We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Paolina! The building is located in the heart of Lucca’s historic centre, just a 10-minute walk from the train station and within easy walking distance of all the main sights, charming streets, and great restaurants. The property is beautifully maintained and has such a wonderful atmosphere. We stayed in Apartment 1, which has two bedrooms and a lovely balcony. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for cooking. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially appreciated. We also had the opportunity to see Apartment 2, with its three bedrooms — it is even more spacious and beautifully bright, just like our apartment. One of the things we loved most was the feeling of the place. It smells wonderful, has a lovely energy, and you immediately feel at home. It is the kind of place where you simply want to stay. Roberto, who manages the property, is extremely professional, welcoming, and genuinely makes you feel like a guest rather than just a customer. The housekeeper is also incredibly kind and warm. Everyone makes you feel so welcome that you almost have the feeling of being part of a family, even though it may be your very first time in Lucca. We would come back without hesitation. This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, truly a 5-star apartment hotel. The location is about a 20-minute walk from the main attractions, but it's a pleasant stroll along the river. The hotel is very new, and the room facilities and decor are stylish and elegant. It not only has a small kitchen but also a balcony with a distant view. The hotel is situated in an upscale neighborhood, and the overall environment is very comfortable and refined. The front desk staff were warm and friendly. Our luggage was delayed by KLM for two days, and the front desk helped us receive it and deliver it to our room. They also helped us call a taxi when we checked out. I highly recommend this hotel. We had a wonderful 4 nights in Florence and would definitely stay here again if we have the chance.

These apartments are really great, with modern renovations, clean and stylish. We woke up to birds singing outside the window, and only then did the sounds of the city begin to stir. The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay: a comfy bed and kitchenware for cooking – we made our most delicious dinners there during the whole trip. We were welcomed like family and given full instructions on nearby cafes and shops. The main attractions are within walking distance. We definitely recommend it! We wish them success and prosperity!

Excellent customer service and ease of contact and access. Superb value for money and great size. Modern furnishings, comes with kitchen and iron and amazing toiletries. Ample cabinet and wardrobe space together with work table and another dining table. Nice private balcony too. Extra plus points for ability to store and retrieve luggage anytime you like in a secure passcode locked area with surveillance monitoring. Extremely convenient from airport and Rail station

Spacious apartment , great value and lovely staff Loved staying at PopArtment. The apartment was huge, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped — kitchen, coffee machine, dishwasher, the works. Staff were warm and genuinely helpful. A tram stop just 2 minutes away makes getting to the historic center a breeze. Excellent value for Florence. Would happily return!

This was the most comfortable and favorite hotel I stayed at in Florence. Strictly speaking, it's a guesthouse-style hotel. It was very cozy, clean, comfortable, and tidy. The room was cleaned and the trash cans were emptied daily. Every time I returned from my trip, it felt like coming home; the sheets and blankets were neatly made and tidied. The air conditioning was cool and quiet, and the room had no unpleasant odors. The large floor-to-ceiling windows let in sunlight, making the room clean and bright! The windows were well soundproofed, so it was quiet to sleep at night. I was glad there was a microwave in the common areas, and there was a Carrefour supermarket about ten minutes away, which was fantastic—the peaches were cheap and of good quality. For this price, the room had a kettle, a refrigerator, a safe, free water, coffee, and small desserts. I love European accommodations with balconies; I could make a cup of coffee in the morning and leisurely enjoy it on the balcony while watching passersby. The location was excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the train station and a ten-minute walk from the Florence Cathedral. The only thing was to be careful not to splash water on the toilet floor when showering, as the toilet didn't have a door to maintain a clean design. Another point I'd like to mention is: please be sure to patiently read the link in the email sent by the hotel and fill out the form completely before submitting it. After following the instructions step by step, you'll get a screen on your phone to unlock the door, and then you can use the electronic lock to enter your room smoothly. The front desk staff were very helpful in carrying our luggage to our accommodation. In short, our stay here left us with wonderful memories of our busy yet enjoyable trip to Florence.

Я останавливалась на три ночи .Пешком до Санта Мария Новелла минут 20.Хозяева приятные люди ,встретили ,все рассказали .Завтрак был включен в стоимость ,вкусно .Кофе 👌Но общий душ и санузел ,имейте в виду.Я вставала рано утром ,в 7.00 примерно ,проблем не заметила.Wi-Fi тоже порадовал и большой новый телевизор (поддерживает видео с телефона).Выдали тапочки ,халат и полотенца .Под фен розетки подошли .Благодарю за гостеприимство.
