Personal is very friendly. Claudia from Minibar Department is very friendly. She is so professional. I need and extra blanket. She went out and beyond and went to look for it. (She is a very sweet and outgoing person ) thanks for the great service .

El hotel es genial, lo incómodo fue que el precio al llegar cambio, adicional a los impuestos nos cobraron un “seguro“. Y el descuento se perdió entre esos recargos. La app decía que el valor era el total y Niño daba detalles de esos cargos de supuestos seguros.

Me gusta escaparme a este hotel con mi pareja , es céntrico pero a la vez tranquilo el desayuno hay que tomarlo temprano ya que a las 9 no hay mucha opción
