Excellent service. Very modern and comfortable room. The pillows were notably very high quality and super comfortable. Room cleanliness was that if a 5-Star hotel (though it is not, it felt like like it was). Front desk staff was amazing (resturant manager needs to be friendlier). I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality, quiet and comfort. The breakfast included was tasty and a HUGE bonus to stay at this hotel. The Late check out the hotel offers (1pm) was delightful ❤️❤️❣️👌

We arrived very early in the morning before our check in so we asked the staff for an early check in. But we ended up getting checked in half an hour late because our rooms weren't ready. The staff were very rude after we complained saying that check in is at 3:30pm instead of 3pm even though they said 3pm earlier in the day. This was very poor service considering staff saw us waiting in the lounge for over 4 hours. Each room had an extra double bed so not sure what happened to our original booked rooms. The rooms were clean but outdated. The remote to the air conditioning didn't work in one room and the bedside lamp stopped working after 1 day. However the staff at the restaurant were friendly and the food breakfast buffet was okay and the lunch menu was very nice.

As Marriott Lifetime Titanium, we stay at many hotels, and Cali Marriott provides the best experience, food & beverage and personal service from their friendly and responsive staff. Extra clean, quiet, safe and secure, with a good location near Centenario Mall. We enjoy the expansive buffet breakfast and invite friends and family for the Sunday Brunch at The Market. The Executive Lounge, food and drinks each night, always super service. Housekeeping does a great job servicing our room. We use the on-site transportation almost every day, with modern air conditioned comfortable vehicles. Our last stay was a month and did not want to leave. Looking forward to returning...

20/10 It was amazing from Check in to Check out, the room was beautiful, you could feel the quiet and heritage in the property, and the best bathroom amenities in Colombia, the food was just stunning, I wish I could leave a review in every place I visit, but this one really deserves, you can have all you can eat but you can order from the menu that's great, I hope I can come back soon.

Hotel colonial, a pocas cuadras de milagroso, todo queda cerca caminando, es bonito y lo tratan de mantener lo mejor. Comida y bebidas buenas. Habitaciones cómodas, puede mejorar conexión TV y cortinaje y lencería, depende del lugar de habitación que corresponda el descanso es mejor. Tiene variedad de actividades Piscina, Spa, zonas húmedas. La atención amable , puede mejorar los tiempos de atención.

This hotel is located on a VERY busy street; luckily, they have a private garage. The rooms are super small for a party of two. So small that they improvised a closet with two pieces of wood in the corner of the room. The beds are SUPER uncomfortable. You literally feel like you are sleeping on the floor. Our first night, we contacted the front desk at 2 a.m. to complain about the beds and to request another room, and they confirmed that all beds are the same and that they have received plenty of complaints about the same thing. The buffet breakfast was a joke. Cold food, no flavor, and not enough variety—I will not recommend this hotel and will definitely not stay there again!
