I love the Hotel, great view of the waterfront; best location - near the City Centre. Room is clean, well maintained, thank you Housekeeping! Breakfast is good. You've got great colleagues! NAMITA from the Breakfast team, proactive, always offering assistance. AYMAN of Front Office - very engaging, professional, great interaction with guests. Also to SALMAN & AKASH of Concierge, proactive, helpful and friendly, also the gentleman at the valet (sorry I didn't get the name, perhaps Nepali, very helpful as well). You have beautiful Hotel and great staff. Keep it up. Will always choose your Hotel if ever we will be in Sharjah again.

the hotel was nice i have couple of points to mention, please note that i have stayed in the hotel for 3 nights 1. the staff are friendly, only one of the front desk female staff she was tuff and trying to make everything hard for you or make you pay for extra things requested, such as extra bed, or late checkout. 2. the sound isolation between the corridor, rooms and bathroom is very bad, you will hear any one talking outside your room, or your next door room what subject exactly they are talking about, or even in the bathroom. 3. the AC was extremally cold (although am very hot person and cannot feel the cold unless the temp was below 16), since i had 2 rooms, one of the rooms was setting up the AC temp to 23c and the room temp was indicating to 11c, the other room was giving us a headache and the AC fan was always high (even if you set it to low). 4. during our last night i have noticed one insects (it was sooo small) but still they should maintain the pest control on regular bases. 5. the hair dryer was not working well. 6. there is magnifying mirror with light, but the light was not connected to the electricity and the lighting in the bathroom is not so bright. above points was the cons points, and below are the Pros points; 1. all the other staff was nice and helpful 2. there is a lot of super markets and restaurants in the area, even you can cross the street and walk on the Buhairah corniche 3. strangely the hotel restaurant

Co located in a shopping and office building there is plenty on hand to assist a stay. The Carrefour Market on the ground floor opposite the hotel lobby is extremely handy. Unfortunately, it does add to the time spent in lifts as they traverse the shopping and office levels. The hotel is not flash and is a little tired in decor, but the staff are pleasant and helpful even though they may be short of numbers for the busy times. Breakfast in the Tulip Restaurant is a good spread with many varieties of food available including a live omelette station. It’s also a pleasant view over the lagoon. The 11th floor rooms are a good size but the view can be a little drab when faced with the empty office block. The decor tiredness reveals itself in the lingering smoke smell even though the floor is a designated non-smoking zone. As to overall value, I can’t really give any pointers as I didn’t pick up the tab for my seven night stay.

This is the first time I booked hotel here in sharjah so far so good. The room is great even trip.com easy booking process. The staff in reception are accommodating and for the housekeeping they have a good service especially kamal who accommodate me well. Always impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and the way they are designed offering convenience. the bathroom is also spacious and the service of the front desk is also nice 👍🏻 Big thanks trip.com

The hotel was very good for business travel. The bonus was the steam room. They could open the pool earlier though as I prefer my early morning swim. The chefs/food was a delight. Definitely be returning back here.

Stay was Excellent. Room is nice and furnished with kettle, iron, etc. only missing was hair dryer. Hotel facilities were great. They got a small pool and gym. Location is next to Sharjah Expo Centre and for shopping, it is closer to Nesto. Staff were excellent- during our check-in process, Ms. Sharon was supportive in sorting the procedures and get it done smoothly. Breakfast Restaurant was Orient, well supplied to meet different cuisine. Its value for money stay and extremely happy with the stay.

our stay was great, the hotel is clean and well maintained. we planned to stay for 1 day, but then extended our stay for another day. Upon check-in, we made an ungrade of our room, for which we thank you very much. The breakfasts are good, there are a lot of birds that steal food from you on the street. In general, this is the best hotel in Shardja. Special thanks to Mr. Ahmad and Mr. Essam for their excellent service and help in resolving the issue. see you!

Loved the place and room but there was nearby construction going on and couldn't sleep the entire night coz of it,if this isn't the issue true value for money. Pest control is highly required.

Крайне своеобразное место, которое даже не знаю, кому можно порекомендовать. 1. Отель очень неуютный, холодный и пустынный (но не из-за того, что находится в пустыне, а по содержанию). Ощущение, что там планировали что-то большее, но не доделали. Персонал недружелюбный, нет ощущения, что тебе рады. Там в целом, концепция гостеприимства не прослеживается. Знаете, обычно только переступаешь порог отеля, как тебя обволакивает тепло и радушие всего персонала, тебя как будто передают от службы к службе мягко и бережно, как самого близкого человека. Здесь же абсолютно другая атмосфера. Нет нормального взаимодействия с гостем, никто не представляется, с отелем знакомят поверхностно, все выглядит так, как будто тебе делают одолжение. 2. Странная концепция по еде. Ты можешь заказать в любое время еду в номер, но ресторан работает по часам. Я вот не люблю есть в номере и была голодна, когда мы приехали, но пришлось ждать вечернего открытия ресторана. Кстати, еда была очень вкусной, это один из немногих плюсов данного места. 3. Ужасная слышимость в номерах. Никакого вам отдыха не будет, если не повезет с соседями. Слышно все, и телефонные звонки, и развлечения соскучившихся по друг другу людей. Тут вопрос, конечно, в очередной раз к персоналу. Зачем в абсолютно пустом отеле селить людей в коннекшн. 10 номеров данной категории, 5 в одном здании, 5 в другом, больше постояльцев нет, а вы селите в коннекшн. Странная политика. В общем, ретритом и отдыхом там даже не пахнет. Если вас что-то будет не устраивать, то кроме извинений вы никаких действий не дождетесь. Из явных же плюсов, повторюсь, вкусная еда в ресторане и еще приятный, теплый крытый бассейн.
