Food was delicious and good back to go withy friends room was very clean and enjoy my time in the motel will be going back for sure love the pool and hot tub we had a great weekend ☺️we did stay for too day went shopping this weekend and drank coffee

Pandangan tingkap harus dianggap sangat baik di bandar kecil ini. Sekiranya cuaca baik pada waktu pagi, anda masih boleh melihat matahari terbit. This is without a doubt the most posh hotel in NB. It's very elegant and provides the service of a 5* hotel and has the activities of a resort. However, our room was not well maintained. Many electric outlets were impossible to use, they were wonky and loose. One if the pillowcases hadn't been changed. In a hotel where the ambition is so high, even the broom closets should be impeccable. It advertised as dog friendly but a 50$ charge is added for the dog. Might I suggest providing at least a few dog enabled rooms for that price? They could have dog beds/treats or at least a bowl for water at that price. The other unpleasant surprise was a resort fee that remained hidden until check out. The price of the room was already well above all other hotels in NB, and making that fee a hidden charge is unacceptable. If you need to charge more, show it in the booking price.

The hotel is a bit away from the downtown area, so unless you have a car it is about a 45min walk, but it is also right next to the Regent Mall which is convenient. The hotel looks a bit dated on the outside, but the rooms are newly renovated, modern, spacious and clean. My stay here was excellent.

Staff was very courteous. However, one day we had hot water issues. Difficult to take shower.

Perkhidmatan yang menakjubkan dan hotel ini sangat bersih. Kami berada dalam jarak berjalan kaki ke banyak restoran yang sangat bagus. Sistem lif adalah sangat perlahan dan tangga hanya tersedia di antara tingkat 1,2&3. Pada satu ketika kami terpaksa menunggu 10 minit untuk mendapatkan lif dari tingkat satu ke lobi. Selain itu semuanya hebat.

Propre et très bon emplacement, mais j’ai trouvé un cheveu dans le buffet et le cuisinier ne portait pas de protection de cheveux, et j’ai fait la remarque mais j’ai l’impression qu’ils ne m’ont pas ecouter

Good location but old hotel in need of refurb. Some water leaks under the wall near toilet. Surprisingly, they have a 1980s' style swimming pool that my kids like very much and breakfast was okay.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was very spacious, clean and new. Great location, close to mall and great local bars/restaurants.
