I like Adonis Hotel because for the price they can offer it's really good and the fact that they a microwave, cooker & fridge in the rooms. It's fantastic. but the only constructive critic I have is that they need to clean the room a lot better and maybe work on getting the cigarette smells away from the room. Other than all good. Staff are generally friendly.

The apar**ent is really big and spacious. Location is excellent just beside a metro. There is a mac beside as well which is great for travellers who want to save money.

The good is location, near Disneyland, frequent free shuttle but not right infront of the hotel so I missed my stop and had to walk 1km back to the hotel. hotel room feels very dark, dark floor dark furniture. Toilet has many insects , silverfish. Very old hotel. Wallpaper tearing. Toilet ceiling fixed by a piece of wood. I stayed mid Dec, central heating is poor. The room is very cold which is unacceptable for me. Thankfully I stayed only 1 night. I also stayed at Staycity which is so much better. Except it’s further from Disney but has free shuttle to and from hotel and Disney. Will not recommend aparthotel adagio Serris.

Location is perfect. The apartments view was stunning. The staff were, friendly for the most part. The Trip description said to call the hotel to arrange check in. I called 3 times, each time I selected the English option, I was on hold forever and nobody ever answered. Upon arriving, there's a check in desk. Please update the Trip description to reflect this. Also, FOR TRAVELERS LEAVING THE HOTEL, DON'T LET ANYONE LEAVE THE HOTEL WITHOUT A KEY. YOU NEED A KEY TO GET IN THE FRONT DOOR. MY 70 Y.O. MOTHER WAS LOCKED OUT, IN DECEMBER, BECAUSE SHE WENT TO NEARBY RESTAURANT FOR COFFEE WHILE I SAT IN THE APARTMENT.

Dommage que le personnel ne soit pas formé pour cette hôtel. La seul réponse qu'on avait c 'était ”désolée c 'est mon premier jour je connais pas” Arrivée 17h30, 1 chambre de prête sur 3. On nous propose un café pour attendre mais à notre charge. Trop fort l'acceuil ! . Même le parking on n'a pas su nous indiquer où il se situait. On nous a dit de faire le tour du bâtiment, qu'on allait le trouver...Bof Moyen Sinon la chambre était très bien et la literie très confortable.

My girlfriend and I planned a trip to Disneyland from the 1 January to the 4 January. Within the 4 days and 3 nights, it was honestly worth its price point. Going to the hotel was a breeze as it’s just a few minutes away from the Val D’Europe RER station. For service, they seem quite understaffed but still they were very helpful and friendly. For places to eat, there are quite a few restaurants to choose from but we usually just ate at the Vietnamese place nearby which very worth it. Also if you like to cook on your own, there provide a complete set of cookery and equipment as well as a dish washer. However it would be nice if they also had a washing machine as well.

Excellent 20/10. We were travelling with 2 kids and booked for an apartment with 2 double beds room. The aparthotel surprised us by giving 2 adjacent studios with a door between those (which was open). A perfect family stay. Location was a bit far from centre, but there were a lot of restaurants and grocery stores near by. River walk was also excellent in this weather. Kitchen was fully equipped. Although we didn't coom anything, but used big refrigerator and microwave for our 4 weeks. With family, it was good to access Eifel tower and other central landmarks in uber (12 to 15 Euros). For DisneyLand, we took 8 Euro Uber to La Defense metro and then a direct RER A metro to DisneyLand with only 5 Euro adult and 2.5 Euro children single tickets. We realy loved our stay and remembered during the next few days in Brussels, Zurich & Lucerne. Air conditioning was just perfect. 24 hour reception was good. Excellent customer service. Excellent value for money and highly recommended. Will surely stay here again sometime.

We stayed at the adagio for 3 nights. Cannot fault the hotel, the room was warm and clean and apart from not having a toaster in the kitchen, had everything we needed. We had a quiet room at the back of the hotel. I think the front would be noisy as there is a busy road in front and beside it. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. There is free coffee available and breakfast if you want to pay for it. The hotel is a good 10 minute walk from the metro station and the area is far away from central Paris but we managed on the metro There are some cafes, takeaways and shops outside the hotel and a supermarket just up the road. Would we go back? Definitely but would pick an area closer to attractions. .

The location is amazing! Everything you want from Paris and more. We booked the one bedroom flat and we stayed in the old building - to be honest really needs a new carpet! But the kitchen is great and very spacious. I would recommend if you are after a good base to move around. Staff was really nice when we needed them.

The staff is helpful. We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Highly recommend to other families because the apartment had all facilities. It is close to the metro station, and walking distance to the supermarket! One downside is that we have to handle our luggages when check in and check out, nobody will help you to carry!

Excellent location: walking distance to major Paris department stores such as Printemps and Lafayette! Adagio at Opera is more than a hotel; it’s like your tiny home in the very centre of Paris with a kitchen including full necessary kitchenware, a microwave, a huge fridge and a table where you can cook and enjoy your own meal when fed up of eating outside in the restaurants! Free hot tea is always waiting for you in its comfortable lounge, while 24h front desk service makes you feel safer and more at home!

My daughter and I finally made it to Paris for her 21st...now that she is nearly 23. Just like everyone else we had to postpone our holiday several times & this was handled reasonably well by the apartments. Sometimes they were hard to contact, but times were tough for tourism in the dark days of Covid, so that was understandable. We chose an apartment over a hotel to try to reduce the cost of eating out and this did help. We shopped at two nearby mini-markets (bigger than expected) so had breakfasts and two dinners ”chez nous”. The kitchenette was quite well stocked with crockery, pots & pans & cutlery. There was no oven, but we managed well with the hob & microwave. Bercy Village is a great area with a big selection of restaurants. The metro (Cour Saint Emilion) is a 5 min walk from the hotel, so it's easy & quick to get to everywhere else in Paris. There were a couple of tiny maintenance issues that didn't get fixed, and we found the colour-coded recycling system tricky to follow (although in English)..but at least there was a recycling system. This did not detract at all from our great accommodation. We had a wonderful 4-night stay in Paris & only wish it could have been longer.

Nice host and hotel. Breakfast not included. Kitchen and kitchenware are all provided. Able to cook own breakfast. Room is spacious. Receptionist was nice. We reached the hotel in the morning 8am due to our flight. She allows us to check in to our room. Had a very nice and pleasant stay at this hotel.

I first stayed here in October 2022. I’d intended to write a review saying that it was “fine”, a solid 3.5 rating. I stayed again in January 2023 and I’ve changed my mind. This property is actually kind of perfect! It’s not luxurious (it doesn’t advertise that it is) but it IS clean, safe, conveniently located and filled with all the things you need to work or play. This is a perfect option for those who want to rent an apartment but may not feel comfortable using one the big named private rental companies. On both my visits I was there for work and play. Half of my days were vacation days and I didn’t spend much time in the room but the other half were days where I worked remote so I spent about half the day inside the room. I rented a two-person studio. The space is small-ish by American standards but right in-line with European standards. It had separate spaces for dining and working (although I used the dining table to work because it was more comfortable for me). There are LOTS of outlets in the room and the Wi-Fi is really good. This came in handy because I was working remote and it was critical to be able to easily power my equipment (laptop, portable monitor, camera, cell phone and earphones) and stay connected to my work in the states. The bathroom is fairly large. There is a full kitchen with standard appliances and all the dishes and utensils one would need to make a complete meal. I don’t love the coffee maker in the room, but it’s fine because there are several cafes within walking distance and there’s a Starbucks nearby too, if you’re so inclined. The staff is very nice and extremely helpful. Everyone I encountered spoke English, which came in handy because my French is kind of terrible. The neighborhood felt safe. I often walked to the market after dark and never felt unsafe. There are two Metro lines within a 3 - 4 minute walk and there are many bus lines within a 6 minute walk. There are at least two markets within 3 - 4 minute walking distance and also two pharmacies. The neighborhood is quiet. It’s far enough away from the touristy stuff to feel like you’re living like a local, but you can quickly and easily get to the touristy parts of town. There is a laundry room onsite which comes in handy for longer stays. The machines seemed a bit pricey for me but they may not be. I haven’t had to use a laundromat for a number of years so the prices could be standard (I believe they were 5.00€ to wash and 2.50€ to dry. Laundry detergent is included). The machines do a good job of cleaning and take about an hour each. Breakfast can be purchased daily. Coffee is free. I didn’t purchase the breakfast but it looked like a decent spread with many good options. The front desk also has a small selection of foods, snacks and wine for sale. They’re a tiny bit more pricey than at the local market but they come in handy if you need something quickly after the markets have closed. There is no daily room cleaning, although you can pay for it. I

One of the best stays we had in Europe. Atef and team was approachable and friendly. They’ve prepared the room and decorated for our honeymoon. Atef made the check in earlier for us and escorted us to our room. The service is impeccable! Location was great and walking distance to the shopping belt of Paris, you can definitely clock your steps. Security is perfect as they have a guard and you need the access card to enter the building. Well done to the team!

The Jardin de Saint Cloud exceeded expectations! When booking, I had read reviews complaining that it was far from Central Paris, which it true- its in Saint Cloud. So if that is a concern it may not be a fit. However, it was perfect for us! We were visiting friends in Saint Cloud. The Jardin allowed us to take public transit into Central Paris. It is across the street from the T2, a shot walk to one of the M lines, and a VERY steep walk to the L. We easily got to our activities in the city each morning and returned each afternoon in time to visit with our friends for the evening. The rooms were clean and far more spacious than I anticipated (we did book a suite). The pool was great for my 9 year old and breakfast was enjoyable. The staff was friendly and helpful! If we are lucky enough to return to France to visit our friends again, we will 100% book here again!

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Stinks of urine as soon as you go in and that’s not the worst part. Staff are so uninterested it’s like they have been forced to be there. A lovely lady checked us in but that was it. We were told breakfast was in another adagio not too far which wasn’t a problem but wasn’t told we needed to get a ticket from reception so we got to breakfast and 2 ladies were so rude until I raised my voice and asked how we were meant to know we needed a ticket. We had our room key but obviously not enough evidence. They did let us in but the funny part is we shouldn’t have bothered as breakfast was literally dirty water(capuccino) and a sad excuse for baguette. The bathroom was mouldy and water won’t drain from the bath. Room is tired and need lots of work. One service they are really prompt at though is when it’s time to kick you out. The staff rang our room bell at 10.40 even though checkout was 11. Like after all the crap we been through u can’t at least wait until check out time before you ring the room?

Saya telah menempah bilik keluarga, dua dewasa dengan dua kanak-kanak dan seorang warga tua. Suite seluas lebih 50 meter persegi boleh memasak makanan ringkas. Ia mempunyai balkoni dan dua bilik tidur. Sofa ruang tamu juga mempunyai katil, serta dua bilik air dan tandas. Terdapat banyak pasar raya di sekitar. Semasa wabak ini, kami tidak berasa sesak ketika memandu di sekitar. Terdapat banyak yang dibawa pulang, dan ia agak dekat dengan tarikan utama. Sangat memuaskan untuk menempah rumah sebegitu di Paris, dan ia tidak terlalu mahal.

Best place to stay in Paris! First of all, the hotel staff was always, 24h/7days a week nice and kind. We felt that we’ll always get any help and all answers. Secondly, the room was very, extremely clean. The room has everything you need, including kitchen, dishwashing machine, microwave, oven, fridge, and so on. Also, all the kitchen utensils was new or almost new, it’s equipped with 3 pots different sizes, really good (with new coating) pan good size, and so on. Thirdly, the location is really good - you are near grocery stores, bakeries, subway station. We needed to get via taxi from the hotel through all Paris to get to the train, and we never saw traffic jam at 7:00-7:30, which we were afraid of. And I’d like to keep your attention that on reception the hotel has a cafe, where you can order pizza or pasta or coffee at low price (in Paris’ cafes it cost 2x then in hotel) and cafe is open 24/7. Our accommodation was really awesome, we definitely will stay there every time we’ll be in Paris.

Ça fait plaisir d'être dans un si bel hôtel aux portes de Paris, avec un très bon rapport qualité / prix. L'accueil a été plus que chaleureux, le personnel est très serviable et poli. L'endroit est coloré, propre et calme. Pas un seul bruit. Pareil pour les couloirs et les chambres qui sont irréprochables. Magnifique salle de bain. Bref, rien à dire là dessus ! Produits frais pour le déjeuner (pain, pâtisseries, fruits,...). Un vrai plaisir ! Petite déception car je pensais avoir une petite kitchenette dans la chambre. Peut-être faut-il la réclamer lors de la réservation. Petit bémol pour les escaliers menant principalement au garage sous terrain, où il manque peut-être un peu de nettoyage (poussières et toiles d'araignée) Bref. Nous ne voulions pas tomber dans un hôtel à l'hygiène douteuse et avons choisi Nemea. Nous ne le regrettons pas !

Hôtel propre et très bien situé, personnel accueillant. Part contre une caution est demandé de 200€ ce que je trouve très élevée !

We stayed one night. It was like a break (we arrived there around midnight and left there at 5!), but the stay was not too bad. Good point; free shuttle bus to Orly int. which is operated every 30 mins even quite early in the morning (we took 5:34 one!). Bad points; bad access from the centre of Paris. We needed to change trains three times, which took a lot of energy and time… Totally, the experience was satisfying. if you take very early flight, I’d recommend that you should stay here.

The hotel doesn't cancel the pending credit card charge of 100 euros for deposit after having checked out for 7 days. I followed their requirements of cleaning the rooms, and there is no message about their slow action!

I don't like to leave negative reviews. I believe that people deserve second chances, and I don't want to be responsible for ruining someone's business. Unfortunately, I don't think that my bad review will have much of an effect on this business, and I don't believe that the management of the hotel care if I leave a bad review. I found a cockroach in my room in the middle of the night. I let the staff know, and they did not seem to care at all. They told me because I booked the room through Expedia, I would have to ask Expedia for a refund. This was a lie. Expedia told me that it was up to the hotel to offer a refund. They attempted numerous times to reach out to the hotel, but they refused to answer. I stayed at this hotel to be near my daughter, who has a small apartment and is studying in Paris. I booked it online through Expedia, not understanding much about the area or the hotel. She tells me that if I had taken a photograph of the cockroach, that they would have done something. After my experience with them, I doubt a photo would make any difference. Obviously, I was trying to save money, and I liked that it had a kitchen so I could prepare my own food, to save money and not make an ordeal out of my terrible French. The room was a bit worn down. The sink in the bathroom had several cigarette burns on it, and the laminated wood for the sink cabinet had come apart from moisture. There was mildew and mold in the shower. The cooktop range nobs were broken and it took some time to fiddle with the to stay on. The kitchen didn't have a lot of things, like no spoons, and it was pretty clear that nobody had ever used the coffee maker, as it didn't have any filters. I'm pretty flexible and can deal with all this, but the cockroach was too much. I didn't want to risk bringing them home with me. The front desk staff did not give one @#$# at all about the cockroach or anything else. He offered me another room in the hotel, which I explained, made no sense, because it would be quite likely that many of the rooms would have cockroaches. Unfortunately, my daughter tells me this is probably not a part of Paris that many tourists visit, and I didn't get the sense that many people here speak English or read Tripadvisor reviews, so my review may not be of much use to anyone. The staff at the hotel knew this, which is why they ignored me and the staff at Expedia. I have been looking up their reviews on several sites, and they seem to be very different. I think that Tripadvisor and Facebook look like the only legitimate review sites (nobody in France uses Yelp). This whole process has helped me to realize I can't trust sites like hotels.com , bookings,com, or Expedia. Take a look at the difference in reviews of this place on these sites yourself. I should have spent more time looking into this place. I moved to the B&B Hotel that's two blocks from the Porte de Choisy metro station. It's a much nicer hotel with air conditioning, which I needed because of the heat

Things to like: pleasant modern boutique vibe in the small lobby area, offering complimentary flavoured water (and croissants later in day). Excellent level of cleanliness. Most staff obliging and friendly especially the male receptionist in the evening. Organic breakfast. Good sized room with comfortable bed and pillows, plus functional bedside tables with adjustable reading lights, usb charge points etc. Air con. Middling: room felt soulless with no cheerful pictures, hard (vinyl?) floor, table too small for keys, phones, brochures, and usual travel paraphernalia. Same with the otherwise well equipped bathroom, but instead of drawers under sink it would be better to have some shelving where his/her toiletries could all sit out. Poor: getting hold of some fresh milk for UK tea drinkers depended on who was at reception. On day of arrival before I could buy any it was reluctantly supplied in a miniature jug! View was of big factory belching out steam from tall steel chimneys, and a delivery yard for lorries. So not scenic. Awful: attitude from “M”. On last day, I had just taken my leave when I remembered something and returned to check in desk. Sorted, I went to leave again but was then asked how many breakfasts I had had. Two, times two, I replied thinking it was just conversational but then: Had I paid? Why, yes, of course. (Breakfasts were paid for as and when booked the day/evening before.) Could I prove it? Did I have the receipts? I was confused. What were they saying and, if I hadn’t intended to pay for the breakfasts, would I have “admitted” having any in first place. Didn’t they have a copy of the receipts? They should have but apparently, not mine. So, in this heat you want me to start unpacking my luggage to see if I still have them buried away. Yes. I take my luggage to an area where I can start to dismantle my cases (it’s very hot by the way) and start sifting through when I’m told that one receipt has been found. But is the only one, there are no others. I keep looking and am actually tearful. I feel like a criminal, certainly treated that way. I finally find a small bag with the majority of my receipts and start going through them when I’m told from the other side of the lobby, I’ve found it. I look up. Pardon? I’ve found it. Sorry. Not really what I would call a heartfelt apology for what I’ve just been put through. I repack my cases and leave. Just to add. The only food my companion and I ate that same day was breakfast from the hotel. I’m a pensioner and she a fit healthy teenager who ate some cold buffet meat and croissant which I did not. A few hours later she was feeling nauseous and by the time we caught our train she was sick twice and not well for a couple of days. I cannot say for sure it was the breakfast which appeared to be fresh and kept well but on the other hand it was the only food she had eaten. To conclude, we had encountered so many very lovely, kind French people on our journey that this was a very sad

Séjour du 23 au 27 décembre - appartement 522 & 501 Avant mon arrivée, j'avais demandé à avoir une location avec une baignoire, demande confirmée car tous les T2 sont équipés d'une baignoire m'a-t-on répondu À la prise de ma location, j'avais une douche ! (appartement 522) Après avoir exprimé mon mécontentement samedi matin et alors qu'on m'avait dit à la réception qu'il n'y avait plus d'appartement avec baignoire, une personne de l'accueil vient me voir et comme par hasard, me trouve un appartement avec une baignoire Transfert des affaires et prise de la nouvelle location (appartement 501), au moment de vouloir prendre un bain, grand moment de solitude ! Pas de bouchon pour pouvoir le prendre Retour à la réception pour en demander un...et là ! autre moment de solitude...après m'avoir promis de m'en apporter un rapidement, 1h après j'étais toujours dans l'attente de ce fameux bouchon... Après un autre passage à la réception, on me dit qu'il n'est pas possible den avoir un car les baignoires ont été livrées sans ! Au bout du compte, pour me faire couler un bain, j'ai été obligé de boucher la baignoire avec un ac en plastique pour pouvoir en profiter !! Du jamais vu pour moi ! Dois je parler des mômes qui couraient dans les couloirs en hurlant comme des hystériques ? Les parties communes sont sales, les balcons sont sales, les appartements n'ont pas de voilage, etc... Bref ! Si vous voulez perdre de l'argent, c'est là qu'il faut descendre ! Sinon fuyez cet établissement...

Located outside of ”Bd Peripherquei” still kind of central as the Metro (just 100m from the hotel) will take you to the city center in just 6 stops. The neighbourhood is clean and safe, and the basement garage is a hit (just Eur 15/night) if you are in Paris on a road trip. The helpful reception staff spoke good English. And when you realise how easy is to convert the living room into a bedroom (the bed is 'hidden' in the wall) you are in for a good sleep in the firm comfortable bed. What is not to like ? Oh yeah... the fitness needs some improvements install some weight lifting equipment please... Gitte & John (DK)

The hotel is very close to the station and also supermarket nearby. Apart from a quite a long distance from an inner Paris, the overall room, staffing, amenities are very satisfied.

We have to walk from Charenton- ecole for 30minutes to get there. We were told it is the nearest station and within 1km to arrive. We needed to walk down the slope, cross the river not once but twice to get there. At the end we got to know the bus line 125&325 service between metro 7&8. The buses saved our days! It should be indicated into the hotel descriptions. We are family with babies and the need of baby bed was noted. Yet when we arrived (1 hr after given expected time), 2 staff were still setting up a simple foldable bed. We had two connecting twin rooms on the 7th floor. Can’t deny space is really gem in Paris. Yet we had spacious interior to accommodate a baby and a young child. Bathrooms have inconsistant number of chairs, shampoo/shower gel and soaps. One room has 4 towels the other has 2. Well, both twin room isn’t it? One with double bed the other has two single bed. We had one bathroom rack is broken. One bed head lamp totally not in place. Kitchen equipment not equal on both sides. No spatula for cooking. No bowls. Inconsistant number of utensils. No dish washing soap or sponge for cleaning. Ended up cleaning with hands only. There is no dishwasher too. Requested for sponge and soap, yet no one take our request seriously. We stayed 4 nights still nothing to clean. Fridge and microwave fully functional though. The floor is not so clean as staff walked in with shoes. Children has black dirty feet after venturing barefooted. Location cool for not visiting city centre of Paris. But if you are keen into hop-spotting landmarks here, this might not be the place for you. With children and family I would still be alert about the safety of this area. If lots of space and kitchen needed like us with young children, it is okay to stay a little further as we do not bar crawls at night. Most of the staff are not locals and could not manage our needs. Maybe they do not really understand French language or English. Management team need to catch up with hotel standards to sustain the attractiveness of this new establishment.
