An amazing stay! Highly recommend for families as the rooms were spacious and living room was of good size too. The rooms were clean, spacious and had enough amenities. The service was really good too. Kitchen was a plus point with its microwave. Walking distance to convenience store and street food stalls. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommended!

strategic location, close to unpad campus and old boarding house locations. there are also many places to eat / sell food, just walk. the bed is really big, *************, enough for 4 people. air conditioning, water heater works well. the water is also strong, no difficulty. only the bathroom is not fragrant enough. it would be better to give it a freshener or camphor next time.

Spacious and comfortable rooms The 2-bedroom apartment is quite spacious and comfortable for a small family (a family of 4 is suitable).  5. Additional Facilities & Supporting Environment • Amenities include parking, a rooftop terrace, a neighborhood park, and security.  • The location also supports daily activities: access to shopping and affordable public utilities.  6. I quite enjoyed staying here. The location is very convenient, with a mall nearby and plenty of eateries around the apartment, making it easy to find food and daily necessities. The neighborhood is lively and comfortable without being too noisy. The unit itself was adequate for a short stay, with basic amenities that were generally well-maintained. The apartment grounds are pleasant for walking around or simply relaxing in the sunshine. The swimming pool was clean and usually not too crowded. One thing to note is that the cleanliness of the unit seems to depend on the individual unit and agent. Some units are excellent, while others are just average. However, the common areas are generally clean and well-maintained, and even the lobby toilets are clean and pleasant-smelling. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

This Grand Valore hotel/ service apartments is a well run operation with a staff that is professional and accommodating. I have stayed here many times during my back and forth itravels in Indonesia. The breakfast is ample and there is a neighboring Holiday Inn connected Next door if you want a change in menu. Two nice malls are 10-15 minutes away with money change establishments. ATMs are seconds away. The rates are extremely reasonable, the pool is great and the gym is adequate. From a business traveler who has stayed at a lot of hotels. This is a smart choice. One more thing the beds are comfortable and no rugs in the room makes it clean with no odors.

This hotel has a beautiful view, all the staff are friendly, and the cleanliness and comfort are excellent. There are electric vehicle charging stations, but unfortunately, it seems the voltage isn't sufficient for two vehicles at once. Overall, though, it was a good and pleasant stay.
