Accessibility and Location: We were mindful that Montmarte is a hilly, cobbled location; therefore, on arrival and departure taxi or Uber would be the most convenient way with large luggages. It's brilliantly located within walking distances of fabulous bars, restaurants, and main sights of Montmarte. About 450-550 meters within Metro stops of Lamarck and Chateau Rouge. Cleanliness: The room we were in had a bit of a body odour smell on arrival, which was disappointing. Thankfully the windows can be opened so that solved the issue. Comfort: Beds and pillows were comfortable. Service: Good breakfast service. The staff were welcoming and attentive. Good coin laundry service.

Review from Singapore ! I arrive 8am. Too early for my checkin . Went to counter. As I cannot speak French but I am fluent in English . Was kind of worried. I was attended to by a very very nice lady with a big big smile ! I did not managed to ask her name but she was slightly plump, wear glasses and long hair and she cycle to work . She did the luggage storage for me . Of coz I did the labeling and putting onto the luggage myself . Then when I ask for recommendation of a place to eat , she recommend my cafe D industries ..(hope I did not spell it wrongly ). Very near to hotel . Room was very well equipped. Small kitchen . Microwave . Iron board. Separate toilet . Shower room . Everything was just nice and Cosy. Very near to many Metro station. Need to supermarket . Turn right walk down is Main Street. A lot of food hotel has own launderette so you can also wash clothing in hotel . ( but need to download apps, very easy.) Thursday just outside the hotel have a long stretch of morning market . Nice to walk . Cook food. Raw food. Fruits. Just like market . Nice experience . Overall, I am very happy with the hotel , the location . The well equipment and room space was nice To the management, please convey my thanks to the 2 staff below . . To reemphasize, 2 staff left a dee impression for me , the counter long hair plump lady. I give her service and kindness = 9.5/10 for everything including let me check in luggage, show my where to eat, let me check in 2 pm. Her smile was lovely And before I check out , a short cleaning staff ( black guy) assisted me with the launderette. Very helpful . He is really helpful with me even though he cannot speak English well. Everyone !! Do not hesitate to stay here ! I strongly recommend U. This is an service apartment . And it is very very good.

I first stayed here in October 2022. I’d intended to write a review saying that it was “fine”, a solid 3.5 rating. I stayed again in January 2023 and I’ve changed my mind. This property is actually kind of perfect! It’s not luxurious (it doesn’t advertise that it is) but it IS clean, safe, conveniently located and filled with all the things you need to work or play. This is a perfect option for those who want to rent an apartment but may not feel comfortable using one the big named private rental companies. On both my visits I was there for work and play. Half of my days were vacation days and I didn’t spend much time in the room but the other half were days where I worked remote so I spent about half the day inside the room. I rented a two-person studio. The space is small-ish by American standards but right in-line with European standards. It had separate spaces for dining and working (although I used the dining table to work because it was more comfortable for me). There are LOTS of outlets in the room and the Wi-Fi is really good. This came in handy because I was working remote and it was critical to be able to easily power my equipment (laptop, portable monitor, camera, cell phone and earphones) and stay connected to my work in the states. The bathroom is fairly large. There is a full kitchen with standard appliances and all the dishes and utensils one would need to make a complete meal. I don’t love the coffee maker in the room, but it’s fine because there are several cafes within walking distance and there’s a Starbucks nearby too, if you’re so inclined. The staff is very nice and extremely helpful. Everyone I encountered spoke English, which came in handy because my French is kind of terrible. The neighborhood felt safe. I often walked to the market after dark and never felt unsafe. There are two Metro lines within a 3 - 4 minute walk and there are many bus lines within a 6 minute walk. There are at least two markets within 3 - 4 minute walking distance and also two pharmacies. The neighborhood is quiet. It’s far enough away from the touristy stuff to feel like you’re living like a local, but you can quickly and easily get to the touristy parts of town. There is a laundry room onsite which comes in handy for longer stays. The machines seemed a bit pricey for me but they may not be. I haven’t had to use a laundromat for a number of years so the prices could be standard (I believe they were 5.00€ to wash and 2.50€ to dry. Laundry detergent is included). The machines do a good job of cleaning and take about an hour each. Breakfast can be purchased daily. Coffee is free. I didn’t purchase the breakfast but it looked like a decent spread with many good options. The front desk also has a small selection of foods, snacks and wine for sale. They’re a tiny bit more pricey than at the local market but they come in handy if you need something quickly after the markets have closed. There is no daily room cleaning, although you can pay for it. I

Positive - Room: nice and well equipped - Location: it being in Montmartre means you have plenty of options for night activities. It's also close to a few metro stops, which is convenient. Neutral - The service: although the staff is very friendly, there's usually only one person around, at the front-desk, which is usually deserted at nights. Negative - The door is always closed. You need a four-digit password which changes periodically. If you don't have the new one when you get back, you can ring the bell and they'll buzz you in. However, as I mentioned before, there's usually no one around at night. So remember to ask if they changed the password every day when heading out.

ResidHotel is the best aparthotel stay my family has had. The staff was warm and welcoming and felt like our family. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready to use. Our balcony view was so peaceful. The rooms have air conditioning, which was extremely important on the hot August days this trip. The location is in the 17th arrondissement and was the best location we could have asked for. It is near enough to the the Arc de Triomphe to walk, but far enough away to not be in a tourist area. Plan a late evening to walk to the Seine river for a Bateaux Mouche boat tour. The metro lines 2 & 3 were our primary mode of transportation and are walking distance. There are many good cafes, restaurants, boulangeries, and department stores(FNAC, Monoprix, Carrefour, etc.) nearby. We had a café crème every morning at a different cafe each time. The fruit market on Rue Poncelet had the freshest fruits ever. There is a wholistic food store called Naturalia nearby, which has bio and international foods you can use in your kitchen at ResidHotel. There is a laundromat right around the corner if you want to do your laundry yourself. The ResidHotel will have you feeling like a Parisian, even if only for the length of your vacation! Merci beaucoup ResidHotel family. Merci beaucoup Paris! Bon voyages! *bisous bisous*

Disneyland

I wasn't knocked out. We stayed for a week. Location is good, and close to the Metro station, however there are several flights of stairs between the trains and the street. A couple of helpful locals helped get our bags up the Metro stairs. I'd gotten and printed maps of the area, with sufficient magnification to see street names and to get a feel for directions. A 360 gave enough clues to get there. NOTE: there is no large sign identifying the hotel from the street. You can't read the sign from the sidewalk until you are right there. If it weren't for having the actual address, it would have been harder to find. Overseas flights are overnighters, so you arrive in Paris the next morning. It was at least noon when we arrived at the hotel, well before normal check-in time. I believe i requested early check-in when we made the reservation (thru *******), and they were able to accommodate us. Good. The Room. The pictures here are optimistic at best. I'm sure that rooms like them exist on the premises, but this was not our room. The bed was not super comfy, and the pillows left something to be desired. The bathroom was split in two, one room with the toilet (on the far side of the kitchen) and one room with the sink and shower (adjacent to the bed). The kitchen was functional, but the circuit breaker for the hob had been tripped, and we weren't with it enough to look for the breaker panel (on the wall opposite the hob) and reset it. The saute pan was well used, and had lost its seasoning previously, so the morning eggs left quite a residue on the pan, needing to be scoured off. I could swear that i saw that it was air-conditioned, but there were no obvious air inlets, save for one in the toilet room and another in the shower room. Being September, it wasn't roasty-toasty hot, but we were on the 4th floor and could have used some forced air cooling. We had to resort to opening the window. The area. There are a couple of restaurants directly across the street as well as a Chinese take-out and a doner kebob place on the walk to the hotel. But there are much better pickings if you walk back towards the metro, make a 90-degree left turn at the intersection, and walk a couple of blocks. There is a lively neighborhood there with restaurants, a bakery or three, a supermarket, and a couple of coin-op laundries. Back to the airport... after the adventure getting there on the metro, we decided it was better to hop a cab to the airport, so we did. Our method is to stay overnight at the Hilton at the airport, and then ride the tram to the terminal. Since our flight was at 0810, this let us get up that much sooner, a definite plus since we figured we needed to be at the airport before 0600. When we caught the cab, it was rush hour in Paris, so i'm sure we got to pay for that, and there were four bags, which i'm sure we were charged for. The cab fare was 100-euros, but it was worth not fighting the stairs in the Metro. Summary. Would i stay there again? Probably not
My Maison in Paris Montmartre

Luggage Elevator. Guest Elevator. Loved our stay in My Maison, Montmartre. Of many previous Paris accommodations we’d never had 1 we wanted to return to. Too small mainly. The newness of this apartment made me decide to try it tho we were aware of Montmartre’s seedier side. My Maison was all clean, new and attractive. The location was fantastic. Blanche Metro is left, diagonal across the road and the wonderful Petit Train Stop is too. Moulin Rouge really is in the building next door across the lane. The apartment was delightful. Homely. It is also very safe. An excellent Info Folder supplied for appliances etc., Very helpful Staff. Loved Washing Machine/Dryer combo. Fantastic Kitchenette and Frig. Bathroom small but safe and comfortable. Lounge/Dining Room our comfort zone. The large French doors overlooked busy Lane outside. Good Air-conditioning. The bedroom was small but bed was comfortable. The Apartment was perfect size for the 2 of us. Spacious, but I’d think would be very cramped with any more people, suitcases etc., We bought groceries nearby so always ate in. We were too tired and lazy to venture out at night but the area is stuffed with Patisseries, Boulangeries, Restaurants and Pubs. A FLUNCH Restaurant is up the road. We easily got into and home from the city daily by the Metro train. Have never been closer to a Metro Station as we were to Blanche. Rode the Petit Train to beautiful Sacre Coeur and enjoyed the amazing views as it wound up and down the hilly streets of Montmartre. Montmartre Cemetery had the most stunning Crypts and elaborate architecture we’d seen. Lots of famous residents. My Maison made our Montmartre stay wonderful. After long busy days out and about it was bliss to get home to such a comfortable apartment.
