n’a pas la parole car il hurlerai sinon

Nice hotel, as advertised. Everything was nice, except the major issue that you CAN NOT control the AC/heating. Also, the dust in the AC vents and on top of things (e.g. mirror) should be removed. Some minor usage signs that can be easily corrected. Still, would recommend the stay (just be aware of the expected outside temperature).

Despite it's a modern bulding, dating from the last decade, air conditionning NEVER worked. In Lyon, a city which facing regularly heatwaves (up to 40° C / 104 ° F) !!! Very poor service from ”Appart' City” brand, belonging to ”Park & Suites” group. *********** Futhermore, front desk staff seem to be mythomaniac : - the first, an man speaking French with an Italian accent, told me his manager would be there at around 07.30 on following morning. He also precised this manager was used to reimburse up to 70 % of stay's rate, due to the default aircon. - the second told me his colleague gave me false informations. She gave me the e-mail of the Back Office and recommended me to deal this issue directly with the (supposed to be) manager. This last was of course not there and front desk staff is not allowed to give her phone number. Both told me they were supposed to fix definitely aircon but when first lockdown happened in March 2020, they ran out of money. With that poor service (NO aircon, broken fan, etc...) don't waste your money for that society... It would be not a huge loss if they are going bankrupt... ******** I wrote an e-mail to this Back Office and to Appart'City HQ. NONE of them bothered themselves to answer. Lyon Gerland's Back Office did not even read my claim, written in French (see snapshot) ******** (As a native French, I chose to write this TripAdvisor rating in English. There are aleady plenty of ratings in French. I just should have read them first before booking...)

This hotel was an absolute dump. The picture on your website has rto be at least 10 years old as the room my wife and I stayed in was visibly deteriorated ( faded dirty paint, stained bathroom fixtures etc.) We were part of a group that stayed for one night before heading towards Switzerland so the agony of sleeping in a room that reeked of cigarette smoke from the previous guest, without A/C, apparently a long-standing issue with this hotel (there was a cheap fan in a corner of the room), mercifully lasted for a few unforgetable hours. The hotel is located in an urban setting with loads of street and traffic noise for added torture during a largely sleepless night. Should youy decide to stay at this hotel despite this review, remember, you were warned.

Bonjour, J'ai découvert Appart'City Classic Par Trip pour la première fois. Je croyais que c'était un Hôtel avec prestation repas le soir et Pdj Avec surprise, j'ai pu apprécier le faite de faire ma cuisine et/ou faire réchauffer des petits plats. Je n'ai pas pris de petit'dej sur place mais je vais essayer pour ma deuxième semaine Merci à l'équipe pour son accueil Cordialement Philippe Ps: Merci pour le petit mot d'accueil et son cadeau
