Love the kitchen area the most! Well equipped with everything you'll need, even wine glasses. Took a while for us to find the place at first. Sofa bed wasn't set up for us and we were asked to do it on our own.

I stayed at this hotel for four weeks in June and July. My experience here was disappointing, starting from the moment that I checked in. My reservation stated that fees and taxes were included and the final amount to be paid at the hotel was shown. I reserved “connecting studios for 4 people” and I was charged an extra 210 Euros at check-in without being told. When I questioned this later, I was told that there is a tax of $2.50 per person per night and the reservation amount only included this tax for one person, so I was charged for the other 3 people at check-in. However, I was still overcharged. One person was under 18 and should not have been charged at all. Another person was leaving early. I was able to eventually get a partial refund because of this. When I chose this hotel, I was looking for one that had air conditioning, and this feature is stated on the website for the hotel. When we arrived, it was very hot in both rooms and the temperature cannot be adjusted in the room. When I tried to get the air conditioning fixed, I was told that the temperature cannot be decreased under 26 degrees Celsius (78.8 Fahrenheit). The temperature cannot be controlled from the room. Most of the time, it seemed that the A/C wasn’t even on, and I was so hot that I was sweating. I did notice that the temperature in the lobby was always much cooler than in our rooms though. If you are looking for a hotel with air conditioning, you won’t be comfortable here. The customer service varied greatly depending on who was at the front desk. Some people were great and some definitely were not. The rooms are only cleaned once per week, but I didn’t mind that. The hotel uses thin, papery mattress covers that seem to be disposable and continually slip off of the mattress. I found myself constantly trying to put the mattress covers and sheets back in place to avoid sleeping on the bare mattress. The covers tear very easily, which made it difficult. This was very annoying. Overall, our stay wasn’t horrible, but we didn’t enjoy this hotel and were happy to check out. I won’t stay here the next time that I am in Paris for an extended stay.

It's rare to find such a value for money hotel. Friendly staff, clean facilities and amazing location with lots of supermarkets around. Will stay again if the price is right :)

Magnifique établissement. Accueil parfait. Appartement superbe avec terrasse sur le toit donnant sur le quartier de la défense. Tout est impeccable. Petit bémol : les draps de lit qui ne sont pas des housses et ne tiennent pas en place. Vous vous retrouvez à dormir sur le matelas au premier mouvement. NB : pas de métro proche. Il faut en tenir compte (bus à 200 mètres)

A bit expensive given the quality but my stay coincided with the Paris Fashion Week so it was understandable. Not much I could say other than that it meets my expectations - the location seems good, my room was clean, the service was adequate. Not bad for just a bed to crash in on a short business trip.

I checked the arrival requirements before leaving to catch my flight. It indicated 24 hours reception so I didn't worry. My flight was delayed and I landed to receive an email to say reception was closed at 8pm and to call a number. I rang the number multiple times and got a recorded message only in French. My French is good but not good enough to understand what the options were. I called a friend who is French who rang and rang until someone finally answered and gave her a long list of instructions for me to get in. I arrived and managed to get in. The hotel is surprisingly shabby given how new it claims to be. Carpets stained paintwork chipped tables broken stainless bathroom fittings rusty. Worse of all someone had failed to provide pillow cases to the pillows on the bed so I slept without. No tea available in the room only coffee and no milk or creamer......the tiny cup was chipped .When I left I was asked to pay even though 150 euro had already been taken from my card. They claimed this was a pre-authorisation and I would be reimbursed I am still waiting. Awful just awful would never stay again.

However the staff not so helpful where we drop our luggage, she took the luggage tag and ask us to fill it up ourselves then we move our luggage to the luggage waiting room ourselves. Basically she just lead the way also open the door for us to access the luggage room. In the room have coffee machine, kitchen and empty fridge. Coffee maker available at lobby. Its bit overpriced for me.

Great base for a Parisian visit. On Metro linge 4, a great line which cuts through the heart of the city. The Adagio is 10 mins away from the Metro, with a Boulangerie and Monoprix 5 mins away. Our studio was small but well formed, with a small kitchen (inc a microwave, stove top and dishwasher). Loved the balcony as it was warm so the airflow was very welcome. The bed folded up onto the wall and converted into a sofa which was a good use of space. There was a separate bath/shower and loo, which was nicely designed. All in all a great stay, comfortable, it met all our needs and we’d stay again. Being away from the main city hubbub suited us well.

The Citadines Saint-Germain-des-Prés exceeded all my expectations! 1. Location – absolutely perfect! The hotel is situated right in the heart of Paris, just steps away from the Seine and iconic landmarks like Notre-Dame, the Louvre, and the Luxembourg Gardens. It’s ideal for exploring the city on foot. 2. The inclusion of a kitchen in the room was a major plus. It’s incredibly convenient, especially for families or those who prefer to cook their own meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. 3. A bathtub in the room was a delightful touch, perfect for unwinding after a busy day of sightseeing. 4. The availability of free coffee all day is a small but thoughtful perk. It’s a great treat for coffee lovers and adds to the overall experience. 5. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Their warm attitude made us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, this hotel is an excellent choice for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a central location in Paris. Highly recommend!

Great find! Absolutely loved this hotel. Just on the Paris ring road, 5 minutes walk from 2 metro stations and a tram, 20 minutes walk from Betty bus station - great for transport connections. Recommend Ground Control near Bercy station for great food - somewhere you might not come out to if staying in central Paris! The room itself was ideal for a few days away. We didn’t use the kitchen massively but loved it being there as a backup, and did use the facilities to make sandwiches etc. We even had a distant view of the Eiffel Tower from our window which was a nice surprise! If I’m being really really fussy, would have loved a little bedside ledge and plug both sides and not just one. But that’s no dealbreaker. Overall, would stay again and would definitely look for more hotels from this company too! :)

Friendly staff and convenient. Great location with lots to choose from and near the shopping centers and popular restaurants. Newly renovated apartments with air-conditioning and mini kitchens for quiet evenings.

- If access to AC is a concern for you when selecting accommodations, I would definitely not select this hotel and I personally would not stay here again. The room’s AC rarely got below 26C even though the outside temperature was 14C at night and any ventilation was nonexistent. The only option is opening the balcony door which lets in mosquitoes and the sound of a six lane highway (that is 10 meters away) all night so it’s a poor option given this is supposedly a 4 star hotel. We made multiple comments to the staff who did not remedy the situation. - The pre check in cleaning needs work. There were hairs on our bed and the microwave was full of crumbs which are fairly minor concerns but make you question the overall cleanliness of the sheets and towels. - On the positive side the lobby had a nice aesthetic, the location gives easy access to public transit, the night time front desk workers were very friendly and the bed was quite comfortable.

My daughter and I finally made it to Paris for her 21st...now that she is nearly 23. Just like everyone else we had to postpone our holiday several times & this was handled reasonably well by the apartments. Sometimes they were hard to contact, but times were tough for tourism in the dark days of Covid, so that was understandable. We chose an apartment over a hotel to try to reduce the cost of eating out and this did help. We shopped at two nearby mini-markets (bigger than expected) so had breakfasts and two dinners ”chez nous”. The kitchenette was quite well stocked with crockery, pots & pans & cutlery. There was no oven, but we managed well with the hob & microwave. Bercy Village is a great area with a big selection of restaurants. The metro (Cour Saint Emilion) is a 5 min walk from the hotel, so it's easy & quick to get to everywhere else in Paris. There were a couple of tiny maintenance issues that didn't get fixed, and we found the colour-coded recycling system tricky to follow (although in English)..but at least there was a recycling system. This did not detract at all from our great accommodation. We had a wonderful 4-night stay in Paris & only wish it could have been longer.

Good serviced appartment, well equiped, quite affordable considering the location. Ideal location: mall nearby, plenty of food options, subway lines right outside. Staff is a hit & miss, sometimes extremely helpful, sometimes not really. Hot water was faulty a couple times and we had to wait the next day for shower/bath: not great with kids. For some reason it takes a lot of arguing to get bedsheets for baby cribs, as if people usually travel with theirs...because...reasons. Will definitely use again as overall it is a great combo.

Bedroom apartment meet my expectation, cleanliness, well stock amentites.  The view is awesome, thanks team who assigned to us a great room  Will be good to have a ramp from entrance to check in area. Luggage handling was challenging especially with big luggages. Not handicapped friendly  Will highly recommend to friends or rebook for my next trip

J’ai passé un très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel était accueillant et la chambre était propre, confortable, et bien équipée. Seul petit bémol : la station de métro est un peu éloignée, ce qui peut compliquer les déplacements pour ceux qui souhaitent explorer la ville en transport en commun. Cela dit, l’expérience globale reste très positive, et je recommande cet hôtel pour un séjour confortable et reposant.

Its my first time in Paris and definitely love this hotel! Its a new hotel. Everything is clean and nice. My room has a balcony, just that the view is a construction of a probably new hotel or appartment but thats ok bcos the room quality matters more to me. Toilet are clean too. Metro is quite a distance but there are few bus stop that is about 2 to 3 mins walking, so just use google map to navigate yr way, pretty simple. There is also a self service laundry on level 9. About 4 euro for washing machine n 2 euro for dryer. Pls bring own detergent/pods. PLEASE TAKE NOTE. If using google map, do note use 1 Allée Louise Michel as the hotel address, its wrong. I tried and also use for uber booking but ended up wrong place. Just search the hotel's full name in google map and it will be correct.

We arrived on a very hot day to find that the hotel had no air conditioning or fans. We tried to move hotels within minutes of arriving but due to the rugby World Cup we had no luck. I asked the hotel if they had a fan and we were told to open the windows. We had 2 young children and the windows had no screens, so this was not an option seen as we were several floors up. Size of the apartment was good, but that’s about it. There was mould in the bathroom and toilet, probably due to no airflow! We had trouble communicating with staff which made things difficult. Location was good, convenient to tram and train services. We wouldn’t stay here again.

Terrible customer service. Extremely unhelpful staff with no desire to help guests with reported problems. Air conditioning did not work, they offered a fan. We already had a broken fan in the room so told them this wasn’t good enough. They sent a technician up after 3 days who told us they ordered specialist parts to come the next day…this was a lie. The next day I enquired where the specialist parts were and they offered me a fan again. When I returned to the room the whole electrics had failed in the room and we were left in darkness. This was the final straw we asked for a room change and we’re granted this the following day. The safe then failed and wouldn’t open we had all of our money and passports in there along with some valuables. When reported to reception at approximately 7pm, we were told that no-one would be able to help us until 9am the next day. Front door code and Wi-Fi code changed, we thought it was us being stupid but when we finally reported they told us it changed on the 1st of the month. I’m not sure who we were expected to know that. Nothing in the room was changed replenished or cleaned in a whole week stay. You need to go to reception to ask for basic replacement items like toilet rolls and towels. All in all a good location and although the rooms are basic they were more than good enough for a family to stay in for a week and see the sights of Paris. I just wish the staff were more helpful and attentive to guests who stay at the hotel. It’s a nice hotel but considering the size and amount of rooms, there really was very limited staffing with no one visible at front of house most of the time.

Best place to stay in Paris! First of all, the hotel staff was always, 24h/7days a week nice and kind. We felt that we’ll always get any help and all answers. Secondly, the room was very, extremely clean. The room has everything you need, including kitchen, dishwashing machine, microwave, oven, fridge, and so on. Also, all the kitchen utensils was new or almost new, it’s equipped with 3 pots different sizes, really good (with new coating) pan good size, and so on. Thirdly, the location is really good - you are near grocery stores, bakeries, subway station. We needed to get via taxi from the hotel through all Paris to get to the train, and we never saw traffic jam at 7:00-7:30, which we were afraid of. And I’d like to keep your attention that on reception the hotel has a cafe, where you can order pizza or pasta or coffee at low price (in Paris’ cafes it cost 2x then in hotel) and cafe is open 24/7. Our accommodation was really awesome, we definitely will stay there every time we’ll be in Paris.

Excellent value for the price. The building is above a natural foods grocery store, and across the street from a general grocery store. The Metro is only half a block away. The neighborhood has several good restaurants, an excellent boulangerie (Gwen and Clem), and parks. It's primarily residential with small businesses and felt very safe. The staff in the hotel are very helpful and friendly. We had a studio apartment on the 4th floor facing the street, which was a little noisy. The unit was exceptionally clean and well maintained, with no sign of the ”nasty bugs” which are a problem in Paris. There was plenty of storage in the closets. The kitchen is lacking in counter space but has all the essentials, but a small amount of dish soap would have been helpful. We did laundry in the building which was somewhat inconvenient as a special app had to be downloaded and paid for on the phone, and was expensive. The laundry detergent is automatically dispensed so if you have any skin sensitivities to soaps, you may want to rethink. If our travels take us through Paris again, we would stay here again.

Wij verbleven 2 nachten en 3 dagen in dit hotel. Verbeterpunten: 1)1e dag dat we er waren zat er ongedierte in de kamer. Bewijs meegenomen naar de receptie. Hebben wij een andere kamer gekregen. 2)3e dag dat we er waren ging vroeg in de ochtend ineens het brandalarm af 10 minuten lang heel veel lawaai. De gasten in het hotel wisten niet wat er gaande was. Er werd vanuit de staff geen oproep gedaan zodat wij als gasten weten wat er aan de hand is. 3)Geen telefoon op de kamer. Mocht er bijvoorbeeld een noodgeval zijn kan je de receptie niet bereiken. Dan zou je op de lift moeten wachten (als dit nog mogelijk is) of met de trap naar beneden. (Dit als je goed ter been bent anders wordt het een probleem) 4)Jammer dat de kamers niet dagelijks worden schoongemaakt. Dit ook om ongedierte te voorkomen. Pluspunten: 1)De lobby ziet er modern uit. 2)De dame bij de receptie die na 22.00 uur werkt wil ik graag mijn complimenten geven. Zij heeft ons goed geholpen. 3)Locatie was dichtbij bakkerij, supermarkt, restaurants en bushalte. Met het openbaar vervoer makkelijk overal naar toe. 4)Mooi ruim balkon

Surprisingly nice hotel with studio/apartment rooms including a small kitchen. You wont get better than this for the price in this area of Paris. Rooms are very clean and spacious with all necessities available. Beds are comfortable and I really had nothing to complain about. Reception/lobby is open 24/7 and the Boy working in the reception are very helpful. Big thanks to the boy all their assistance along our 6 nights stay in Room No 227, (our check in and check out date is 2024 04 24- 2024-04-30) The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs and there are many nice restaurants outside and nearby, including Chinese and Vietnamese restaurants. I can easily recommend this place to anyone.

We stayed one night. It was like a break (we arrived there around midnight and left there at 5!), but the stay was not too bad. Good point; free shuttle bus to Orly int. which is operated every 30 mins even quite early in the morning (we took 5:34 one!). Bad points; bad access from the centre of Paris. We needed to change trains three times, which took a lot of energy and time… Totally, the experience was satisfying. if you take very early flight, I’d recommend that you should stay here.

Etablissement réhabilité récemment. Très bien situé à 5 minutes de la gare RER C. Le personnel est très sympathique. Les studios sont propres et bine équipés. Je réserverai sûrement mon prochain séjour.

Stayed here for a small getaway to paris. Decent place to stay and easy access to metro however they got bugs. We found one and assumed it may have come through the window or something so we left it. Next day we found another so we kindly spoke with reception just to let them know and asked if they would check our room but they didn’t. Literally after speaking with reception we found another bug. So next day we went to go speak with the holding manger for the day and she was extremely rude and told us the five bugs we found were spiders. Don’t stay here if you wanna find bugs everywhere some staff were nice but the manager was disgustingly rude.

My second stay at this fantastic property and I have booked again for August 2023. I have stayed at several Adagio properties in Paris and this has been the best so far. The location while a little outside the central part of Paris is great being in between two metro stops on line 1, which will get you to many of the main areas on Paris. One of the stations is Chateau du Vincennes where there is a manned ticket office and being the end station on this line you always get a seat which is great and Berault which is one from the end and has an escalator from the platform to the street which is great at the end of the day. Near the Berault station there are two decent sized grocery stores to get anything you may need back at the apartment. Vincennes is a lovely area with a really nice local shopping area with some bigger supermarkets and local stores. My room 1303 overlooked the main road but noise was never an issue due to the sound blocking windows. The room is modern and spotlessly clean with a good sized kitchenette with everything you will probably need. There is a reasonable amount of space in the room with the wall bed folded up but does get a little tight with it down. The bathroom is big and modern and even in summer the heated towel rack is a nice thing to have. The hotel has a laundry in the basement and there is a garage which I think was 15 Euro a night which I used for the first three nights of my stay until I returned my car. The room has an entry hall that can be closed off from the main room to give some privacy if needed. Really like this place and looking forward to my third stay in August 2023.

J’exprime ma profonde déception et mécontentement suite à mon séjour à l'aparthotel Adagio Access Paris Maisons Alfort le 27 mars 2024. En tant que client régulier, titulaire du statut Silver, j'attendais un accueil chaleureux et un service de qualité. Malheureusement, mon expérience à la réception a été tout sauf satisfaisante. La personne en charge de l'accueil a fait preuve d'un comportement désagréable et peu professionnel. Tout d'abord, j'ai été choqué par la tentative de surtaxe de ma réservation. Contrairement à ce qui était convenu lors de ma réservation, la personne à la réception a tenté de me faire payer un montant supérieur sans aucune explication valable. Malgré mes tentatives pour clarifier la situation, elle a persisté dans son refus de reconnaître l'erreur. De plus, en tant que client Silver, j'aurais dû bénéficier d'une boisson d'accueil, comme stipulé dans les avantages qui accompagnent ce statut. Cependant, cette attention n'a pas été accordée lors de mon arrivée à l'hôtel. Je tiens à souligner que de telles pratiques sont inacceptables et ternissent l'image de votre établissement. En tant que fidèle client, je m'attendais à un traitement respectueux et attentif de la part de votre équipe. Je vous prie donc de prendre les mesures nécessaires pour rectifier cette situation et m'assurer que de telles incidents ne se reproduiront plus à l'avenir.

I don't like to leave negative reviews. I believe that people deserve second chances, and I don't want to be responsible for ruining someone's business. Unfortunately, I don't think that my bad review will have much of an effect on this business, and I don't believe that the management of the hotel care if I leave a bad review. I found a cockroach in my room in the middle of the night. I let the staff know, and they did not seem to care at all. They told me because I booked the room through *******, I would have to ask ******* for a refund. This was a lie. ******* told me that it was up to the hotel to offer a refund. They attempted numerous times to reach out to the hotel, but they refused to answer. I stayed at this hotel to be near my daughter, who has a small apartment and is studying in Paris. I booked it online through *******, not understanding much about the area or the hotel. She tells me that if I had taken a photograph of the cockroach, that they would have done something. After my experience with them, I doubt a photo would make any difference. Obviously, I was trying to save money, and I liked that it had a kitchen so I could prepare my own food, to save money and not make an ordeal out of my terrible French. The room was a bit worn down. The sink in the bathroom had several cigarette burns on it, and the laminated wood for the sink cabinet had come apart from moisture. There was mildew and mold in the shower. The cooktop range nobs were broken and it took some time to fiddle with the to stay on. The kitchen didn't have a lot of things, like no spoons, and it was pretty clear that nobody had ever used the coffee maker, as it didn't have any filters. I'm pretty flexible and can deal with all this, but the cockroach was too much. I didn't want to risk bringing them home with me. The front desk staff did not give one @#$# at all about the cockroach or anything else. He offered me another room in the hotel, which I explained, made no sense, because it would be quite likely that many of the rooms would have cockroaches. Unfortunately, my daughter tells me this is probably not a part of Paris that many tourists visit, and I didn't get the sense that many people here speak English or read Tripadvisor reviews, so my review may not be of much use to anyone. The staff at the hotel knew this, which is why they ignored me and the staff at *******. I have been looking up their reviews on several sites, and they seem to be very different. I think that Tripadvisor and Facebook look like the only legitimate review sites (nobody in France uses Yelp). This whole process has helped me to realize I can't trust sites like ********** , bookings,com, or *******. Take a look at the difference in reviews of this place on these sites yourself. I should have spent more time looking into this place. I moved to the B&B Hotel that's two blocks from the Porte de Choisy metro station. It's a much nicer hotel with air conditioning, which I needed because of the heat
