"The parking was free and accessible. The meals were included this time and a lovely choice and the restaurant staff we re very attentive and happy the whole experience was very good. Comfy bed and pretty quiet. Just the shower not a lot of power but still did the job . All the shower gel and hair products were there ready to use ."

Guest UserThis hotel is not near the airport. The Hotel shuttle from the airport doesn’t go to this hotel. 90% of taxi refused to go there from terminal 5 because it’s too difficult. There is no hotel-owned shuttle. Public bus 703 goes to hotel but is not frequent on weekends or late at night. You have to hire WeKnowLondon in advance.
Very misleading advertising that this hotel is convenient to airport. It is cheap because it is inconvenient. I paid £30 one-way for trip to hotel, so factor that into cost unless you’re taking public bus during regular daytime weekday. Also, no restaurants or shops nearby, but there is a petrol station.
Hotel staff, cleanliness and such are good. Location sucks. “Lakeside” view attached. Note lack of lake.

Katherine MorganHotel really well situated for the motorway and for Newbury station.
The facilities are really good, and service received from the moment we arrived from the very friendly and helpful member of staff on reception.
Really lovely breakfast with a great choice of food. Will definitely be returning

Guest UserAbsolutely brilliant hotel, fantastic staff who couldn't do anymore for visitors, clean rooms and clean common areas, plenty of activities to occupy the kids during the stay and plenty of refreshments during the day including good breakfast and dinner options.
We used the pool twice a day during our stay, visited the arcade and outside park / nature trails and outside games section and neither of my children wanted to come home. I 100% recommend this hotel to everyone and will definitely be visiting again!

Pros: Excellent location, right opposite the castle with a shopping street right outside the door.
Cons:
1) The room had a musty smell.
2) The cleanliness was terrible.
Service:
3) One staff member was very good, but the others we encountered later were not. They didn't even show us to our room. Our room was in an annex building, and they didn't explain that clearly, so we had to drag our luggage around looking for it for a long time. I was so close to losing my temper.
Overall, it's very old, not very clean, and not a premium experience.

I stayed here for one night before heading back home. It's a few kilometers from Terminal 5, but we had a driver taking us to the airport. The hotel does offer a shuttle bus, but I think it's for a fee. The hotel has a huge number of rooms, and the cleanliness was just okay. We booked breakfast and dinner, which were predominantly Indian cuisine. The front desk staff wasn't very professional; they forgot to give me one of my dinner vouchers and didn't even apologize when I went to ask about it.

FanyuhaogeThe room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast selection was quite rich, and the hygiene was clean and tidy. The service attitude was good, offering great value for money. It's a bit of a distance from the train station, requiring a short walk or a ride-sharing service.

Guest UserI recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Reading-South M4, Jct.11 for one night and had a very positive experience overall. The location is convenient, especially for those traveling via the M4, and the hotel facilities were modern, clean, and well-maintained. Everything from check-in to the room comfort met my expectations, making for a smooth and enjoyable stay.
I’d rate my experience a 9/10 — the only thing that would have made it a perfect 10 would be the inclusion of free parking. Aside from that, I had a great stay and would happily consider returning in the future.

The hotel very close to slough market, also it is 5km from windsor market i went there on foot, if you enjoy natural views and rivers there are many places to enjoy, the rooms in the hotel are clean and they provide all that hotels should prived, but the should put good isolating window to keep the noise from the outside unheard, also they should lower the floor of the toilets to prevent the water pooring into the room at shower time. Despite the room of improvements i mentioned earlier i enjoyed my stay with them and i will visit them again.

Guest UserIt was excellent, our room was quite large and was very clean and tidy. The staff at the service desk were very helpful if you needed anything. The location is awesome, right on the Thames river, close to everything, Windsor Castle, pubs, restaurants and shopping.
The best was our view out our bedroom window of Windsor Castle. It was stunning. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
