Very nice and cosy, clean and tidy hotel. The staff are wonderful and welcoming

Mine was a standard double room located in the 23-floor building. The room was extremely small with a long and narrow table along the wall. You can barely turn around without bump on to something. If you size is over 160 lbs the toilet is small for you. If you have more than two luggage you might need to spread your stuff on the floor. I had little encounter with hotel staff, hence cannot comment on its services. In general, we had a very uncomfortable stay at the hotel.

酒店各方面都蠻好的，客房和衞生間都很乾凈，卧具很新，剛進房間時有些消毒水殘留的氣味，開窗通風五分鐘就完全沒有了，其實這種安全措施也挺讓人很放心。酒店位置好，出門左手邊就是可以換錢的銀行。步行五分鐘就有一家大超市，裏面東西一應俱全很多是進口的。保安也很負責，對待陌生人會嚴格檢查，比某個老牌五星級酒店的保安好很多，那個酒店的保安極歹毒，個別出租車司機很壞，敲詐勒索不成就敢綁架外國遊客，尤其在夜間，即便在齋月裏，他們都敢這樣。這裏還是好人多，受到侵害可以到HOTEL TIAMA馬路對面的警察局報案，就在繁華的大路旁，那裡的警察都很好也很專業負責，從酒店打的過去五分鐘就到。

前台工作人員都很熱心，特別熱心，工作效率也高,annine跟大個子Enoc ,Naky 房間很乾凈，樓下可以吃早餐，每天的客户還是比較多的。

Very good Hotel, even it can be classed 4*+, just I didn't like that we should pay always in advance for restauration, it can be managed at the checkout as other hotels
