the hotel was nice i have couple of points to mention, please note that i have stayed in the hotel for 3 nights 1. the staff are friendly, only one of the front desk female staff she was tuff and trying to make everything hard for you or make you pay for extra things requested, such as extra bed, or late checkout. 2. the sound isolation between the corridor, rooms and bathroom is very bad, you will hear any one talking outside your room, or your next door room what subject exactly they are talking about, or even in the bathroom. 3. the AC was extremally cold (although am very hot person and cannot feel the cold unless the temp was below 16), since i had 2 rooms, one of the rooms was setting up the AC temp to 23c and the room temp was indicating to 11c, the other room was giving us a headache and the AC fan was always high (even if you set it to low). 4. during our last night i have noticed one insects (it was sooo small) but still they should maintain the pest control on regular bases. 5. the hair dryer was not working well. 6. there is magnifying mirror with light, but the light was not connected to the electricity and the lighting in the bathroom is not so bright. above points was the cons points, and below are the Pros points; 1. all the other staff was nice and helpful 2. there is a lot of super markets and restaurants in the area, even you can cross the street and walk on the Buhairah corniche 3. strangely the hotel restaurant

We really had the best time in Moon retreat, it was our first time and definitely not the last. :) This glamping experience in this hotel was one of the best memories we have had so far. my kids were so delighted to experience the private plunge-pool. the ameneties were beyond to our exceptions, The reception was very friendly and the whole staff. we arrived early thou had the chance to check in 30minutes earlier than expected although there were fully booked. the location was sooo amazing. from the star gazing at night and movie night with the kids, the hotel arranged a hot chocolate and bonfire for the guests whilst watching and the very cosy set up under the stars were a plus almost slept outside thou... The next morning we had a very beautiful sunrise next to our tent, the mountains view and the landscape were so amazing. the tranquility and the nature, we went for a walk with my kids. and to be honest this place was an absolute retreat. Never had such an amazing feeling about Sharjah because it was our very first visit and we have never regret it. there were beautiful camping sites too. :) I really love the place, i hope the management and the team will keep it up. cant wait for our next stay in winter perhaps.

our stay was great, the hotel is clean and well maintained. we planned to stay for 1 day, but then extended our stay for another day. Upon check-in, we made an ungrade of our room, for which we thank you very much. The breakfasts are good, there are a lot of birds that steal food from you on the street. In general, this is the best hotel in Shardja. Special thanks to Mr. Ahmad and Mr. Essam for their excellent service and help in resolving the issue. see you!

Located in Sharjah Close to the Lagun. Upon arrival we where met by Mr Bassam and Hefny who took great care of us. Mr Hefny should be promoted to Supervisor in my opinion. He is kind, respectful and well spoken. Great person. Mr Shahin the bell boy, who is kind, well spoken and holds the hospitality to a next level. The breakfast is good. At the FB area there isr Emed who runs a round with passion and a smile. Before you ask him, it is already taken care of. Dear Mr Fady thank you on behalf of my family for the stay and thank your staff.

The hotel was very good for business travel. The bonus was the steam room. They could open the pool earlier though as I prefer my early morning swim. The chefs/food was a delight. Definitely be returning back here.

The price is reasonable, it is clean, and its fragrant smells are very beautiful, soothing the nerves and making us happy. Dealings with the guests are pleasant and smiling, the rooms are beautiful and elegant, and when you request some needs, they provide them quickly and do not delay in fulfilling them.

We booked and pay in advance for a deluxe king room for 2 nights. After the 1st night of our stay, We discover that the room was given was not the same as we booked(WE BEEN CHEATED), It is lower than room category we booked which is standard king room (less price) only without informing us. I call reception to ask, they confirm that my conclusion is correct. Ratika or Ritika the receptionist justify that we requested for early check in that why she give us this room- but I asked her why she didn’t informed us before giving. Now the worst happen!!! on her defense ( she ask so stupid question) she sounds so rude asking me why i didnt question her from upon check in (THIS IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL you have to be honest to your guest) In additional she ask me to pay more cause as per her rate that I booked was lower than the rate on her system ( come to think that I should pay more for the room that is lower category than I booked & pay) she is the reservation manager as she said , but the way she is talking, she don’t know her job ( She need more training) , after that she is forcing us to change the room,she is sending her colleague 3 times on our room knocking to change the room but I didn’t yet ready our things (your personal touch being hotelier was not there at all). But finally, the GM to talk to me and give us late check out as the compensation for what happen and were very thankful for that but not worth it with the stress and energy that we wasted on this no manner & unprofessional receptionist Ritika or Ratika.

This is the first time I booked hotel here in sharjah so far so good. The room is great even trip.com easy booking process. The staff in reception are accommodating and for the housekeeping they have a good service especially kamal who accommodate me well. Always impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and the way they are designed offering convenience. the bathroom is also spacious and the service of the front desk is also nice 👍🏻 Big thanks trip.com

Отдыхали с семьёй в январе 2022 года жили в двух номерах , в номере все есть , телевизор телефон холодильник утюк сейф электрочайник стаканчики и вся мебель , в санузла тоже все есть вплоть до фена . Состояние отеля на троечку так же как и звёзд, отель не новый тоже видать стареет вместе с хозяином , на ресепшене не плохо бы сделать химчистку мягкой мебели , кормят хорошо и вкусно , даже нам больше понравилось чем в других четверках и пятёрках . В связи с повышением цен на путёвки мы в этот раз решили попытать судьбу и выбирать дешёвый отель но В целом мы ни сколько не разочаровалась в выборе данного отеля , мы полностью довольны всем учитывая стоимость.

Co located in a shopping and office building there is plenty on hand to assist a stay. The Carrefour Market on the ground floor opposite the hotel lobby is extremely handy. Unfortunately, it does add to the time spent in lifts as they traverse the shopping and office levels. The hotel is not flash and is a little tired in decor, but the staff are pleasant and helpful even though they may be short of numbers for the busy times. Breakfast in the Tulip Restaurant is a good spread with many varieties of food available including a live omelette station. It’s also a pleasant view over the lagoon. The 11th floor rooms are a good size but the view can be a little drab when faced with the empty office block. The decor tiredness reveals itself in the lingering smoke smell even though the floor is a designated non-smoking zone. As to overall value, I can’t really give any pointers as I didn’t pick up the tab for my seven night stay.
