TTetrapoueteIt can be quite difficult to find a place which can accommodate a family of 5 all at once so we were very happy to see 3 double beds in the family room. The room is bright and clean, the hotel location is very good. Around 10min away from Universal park; there are 2 free shuttle buses in the morning (7.20 am and 8.20 am) but you can also easily get a taxi/ Didi to there. There are several chinese restaurants right in front of the hotel. The person who welcomed us was very nice and helpful. I saw some comments saying toiletries would not be renewed from one day to another. You actually have to scan the Wechat QR code located next to the hotel door (street side) and the hotel staff will then help you to book the shuttle bus to the park or renew the toiletries the next day. The bed will not be redone though, that would be some possible improvement. Besides this, we will totally come back to this place.

SSweeney1987From the moment we arrived, the staff came out to greet us in such a friendly and welcoming manner. During check-in they added us to a WeChat group and provided lots of useful information to help make our stay enjoyable, including nearby restaurants and local attractions. We could speak enough Chinese to get by, but even if you only speak English it would still be manageable as one of the staff members speaks some English. If needed, using a translation app was never a problem because all of the staff were patient, friendly, and always willing to help. One thing that really stood out was that they disinfected the hot spring right in front of us before use, which was a really nice touch and made us feel reassured that everything was clean. The entire room was spotless, including the sauna room, shower and bathroom. They also provided free TV services for our child, which was great for relaxing in the evening. I went to get some beers from the front desk and they insisted we didn’t need to pay. Later on, there was free BBQ with complimentary food and drinks, which we were not expecting at all. The staff were amazing throughout the stay. They even helped look after our child while we were eating, and brought breakfast directly to our door when requested. Breakfast itself was excellent with a good variety of food. The only small thing was there wasn’t any juice available, but honestly it was such a minor issue that I completely forgot about it afterwards. The 阿姨 was incredibly warm and friendly, just a genuinely lovely person, along with the owners and the rest of the staff. Everyone made us feel truly looked after. This is honestly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. It’s also in a fantastic location — only around a 15-minute walk downhill to a quieter section of the Great Wall, and about a 20-minute taxi ride to Badaling Great Wall. When we left, they gave us dates as a way to say thank you for staying at their hotel and to welcome us back again in the future. I would highly recommend staying here and would happily return again.

Hotel environment is high end, cleanliness is superb, hotel room size is execellent, the amenities are complete and with a very good quality. The hotel puclic area and toilet were well maintained. Breakfast quality is top notch with a lot of choices. Breakfast at top floor 40th, it offers a very good city view. Definately a top choice for business and family vacation. The hotel staffs are professional and proactive. Check in and check out process are very fast and efficient. Area for improvement, 5 stars property need to have a swimming pool. Hotel can consider offer a complimentary instant noodles inside the hotel room as supper for the hotel guest since all hotel room has kitchenette. Please set the sofa at the lobby living hall for hotel guest to wait for the taxi / Didi. Please consider to provide the pajamas to the hotel guest. Please consider to upgrade the hotel toilet to smart toilet.

PPengguna TetamuThe location is stunning and the room is well-sized for a family, modern and well decorated/ furnished in a luxury style. The gentleman looking after us was friendly, kind and helpful in booking a car, as well quick to respond to questions. The evening meal was delicious and he took us to an interesting restaurant for lunch. Hygiene was a big issue for us. The house was filthy inside and outside and needs to be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected by a professional company. The BBQ area was so dirty it was unusable and we cleaned the outside table 3 times ourselves before using. Floors inside were filthy and only a dirty, old mop used to move the dirt around - no clean, hot water or cleaning materials were used. I threw one of the floor mats outside - these must be replaced and cleaned between guests! This meant I had to use towels on the floor to prevent slipping, which got really dirty. Staff should not wear outdoor shoes inside the property! Cupboards have greasy fingerprints all over them. There were bugs in the shower and in the curtains. I saw hair around the indoor bathtub, but didn’t use it. A thorough clean with soapy, hot water BEFORE guests arrive is required, as it’s below the common standards in China that we’ve observed while traveling (including in some budget hotels). Breakfast was delivered to the property, but it was tiny and plain. We had just come from a budget hotel that had cleaner rooms and a more substantial breakfast provided. The ‘hot springs’ are from a water tank at the back. Showers are okay but would benefit from a water pump to improve the pressure. Beds are fine, if a little on the soft side for us, but that’s a personal preference. Overall, this could be a beautiful, luxury stay, and the gentleman was so helpful and kind. However, it is important that the hygiene and breakfast is improved, especially as the pricing is on the high-end, and so guests will expect more in terms of quality. We won’t return, unfortunately.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaI had a lovely experience at this hotel. There were some mixed reviews regarding the location since we weren’t driving, but I found it to be perfectly fine. Taxis were readily available, and the hotel staff were incredibly helpful in arranging our departure taxis; they even assisted us with pre-booking a Didi. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean and had thoughtful touches in the room that made our stay comfortable. Additionally, it is within walking distance to a quieter section of the Great Wall, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay!

AAHLAN WASAHLANGreat Location and a Very Helpful Host, but Bathroom Drainage Needs Improvement The location is fantastic! It is very close to the metro station and conveniently located in the iQiyi building. Overall, it was a good stay, except for a few issues. First, the sink was clogged and the window couldn't be locked. However, as soon as I informed the host, they took action and fixed both issues immediately. Excellent host! The main problem, however, was the bathroom floor. The drain was severely clogged, and the water would pool up and not dry even after leaving it overnight. I informed the host, and they advised us to shower inside the bathtub and make sure the shower curtain was fully closed. We did exactly as instructed, but the water still flooded the floor. I didn't want to argue or complain about the same thing twice, so I just let it be. On the bright side, the hospitality was great. The host cleaned the room, changed the towels, and replenished the mineral water every single day. They even helped me receive my Taobao deliveries! Overall, it was an okay stay, but it would have been perfect if not for the bathroom floor drainage issue.

PPengguna TetamuVery convenient location if you want to be near sunlitun, also only an hour away from PKX airport so not bad. Next time I would get a location closer to middle of Biejing if you don't want to go 20 minutes to hotel and back all the time. But I really liked it nevertheless. Note, that the location address entrance is in the back of the building. You go up to 5th floor where you turn right as soon as entering the doors on the right of the elevator. Some ****** looking guys will help you to your room when you mention booking with trip.com. Overall very nice, and I liked the view from hotel :) Good working ameneties in the room that we stayed at. I don't have pictures of the hotel building or inside the room but i have a picture of a building in surrounding area.

Dia dengan bersemangat mengesyorkan makanan yang lazat dan mencuba yang terbaik untuk memenuhi idea dan keperluan kami! (Ia agak lewat apabila saya tiba dan perkhidmatan pelanggan sentiasa dalam panggilan. Bandar Air Gubei sangat cantik! TThe Domestic China TravelerHotel was very clean. Was in a good location where it was near a lot of bus lines and some grocery stores. Excellent view from the city in where I was at. Washer was very good in how it washes the clothing well. Clothesline is in an excellent area in her house near the kitchen where it dries the clothes very quick in like 2 days! The owner can be a little shady at times as well as her workers that works for her. I really didn't like how she moved me back and forth to her other house on the 2nd and 3rd days of my stay back to the first house on the first day, under the story that I was a special guests. More like she is trying to get maximum usage of the room that I was in where she was able to move me to her dingy house which wasn't being occupied by anyone at the moment. It was very disruptive where I couldn't go out sighseeing very well on those days. Thank god this was done to me when I was already on the last week of my trip where I didn't need to travel to anymore famous attraction in Beijing and was ready to leave. I really hated the way that I was feeling like I was being rushed by her younger 2nd worker with the bleached brown hair to hurry up and pack to move to the other house. I felt really irritated by him at times! Her other worker was friendly and ok. I really wanted to do it by myself and then move to the other house. She also gave me a bunch of torn and tattered bills when she gave me back my deposit. What is with that? I am mad with her but yet feel sorry for her that she has to do multiple businesses to survive like cleaning other people's clothing and a grocery store because of her economic situation where she is forced to do these underhanded tactics to survive as well as most other people in China that have to deal with a similiar situation. Hopefully we won't have to live in a world like this soon that is so cruel.
