ShibakenDThere was some renovation going on at the entrance, but the hotel had put up a notice, so that was fine. The breakfast was a bit simple, but the price was consistent with other Intercity hotels.

Guest UserIt was really uncomplicated and lovely. The man at reception was very nice. When we ordered food and needed glasses and cutlery, we got them right away, and he wished us bon appétit. That's not always the case in other hotels. The room was also clean and nice; they didn't have large glasses, but it was okay. They even had bowls for dogs and paw drying racks, which I thought was really nice. But if my dog wasn't with me, I would recommend it. It was also good value for the price. What was really great was that the Rewe supermarket was 5 minutes away in the CCL shopping center, the train was 6 minutes away, and the S-Bahn (suburban train) was 8 minutes away by bus (two stops) and 10 minutes on foot.

Anonymous UserEasy check-in, friendly staff, clean rooms and very accessible. Very modern as well. I do wonder though how secure the mobile keys are. Everone with your first name and room number can enter your room’s door via the online site.

Ha_R_KWe were welcomed warmly upon arrival and given an equally warm farewell. The service was excellent throughout our stay, and the staff were friendly and attentive.
The air conditioning is good by European standards. As Asians, we generally prefer cooler room temperatures, but in all honesty, this hotel was noticeably cooler than the Maritim Bonn Hotel.
The room is comparable to a typical airport hotel, compact but comfortable. Making it ideal for an overnight stay or for travelers who plan to spend most of their time exploring rather than staying in the hotel.
We especially loved the convenient location and the outstanding service. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and we would gladly return.

Yasmine CLocation is very convenient. Close to the cable car and in the centre of the town. We had an apartment which is just next to the private free parking, which was also convenient for the luggage. The apartment is in a classic style, but spacious.
The only thing is that it says 24/7 reception, which is not correct. They will give the key via a keybox, but the code was not shared upfront as our phonenr was not shared with the accommodation. As we arrived late, it took us some time to contact them.
The additional fee to be paid at the location was also different than what trip mentioned. After contacting trip, they promised to pay the difference.

Very nice hotel in the heart of Hannover. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, “altstadt” and opera. First time to visit Hannover with limited time, the hotel’s location made it very convenient to quickly walk around the city for a first impression (very positive first impression - nice city). The only item that the hotel may want to consider is to offer “a la carte” items for breakfast instead of a full buffet. Being on business travel, I do not have the time or need for such a lengthy and heavy breakfast experience. I imagine this could apply to more business travelers.

What was fantastic: most receptionists were great. Only the last evening not so good as the person was couldnt give me clear information about what I could get for a packed breakfast.
The breakfast was outstanding: selection, variety and abundance. Coffee was tepid. Not once was it hot and same for ”hot” water.
The hotel is situated on a crossing. Traffic was loud. I could ”just” handle it but spoke to other guests who said it simply was too loud.
I loved that i could opt out from having my room cleaned. The room was bigger than I expected. Nice presentation.

Anonymous UserThe NH Hannover is in a beautiful location, with bus and subway nearby, reachable in just 2 minutes. There are various restaurants nearby and, of course, beautiful Christmas churches. The staff are friendly. The room is clean.

MierswaIt’s a good hotel regarding location and convenience. If you look for a more traditional/historical style one you will find in the old downtown. Parking is convenient in the neighboring garage, but against additional 10EUR parking fee for 24h.
