Best location near JR Nagoya and all lines of subway including buses. Very clean and friendly staff. Midest size rooms considering the standard for Japanese room

Good location just opposite the shinkanshen line. Nagoya station is huge and has 2main entrances, this hotel is near the shinkanshen entrance. If you're taking the subway line, then you will need to walk across the station to the other end of entrance. Good japanese style breakfast too.

It was a very well located hotel just 5 mins walk away from the Nagoya station and shopping. The hotel is also within 10mins walk to good food and restaurants. The room is slightly cozy, but overall still very comfortable and clean, with a good size bath tub. Very satisified with the good service from the hotel staff, as expected of Japanese hospitality

Although the room is quite small, the room is very clean and well equipped. Just got to adjust abit and you will find space haha I love how they offer all the toiletries at the lobby! Super convenient location with food and convenience stores downstairs/nearby. Few mins walk from Nagoya stations with all the malls side by side. You can even walk underground (mister donut direction).

An older hotel building that feels like it’s plucked right out of 1995. Service from staff was great. You can tell this place was once top of the line with older wooden furniture and chandeliers. But still a cozy stay. Room feels like it can be a bit dingy and dusty if that bothers you, but we’re okay with that.

Excellent hotel with breathe taking view, amazing room, comfortable beds, good amenities and facilities. One of the better breakfast selection I have had in Japan. Room is spacious for Japanese standard, hence I feel value to money is great! Only downside is location, nothing around there, but you are only one stop away from Nagoya station. So overall experience is great and will return.

Great location! Close to two metro lines, easy to get around. I’ve asked for higher floor when I was booking the room, but they gave me the lowest floor by the time I checked in. There were noises of motorcycles during the night so I would definitely recommend you to ask for rooms located at higher floors to avoid the noise.

I have stayed in a number of Sotetsu Fresca Inn in Japan and this branch is wonderful too. It’s near train station but takes a while to find using maps due to the heavy construction near the station. There are 2 things I love a lot: 1. The room ambiance is calm and convenient. The color combination of the room is pleasing to look at especially after a long day of travel. Though the room is a bit small, buttons are conveniently located so it’s easy to access all the lighting buttons. 2. I love the buckwheat pillow which is therapeutic to sleep at night. I had a good night rest after a long overnight flight the day before. Overall, I will recommend this hotel as it’s new, clean and offers a good night rest.

Stayed with BWH for nights. Pros: The location is great. Only approx. 5 minutes walk to Sakae Station. There are many restaurants to go to. Convenience shops like Lawson and 7 eleven are just across the road. The double room itself is spacious by Japanese standards (as in the photo). Cleanness is superior. The hotel does routine daily cleaning services including replacing slippers and towels, etc. Almost all amenities are provided at the reception. Must mention that many things like face cleansing gel are from Pola. Cons: The fridge makes clear noise (even when switched to level 1), so that I have to power off the fridge before sleeping. The soundproofing can be improved. I could hear laughter and natter from the next wall (their large voice did contribute though), especially when the night was very quiet. Another one is the small chair on the corner. It kept preventing me from accessing the window side of the bed. Should've chosen a better place to place it.

The front desk staff was polite and smiling, and even stepped out of the way to help my husband get into the parking lot. The room was modern and furnished. The water in the bathhouse was a comfortable temperature, though there was a slight bleach smell. I also recommend adding instructions for using the hot springs in the bath room. Many Southeast Asian women were constantly looking around in the bathhouse, seemingly unsure of how to use it.
