Ia di pusat bandar tetapi agak jauh dari semua tarikan. 20-30 minit bergantung pada trafik dengan kereta api. Lokasi adalah kejiranan yang saya agak takut tetapi ia selamat setakat ini sejak saya tinggal di sini. Apart**en adalah kunci w dan kunci digital yang selamat sepenuhnya yang membuatkan saya berasa selamat. Ia berdekatan dengan metro 5mins berjalan kaki. Banyak kedai dan pasar raya di sekitar jadi jangan risau tentang apa-apa. Bilik bersih dengan katil sofa tambahan. Tempat untuk anda memasak. Datang dengan jakuzi tetapi tidak pasti sama ada mereka menukar air kerana sudah ada air di dalam jakuzi. Jika anda tidak keberatan menaiki kereta api dan tempat yang bersih dan jangan pecah bank anda. Tetapi saya mencari tempat dengan harga yang sama dan lebih dekat dengan tempat-tempat tarikan jadi ia hanya bergantung pada seberapa cepat anda menempah bilik anda.

First of all I want to thank the managment and all the staff of the K29 Athenaeum Hotel for which I consider one of the best accomodation which me and my wife have truly enjoyed. We stayed at the hotel for a total of 12 days and I truly say that the service and dedication provided by the staff was great. We surely enjoyed the breakfast on the 7th floor with a side to side verandah and a fanastic view of the acropolis etc. The brekfast itself was tasty and very delicious and fresh with lots of items to choose from. And a big thank you to the waitress and receptionist who served us always with that sincere smile which shows that the greeks are great at heart. Long time ago I worked on a cruise ship as musician with Epirotiki Lines, the best years of my life. Returning to Greece after so much years proved that these people remain sincere, hard working and they show great respect. The room we had was great, with a large size bathroom and kitchenette which served us to the utmost. It was always cleaned with clean towels, etc. Contrary to what others wrote, the area is completely safe, only during the night like other countries one has to take drastic measures to avoid some narrow side streets, due to the fact that Athens has alot of foreigners and drug abuse is visible in some areas. Surely we will book this hotel again for next year. Thank you Hotel K29. You made our holiday ....Martin & Lilian Cordina

我在中國大陸替我遠在德國要去希臘的女兒預訂的。是雅典機場附近的酒店公寓，約8公里距離，房間很大，乾淨。因為第二天早上6點的早班飛機，不想到雅典城市裡去了，所以當天晚上訂的。房東老闆很好，和藹可親，在到店之前15分鐘聯繫她就可以到公寓辦理入住，異地他鄉孤身一人的時候、人生地不熟的時候、語言也怕不太通的時候、飛機耽擱了不得不要住在雅典機場附近的時候，確實給了一種安全感和落地感。房東太太也幫助解決第二天清晨4：30去雅典機場的出租車，最終是房東太太親自送的。感謝！也感謝攜程的售後服務人員，大陸時間深夜12：00—1：00期間，幫忙做了很多確認、協調和服務的事情，衷心感謝！

Das Zimmer mit Blick auf die Akropolis war ausreichend groß und sehr modern und minimalistisch eingerichtet, zusätzlich gab es eine kleine “Studio” Küche direkt neben dem Bad, die Dusche war leider so konzipiert, dass trotz Dusch Vorhang das ganze Bad unter Wasser bis hin zur Toilette stand.. stundenlang :/ außerdem ist gegenüber eine Schule und die Fenster nicht sonderlich isolierend, wird morgens also recht laut. Abdunkelnd waren die Vorhänge auch nur Semi. Aber an sich die absolut perfekte Lage !! :)

The calm green spot just in the center of Athens, beautiful furnished apartments that are peaceful and sunny; we loved every moment on the balcony, especially on the side where you look into the large citrus tree. The team and the warm welcome had been wonderful. Dreaming already of coming back soon.

Perfect easy location. They have their own shuttle service to take you to the apartment. Clean brand new easy to get in. Would recommend to anyone travelling needing somewhere to stay overnight.

Our family of 3 stayed here in 2 different room type as we went to Santorini in between. The property provides lockers for storage which works well for us since this is our last stop after a 2+ weeks vacation. Do not be deceived by the neighborhood , it may not be the most prime and squeaky clean area but we do feel safe during our stay. It is probably about 10-12 mins walk to the center of Athens and Acropolis. On the day of check in , they will send you an access code to the property and the assigned room. We were in #31 first , and #22 after our return from Santorini. The first unit was bigger and fits 3 of us and our big luggages perfectly. However , the bathroom basin area is a tad too small to accommodate the needed necessities for our daily use. The unit is also relatively quiet and allow us to sleep well at night. The second unit is slightly smaller so accommodating 3 big luggages is a problem. However , it comes with a larger space in the bathroom and basin top which allows us to put all our daily essentials. What is disturbing is the noise in this unit due to the layout and orientation. Whenever a car sped pass , the window grille vibrates and generate a lot of noise. The situation worsen at night when activities slow down. We highlighted this to the property manager (Ms Mahdi) who was very helpful but she could only offer to swap a similar unit on the upper floor for us which we thought may not help much. We thus have to endure our last 2 nights in Athens without much peaceful sleep. What I thought was missing and could be helpful is to install a safe box in every unit for the convenience of the guests. There is no washer/dryer in the units but laundromats are available in the vicinity. Kitchen utensils and cooking facilities are sufficient for some light cooking. Overall , we are satisfied with our stay at this relatively new property which offers a good value for small family. Thank you Mahdi and the staff at the property.

We’ve visited Chroma Fashion Hotel for second time, as my father had to visit a doctor in Athens. The location is great, as you can find whatever you need near you, but the best thing in this hotel is the staff. They are all great and really professionals. I would recommend this hotel for sure. And every time that I will visit Athens, I’ll choose this place for my stay !

We arrivwd late at night. Due to communication with the owner we found the place pretty fast and managed to get in, as mentioned - with the guidance files sent to us by the owner. The place is very pleasent, it was a very quiet night. The shower worked good and the aircondition was quiet, too. The one and only thing we missed was - a complementry bottle of water (since we know you shouldn't drink tap water in Greece, in most cases). But since this is the only fault found - I hivhly rcommend the place!

This was our first visit to Lux & Easy and it was a fantastic experience throughout. Location is excellent to get around Athens with a Metro and Tram stop a mere 5 minute walk from the accommodation and only 3 stops to Syntagma, 2 to Acropolis - location is a real hit. Amenities around are a few local mini markets, a few coffee outlets, bakeries etc - I’d recommend looking at google earth for a street view of your surroundings as if you’re explorers and what to venture out its great. If you want everything on your doorstep then I’d recommend elsewhere. The accommodation is superb. We were in room 61 which was set over two floors and had a hot tub on the balcony. As a family of four there was ample space, two bathrooms and a huge comfy bed for us to sleep on and the upstairs bedroom balcony had great views over the city. The rooms are in a two by two format over 6 floors so i believe there is only 12 rooms here - and this reflected in the quiet nature of the property. Would highly recommend!

We loved this small suite style accommodation in Athens . It is very close to Acropolis and the walking paths that lead to many neighborhoods. The rooftop patio was a big focus for us, as the Acropolis view is amazing ! The staff also very accommodating and made us feel so welcome !

Bel appartement situé au 6ème étage avec une terrasse tout en longueur donnant une vue sur l'Acropole et le Parthénon. L'appartement d'environ 90m2 est très moderne et tout confort. Situé dans le quartier de Koukaki à la lisière des quartiers touristiques il permet de trouver une ambiance encore athénienne avec restaurants, commerces et autres même s'il semble que cette partie de la ville soit en train de se transformer en lieu de location saisonnière si on en croit le nombre de boîtes à clé qu'on trouve dans les rues. L'appartement est très récent mais l'entretien et le ménage ne sont pas au top (pas de ménage fait durant les 3 nuits où nous y avons séjourné et il n'y a rien dans l'appartement pour le faire soi même pas même un balai) ce qui augure sans doute d'une dégradation assez rapide du bien si ce point n'est pas revu...Personnel à l'accueil au rez-de-chaussée avec une politesse variable. Certains sont très avenants et d'autres, notamment celle qui semble être la manageuse du lieu, qui ne disent ni bonjour ni merci et qui ne semblent la que pour faire tourner le business...

We njoyed r stay. At first we were concerned about the location, thinking we were going to b close to city center. But the location is great - it is only 2 blocks from the metro, making it convenient to everything by metro. Apartment is super modern and great. The response time from the Lux&Easy team is amazing - and they were always so helpful. They r the best. The apartment is in a local neighborhood, people walking dogs, people going to work, others walking to market. Nice balcony to watch it all. Nice!

My wife and I stayed here for one night - it was clean and it got the job done. It's great for an overnight stay close to the Athens airport. The apartment itself was good, spacious, and had a great bathroom/shower. The bed wasn't our favorite and it's on the smaller side for two, but the rest was good and I'd recommend this if you need to crash somewhere near the airport.

We had a bit of a story, the taxi driver took us from the airport to a 35 min drive to an area called Spetson in another location. He didn’t read the address carefully ((. In fact the hotel is conveniently located at 15-17 min from the airport. Has many coffe shops in the area. We liked the Coava rock cafe bar for evening relaxing drink. Didn’t take pictures of the room, but it was clean, had air conditioner, hot water, and all that you require for a short stay.

Very big room, big projector screen to watch Netflix or YouTube with a desktop computer avaliable, fast wifi no problems, good coffee machine, no keys required, call to get code to check in, helped order a taxi thanks.

Amazing apartments! This was our fourth visit, the reason we always come back here is because the apartments are so clean home from home, everything you could possibly need is there. The kitchen is very equipped as is all the apartment Situated in a small town with lots of lovely places to eat, The apartments are very quiet & peaceful. Ten minutes drive from the airport , we always arrange transfers with the lovely owner & the communication with him is fantastic. Great place to stay if your using Athens airport.

Just 20 minutes from Athens airport. Book in advance and get picked up and taken back to the airport for 25 Euros each way. I had an apartment at the back with private balcony overlooking greenery. It was big enough for 1 or 2 and very clean and modern. Waterfront and Taverna just at the end of the street. Beach close by. Walk to the main road past the petrol station for low cost genuine greek food. Or try the taverna near the apartment for top quality seafood. In a quiet part of Athens by the sea. Highly recommended.
