This hotel is very close (virtually opposite) to Toulouse Central Station. My room was on level 7 with good city views. The room has all the standard amenities including a very small kitchen with plates and cutlery. There is BBC on the TV, but not CNN, which is general standard in Europe in 3 to 4 star hotels. The bathroom was very large and shower was exceptional. The air-conditioning was also easy to use and worked effectively. However, there is 150 Euro deposit, even when you have prepaid for the reservation. This was not clearly stated when making the booking. This is so called ”security deposit”, is required to cover the loss of plates, cups and knifes/forks this go missing They tried to insist I use a credit card for this payment, but I decided to pay cash. The only problem with security deposits, they often take many weeks to return to international debit and credit cards. Other issues about this location: Just 1 min walk from the hotel is an excellent mini supermarket, which sells things likes ice, alcoholic drinks and a range of salads. While this hotel is convenient to the central station and supermarkets, it is about 2 to 3 km walk to main tourist attractions of Toulouse - cathedrals and plazas. If you coming to see Toulouse to visit Airbus (Factory Tour and Museum), the metro train departs from the central station area, with additional transfer to a Tram. The total travel time is 1 hour. If you traveling to the airport, the airport express bus leaves from the Central Station zone (about 2 mins walk from the hotel). The fare is 9 Euros which expensive for 25 to 30 min trip. The first bus leaves at 5:00am and bus operate every 15 to 20 mins. There are cheaper ways to airport, but that requires a metro, tram and or bus connections.

Nous avons séjourné pendant 3 nuits dans cette hôtel, en période de grosses chaleurs la Clim était en panne et a été réparé que le dernier jour, la piscine était en panne mais on nous a prévenu qu’une fois avoir payé. La propreté est à revoir, les couverts de la cuisine sont sales nous avons dû les relaver avant de les utiliser, il y avait également un moustique mort sur la moquette. La douche s’évacue mal, cependant le personnel est agréable et nous a remboursé 10% du séjour suite à nos réclamations. Mais cela ne remplace pas un confort et une propreté.

The location is great since is 10-15mints walking to the center, has a pharmacy and supermarket near by. Disliked - The photos on Booking don't match what we found, as the room for two people is much smaller than the photo on the website. In addition, Booking doesn't mention the pre-authorization ”debit” of 150.00e, which is not refunded to us on the last day, but when your bank released (2 days and still awaiting). This informations can only be found in the document sent by the apartment, and of course in small print. Another aspect that is not mentioned is the cleanliness of the room, which must be taken care of by the guests.

Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent clean accommodation and facilities in the room, very comfortable, and within walikng distance of the centre, local shops and restaurants nearby. easy to get the bus if you don't want to walk, and airport bus stops are near too. As in other reviews, you do have to take your own rubbish out but it's a designated room on the groundfloor... no going outside! If I return to Toulouse I would happily stay here!!

The Aparthotel Adagio Toulouse Centre La Grave is a new hotel, located along the eastern edge of a recently constructed apartment building. My room was spotless--even the stove and microwave were clean! Breakfast was fine for an apartment hotel. Staff members were exceptionally friendly. The hotel is located in St-Cyprien, right across the Garonne River from the center of Toulouse. The area is unambiguously walkable, and there's a Métro stop (along with grocery stores and restaurants) maybe 200 m away. The hotel's excellent location was responsible for the one problem I encountered. The Pont St-Pierre at the end of the street is pedestrian-and-cyclist only between May and October, and, on Friday and Saturday nights, there was a constant stream of noisy, apparently drunken people making an impressive amount of noise on the street below until maybe 3 in the morning. I was able to mitigate the problem by closing the window, so this turned out to be a minor issue. (The fact that the windows are openable was otherwise a positive feature.) The hotel turned out to be an excellent place to stay.

As promised, the free shuttle car was waiting for us, very patiently as our BA flight was an hour late. The driver was very friendly and courteous. We were greeted by a delightful lady called Samya who booked us in fast. We got to our apartment which was spacious and well equipped, including a kitchen with a 4 ring hob, kettle, dishwasher and microwave oven. The bathroom was one of the best I have ever seen and I have been in hotels such as the Mandarin Oriental! The bedroom had a huge bed and an ample wardrobe. You can get delicious dishes in the lobby for just 6 Euros. The hotel reception and foyer were beautifully furnished. There is a gym and a sauna on the third floor. The dining room which is used fir breakfast was equipped with modern and very pretty crockery. But the best thing about this quiet hotel which is only 5 minutes from the airport is the staff, very friendly and helpful. If ever I needed to stay near the airport, I would for sure use this great hotel again.

La résidence est (très bien) située le long du fleuve Gave de Pau et face du très grand parking GRATUIT de la ville. Garez y vôtre voiture durant tout votre séjour et rejoignez tranquillement le centre ville à pied. La résidence est très bien rénovée intérieurement et comprend 5 étages avec ascenseur. La réception est au 1er étage mais un ascenseur adapté au personnes à mobilité réduite est disponible dés le rez de chaussée La jeune Réceptionniste très compétente et efficace. Les Appartement sont grands, bien conçus et confortables.

깨끗하고 쾌적하고 주방시설도 다 있고 너무 좋았어요 :) 체크아웃도 45분 늘려주셔서 여유롭게 나왔습니다 :) 단지 기차역에서 내려서 짐 끌고 언덕위로 올라가는게 조금 힘들었어요.

깨끗하고 쾌적하고 주방시설도 다 있고 너무 좋았어요 :) 체크아웃도 45분 늘려주셔서 여유롭게 나왔습니다 :) 단지 기차역에서 내려서 짐 끌고 언덕위로 올라가는게 조금 힘들었어요.

First time staying in this type of residence hotel and it was perfect for our family of 4. The reception area is bright, spacious, calm and welcoming. Check in and out was seamless and so easy. Wish all hotels cld be like this. We were concerned hotel maybe more for business travellers but v family friendly. A really nice touch in reception was the pods of tables and comfy chairs, the fuzzball table, the giant teddies and the squishy pool of balls which our kids loved. Not sure if hotel aware but it's perfect for kids with sensory needs. Receptionist v relaxed as some balls spilled out but we made sure all put back in the pool when finished. The outside terrace lovely too. Location of hotel perfect right beside canal du midi and lots of small supermarkets ( which open late!) bakey and pharmacy on same street It s a bit out of city centre but stilll walkable We wandered home one evening along the canals looking at the lit up bridges took 30 mins but prob 20 mins if walking faster. V good transport links to the centre and our receptionist was very helpful, she gave us great advice on metro/bus and how to get around. Our suite was very spacious, with a separate kitchen, living and bedroom. The couch in the living area converted into a very comfortable bed for our 2 son's and our bed was soooo comfortable. After a week in a mobile home it was like heaven. In fact the suite was probably bigger than our mobile home😋. The kitchen area really surprised us -had everything you needed to cook if you wanted and a little dishwasher! The little box in the kitchen with sponge, d/w tablet, cleaning wipe and sachet of w/up liquid and tea towel/torchon was so well thought out. Can t tell u the no of places we ve stayed in fr where nothing is supplied. V irritating so well done to the sensible person who thought to include these! The only thing kitchen lacked was a coffeemaker- it was the first time we 've seen a kettle rather than a coffee maker in our many travels around Fr. But not a big deal as the hotel is beside a fantastic bakery Le Fournil St Honore which does take away coffee, freshly squeezed OJ and freshly baked breads,pastries etc. Perfect base to explore the wonderful city of Toulouse. 👍🏻 Première fois en appartement hôtel, le studio est grand avec 1 séjour cuisine et une chambre. La cuisine est super équipée et on peut absolument tout faire : du café aux oeufs au plat. Le frigo permet de stocker des achats alimentaires. 👍🏽 Chauffage et climatisation compris. Silence des chambres. L'hôtel est bien desservi par les bus et le métro pour aller au centre ville, et aux alentours il y a des commerces, boulangeries, supérettes, kebabs ouz bars. 👎 Très mauvaise literie et les couvertures étaient pleines de cheveux des anciens clients. De même le sol avait une couche de moutons, et les rideaux étaient à moitié déchirés, mais on peut utiliser les volets roulants pour se préserver le soir.
