Buen hotel ,el desayuno muy bien y el personal Perfecto También comimos el restaurante y muy bien!

Toda una experiencia la de alojarse en un edificio con la historia y el porte de la estación de CanFranc. Todo el personal es profesional, amable y muy atento. La suite junior amplia, bien decorada y muy cómoda. Quizás cambiaría las dos camas unidas por una sola (kingsize), pero es un detalle menor. El bufé del desayuno muy completo y variado. La piscina climatizada un buen lugar para relajarse y la carta de servicios del spa (masajes y tratamientos de wellness) muy acertada. Merece una mención especial el CanFranc Express, el restaurante con estrella Michelin. El menú degustación, junto con la experiencia de abordar el vagón donde sirven el menú, es de lo más especial. Muy recomendable! Y enhorabuena a Eduardo Salanova y el equipo del restaurante por hacerlo posible.

Magnifique hôtel, 1 chambre pour 4 personnes (2 adultes et 2 ados) juste pour une nuit, chambre spacieuse et salle de bain avec tout le nécessaire. Nous avons pris le repas du soir sur place. Piscine extérieure bien agréable. Le petit dejeuner compris dans notre formule était top. Le personnel à l'accueil et au service très agréable. Nous y retournerons sans problème.

Habitación amplia , muy calentita , y buena relación calidad precio, instalaciones mejorar o arreglar el spa y mantenimiento del gym , no hay colchonetas para estirar y varias máquinas en reparación

Personal muy educado y ayuda en todo lo que puede y más. Las habitaciones amplias y tranquilas,lo único que podría poner malo es que son dos camas pequeñas en una grande y eso se nota un poco. Pero por lo demás genial. La cafetería,las cocineras y camareras majisimas. Precios que están muy bien. Volvería sin duda. Lo único que las peticiones antes de ir, las envié días antes de ir al hotel y nunca fueron respondidas. Es lo único malo que podría poner.

The room and hotel were beautiful with a great shower, comfy bed, coffee machine and free mini-bar. The downside was that the swimming pool was closed completely in October despite warm weather and worst of all - we were charged EUR 1.90 for a tiny quantity of fresh milk to add to our morning coffee - that’s embarrassing for a hotel like Melia.

Habitación amplia y limpia, ubicación estupenda y personal agradable.

Отличные апартаменты в центре города, номера тихие, удобная кровать. Очень хорошие завтраки. До основных достопримечательностей легко добраться пешком. Недалеко удобный и безопасный паркинг если путешествуешь на машине. Если еще раз буду в Сарагосе обязательно остановлюсь в этом месте.

Отель отличный!  Очень гостеприимный персонал на ресепшен, молодой человек даже пообщался с нами на русском! Дал карту, отметил что посмотреть!  Очень чисто, вкусно пахнет, уютно, хороший вид. Единственное, что омрачило пребывание, с семи утра видимо уборщица бесконечно и очень громко двигала мебель, мы не смогли выспаться.

Enjoyed our one night stay. The room is cozy and matched our expectations with this price. The view outside the window is not bad as well. We also paid 25 euro per person more to enjoy the spa facilities for one hour which we find worth the money if you are looking for a relaxing session after a day of hiking. The spa is not the biggest or grandest but it does its job with hamman, sauna, jacuzzi, etc. It's quiet during our visit with no one else so basically we had a private experience. Remember to bring your flipflops and swim cap which are mandatory.
