"The hotel is conveniently connected to one of the exits of Nagoya Station, which was a huge plus for us on both sunny and rainy days—especially since it rained during part of our stay! I stayed at this hotel twice: once when I first arrived in Nagoya, and again after returning from a 2D1N trip outside the city before flying home. I'm so glad I chose Mitsui both times! As all the guest rooms are located above the 18th floor, the views were fantastic. From our room, we enjoyed a beautiful bird's-eye view of Nagoya City. In fact, I almost felt like I didn't need to visit the observation deck on the 51st floor of JR Central Towers to enjoy the city skyline! The service was excellent as well. The hotel kindly stored our luggage while we were away on our overnight trip. When we returned to check in for our second stay, we were pleasantly surprised to find that our luggage had already been moved to our room without us even having to ask. A big thank you to the staff for being so attentive and proactive in preparing everything before we arrived. Besides its excellent location next to Nagoya Station, there is a FamilyMart and a 7-Eleven directly opposite the hotel. There's also a Mister Donut across the road, where we grabbed breakfast and snacks before heading out each day. Overall, I honestly have nothing to complain about. The location, service, and comfort all exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again when I visit Nagoya."

"Our stay at KOKO HOTEL was an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel had a very clean, modern, and cozy atmosphere that made our trip even more enjoyable. The staff were polite, welcoming, and always helpful whenever we had questions or needed assistance. One of the things we loved most was the location. The hotel was conveniently close to train stations, convenience stores, restaurants, and shopping areas, which made exploring Japan very easy and stress free. The room was compact yet very well organized, with comfortable beds and all the essentials needed for a relaxing stay. We also appreciated how quiet and peaceful the hotel was, especially after long days of sightseeing. Everything was well maintained, and the overall experience felt smooth and comfortable throughout our trip. "Very convenient location just directly above Nagoya Station. Room is typically tight spaced just enough to open 2 luggages. But the big windows and view make up for it. Room is generally clean..though the wc has a slight unpleasant smell. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall very pleasant stay."

Service was so good, staff were very attentive. Had a slight problem dealing with itinerary and the staff was very helpful with managing the situation. There is a sauna in the hotel and gym accessible. Nearby to many attractions, restaurants and malls. Good for shopping. Will definitely book here again!"

"Located between Sakae and ShinSakaemachi stations - room I booked is spacious and clean. Toiletries were provided at the lobby. They also follow eco days for towel change. Reception was polite and helpful. My concern is the sound proofing of the room is not the best, elevator always stops at 2nd floor and a lot of passengers alight at 3rd level because there’s a commercial gym. Overall, a good stay."

"The hotel is located about 10mins walk from the main Sakae tourist area, but there are a lot of bars right next to the hotel so it might not be the best if you're looking for a quiet night stay."

"Our group of three females arrived and was denied check-in because the rooms were for ”Males Only.” This restriction was not clearly stated during the selection process. On the Trip.com interface, several room options were explicitly labeled [Male Only]. However, the rooms we selected had no gender label in the title. As a consumer, it is logical to assume that if one option is marked ”Male Only” and another is not, the unlabeled option is for females or unisex. This critical information was omitted from the main room title and only found deep in the reservation details after booking. This is misleading UI design for a gender-restricted property. We were stranded at the airport without accommodation due to this lack of transparency, without refund, and told that it was solely our fault. However, despite sudden show up, Toyoko inn welcome us with cheaper price, better room and free breakfast. I highly recommended Toyoko inn. Thank you TUBE Sq for your kind support, but please response to our cancellation request due to this whole nonsense error. And, lastly, may we never see you again."

"My second stay at a Croom hotel. Both times experience has been great. Room is compact but clean. Location wise I give a slightly lower rating only because of the lack.of escalator from the station. The combini outlets nearby are smaller, esp the nearest 7-11. So I ended up going further for the bigger outlets for.more choices. Rooms are very quiet despite facing the road. Overall a happy and comfortable stay."
