Bonito hotel, limpio, bien decorado.

The breakfast was excellent, clean and comfortable room, the location is perfect in Pearl District with good restaurants, bars, and supermarkets close to the hotel, but you have to pay extra for the parking lot

This Marriott hotel is in the best location in Portland, with all the shopping and fine dinning restaurants around. Walking distance to Food truck mall, Google display window, Muji and Pioneer Square. I will book this hotel again for future visit.

Great view good food near by quiet clean will come back. Staff very friendly and professional

This place has a primo location - just outside of downtown Portland but easy walking to downtown and the Pearl. Also (as we found out) the stadium. So that was one issue - soccer hooligans partying long into the night. The place is not soundproofed and has weird metal bedframes that make a huge bang whenever you accidentally (or purposefully, as the hooligans were) kick them. Okay, but all in all this has the vibe of an old motor inn that is trying to rebrand. The rooms are small and dated; the shower has a curtain that doesn't reach the floor. The beds are okay comfortwise. What can I say? It is a two star motel. Great location, comfort-wise leaves a lot to be desired. If that is what you want it is safe and simple and fine. The free parking helps, but as noted, if you get in late you may be SOL and have to deal with the street.

We were pleasantly surprised by how nice the new remodel is since our last visit . The room was very clean and beds were so comfortable. The property itself has made a huge improvement. The FD staff were all very friendly and welcoming. We will most definitely be returning.

My room seemed like it was remodeled recently. The Funiture and artwork seemed new. The room has two sinks in it. One sink was located in the bathroom and other sink was outside of the restroom. I was happy with my room. The exterior of the Motel looked a little ran down. The outside was clean and has plenty of parking. The Motel seemed really family friendly.

第一次住6號，半夜12點住宿，品質好且乾淨，我們兩人他給了我們4人房，我下次一定會在選擇6號的，而且這邊有公共空間可以使用微博爐、製冰機，可惜確定是沒有提供洗髮精沐浴乳有點可惜，然后我因為隨手拿了一條毛巾拿到最底層的，使用的時候發現毛巾有灰塵，黑黑的部分滿多的，沒有使用的毛巾我建議也是要定期換

Conveniently located at the heart of Portland. Charges $55 for parking even with hotel reservations. Wi-Fi cost money if you don’t sign up for Hilton honors program, not a problem since phone connection is good in downtown. Bathroom still had stains from prior guests….would not recommend to anyone.

Don’t rely on their shuttle service. I called before making reservations to ensure that they had 24-hour shuttle service . We were told upon arrival that the shuttle was full (there are only 10 seats on the shuttle and it services 3 hotels). They made no offer to help in any way. They said “take the 3:20am shuttle or call an Uber.” They didn’t offer to pay for the Uber and did not care about us needing transportation.

Clean enough. Front desk staff was not so friendly. I wish they had free parking space for guests.

The hotel location is very convenient and is next to Hwy exit. It is a quite neighborhood area. The facility maintains very well and the room is very comfortable and clean. The hotel persons are very friendly and helpful. It is a highly recommended hotel.

They couldn’t issue physical keys because of a system issue – thankfully my digital key worked so I could at least get into my room. That room's toilet didn't work, we called down to the front desk about it and all they did was send up a plunger – I guess they expect guests to fix their plumbing issues? After 20 minutes of plunging the toilet still wasn’t working so we called down to the front desk again, this time they sent up some towels. That in no way addressed the problem so we continued plunging for another 10 minutes and it wasn’t getting any better. We decided this was a waste of time as we are not professional plumbers. We called down to the front desk and asked if we could move to a different room. They said that would be no problem, but we needed to bring all our stuff down to the lobby for them to assign us a different room. We asked if they had resolved their system issues so we could be issued physical keys for the new room, they said it had and it wouldn’t be a problem. So, we packed up all our stuff and went down to the lobby. Once in the lobby it turned out they had NOT in fact resolved their system issues, they had gotten worse so the person on the phone had lied to us. Now not only could they not issue keys they couldn’t access which rooms were occupied and which were not so they couldn’t move us to a new room after all, so we packed up and moved all our stuff to the lobby for nothing. The front desk person said they could go to the back and try to access their system a different way, I said I didn’t really care what they needed to do to find out which rooms were unoccupied and that we would wait for them to do so. Eventually they found a room for us to move to however they were still unable to issue any keys so they could let us in but we wouldn’t be able to leave our room because we’d have no way of getting back inside – we couldn’t use the pool, go out of dinner or shopping or anything, we were functionally prisoners in the room if we wanted to have somewhere to sleep that night. Staff made no effort to assist us moving our things despite one member of our group clearly being disabled and walking with a cane. This new room had some issues of its own, most notably a flood light just outside the window and blackout curtains that weren’t installed properly so we had a bright light shining in the room all night. Also, it sounded like a track and field event was being held one floor above us. At about 3:30am I was awoken by a notification from the Hilton app that yet another new room had been located for us. I was not going to get my family to pack everything up again and force a disabled woman to change rooms in the middle of the night, so I ignored the message. The next morning, I went to the front desk to check out because I was concerned that the room change may cause issues checking out in the app. The front desk staff asked about my stay, and I explained everything that happened. They said the system issue was schedule

Friendly staff that has been working here for many years. It’s so nice to go back to a familiar face even after many years away. Nina, the GM, is fantastic and she clearly has the respect and admiration of her staff because she has a lot of long term employees and it’s clearly like a family atmosphere here. It’s clean, feels safe and is quiet. Highly recommend.

Super awesome staff. The hotel was packed but the staff was well prepared and couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. This was my first stay at this hotel. First time to Portland, also. If I ever go back to Portland I will chose this hotel because of the staff, specifically Sherif Samy, the front desk supervisor. What a joy to have met this gentleman. I had a mix-up with my dates and booked a hotel for the wrong date for my trip to Portland. Luckily, there was a room at this hotel available and Sherif couldn't have been more helpful with my special requests. I had expiring credits with two of my credit cards that I wanted to use but needed my final bill split between two cards. You never know how well someone will understand your request when you are asking for a slightly different procedure than normal. In my case, I had to spend a certain amount and then have the bill split between two different cards to fully use my credits. Both Sherif and the equally great gentleman who checked me in the night before understood what I was doing perfectly. They both explained my final bill and how they would be splitting my room charge. There really was no need for me to ask Sherif Samy to confirm before I checked out that my invoice would be split between two cards but I was spending more than I normally would for a room and Sherif was sympathetic and double checked for me. He showed such great care and appreciation for me, that I was truly moved. Not only did Sherif give me comfort from knowing my final billing would be handled correctly, he gave me the most unexpected gift of all. It's silly, but I was wearing a very inexpensive t-shirt I got from Target almost 2 years ago. I hardly ever wear the shirt but anytime I do, I always get compliments on the design. Then, people always ask where I got it and are floored to learn I got it at Target. Well, Sherif did the same. He complimented my shirt but went on to explain why he liked it so much. Turns out, I was wearing a shirt with Egyptian symbols depicting the pyramids and sun. I had no idea and this most certainly explains the uniqueness of the shirt and why so many people have complimented me on it. Then, Sherif showed me his personal pictures of the pyramids and Egypt. He was such a joy, and meeting him was the best treat of my whole stay at this hotel. The breakfast was wonderful. Despite the hotel being sold out, I had no problem finding a seat for breakfast or getting food. A waffle machine would have been nice but honestly, the choices were plentiful. I got a very generously portioned pasta salad the night before from the bar that was enough for two meals. The young woman working the bar who took my order on June 29, 2024 was just as great to meet as Sherif. Despite the full hotel, I was the only person at the bar/restaurant. She offered me water while I waited and made sure I always had a refill without ever asking. I will be back at this Hotel because of the staff if I e

The place was the best! The staff all stunningly kind, helpful and friendly. I stayed at 2 other establishments this trip. This hands down won. It was less expensive. I really appreciated the breafast and coffee. They had real! Milk for the coffee. They dont charge for coffee, parking, or breakfast unlike one of the other hotels stayed. Nice quiet location. The bed was clean. The room freshly smelling. Its not modern but comfortable and homey. Great kitchen. Large fridge. Amazing laundry room. I have compared i am soo glad i found this. The value is right on. I want alot! For a low price They delivered!! Thank u for the stay. And the staff were amazing from the breakfast guy to check in peeps.

Nice hotel great view good staff will be going there again when I am in town

Room was nice. Pillows are not the best. They went flat and hard very fast. Had to ask for covers for the pullout couch. Pool is TINY with no seating away from the splash zone for parents to watch. Breakfast was phenomenal with good choices.
