It was located in a good central area within a walking distance to the shopping centre and other cafes. The checkin and checkout process was really fast and smooth. And while I didn’t get to chat much with the staff there, they all seemed really friendly and approachable.

First time staying in Milton Keynes and wanted a hotel near the theatre due to seeing a show. The staff on arrival were friendly and helpful and answered any questions we had. There was an event on which a notice was put on the check in desk to make you aware due to noise. We were on the 4th floor and event on the 1st and the noise was not at all impacting on our stay or sleep. The room was lovely! with beautiful views. There were White Company products in the shower fixed to the wall which was a nice touch as the products are really nice. The location is perfect for shopping and the theatre. I can highly recommend and would be the place I would stay when visting Milton Keynes again.

Perfect!...ly acceptable. The room was spacious enough for yoga, bedroom facilities all present, no glaring omissions, no fancy extras. Would definitely stay again, would definitely not rave about it to anyone.

We were on a Coach Holiday with Crossways Travel and stayed at this hotel. It is the only Custom Built Hotel I have stayed in that does not have front door access for a coach. The staff were wonderful and very helpful ,the rooms were comfortable but our room faced the Atrium over the bars and even with the A/C going,a portable A/C machine and a portable fan ,it was still difficult to get the temperature of the room to a comfortable level for sleeping. Our travel package was to include evening meals but were very disappointing with Chicken Curry for two nights and Fish and Chips for the third ! There must have been a few children in MK who are missing their Goldfish ,judging by the size of the fish! Little confusion in the bar over the difference between Zero Gordons Gin and Full strength ,so maybe a little training is required?

Located close to London, just M40, so easy place to stay. Room was good size, little rough around the edges, chipped paint, dirty walls and not as clean as it could of been. Breakfast was very disorganised, as buffet style and no sense of layout and people coming from everywhere, instead of a natural flow.

We have stayed here before and enjoyed it both times. Staff very accommodating, facilities great and bar was lovely with live music.

What a decent hotel in MK. All the staffs are helpful and nice. Good location, 15mins walk from Hotel to the MK Central Station. The room is in good size. The room is clean. The bathroom is clean. The room is quiet. The breakfast is good and free, it is value added. There are some restaurants around the hotel and 3mins walk to Sainsbury's for food and drinks. Overall, this is a recommended hotel for businessman and couples, even sole traveller.

Great for a relaxing night away. Lovely modern hotel, great rooms and service. Spa is a little basic but it was fine for what we needed for our one night away! Very close to Marlow town centre which is great to explore!

After wanting to tick this off our bucket list for some time and recently losing our beautiful bulldog, my partner decided to treat us and book a Saturday night stay here. I wish he booked the travel lodge! Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly and told we had one of their best rooms as it was so large.... best room?!?!? For who?!?! The room was dated, had a musty smell (I'm assuming the wooden beams), and generally felt ”grubby”. The mirrored furniture had chips in it and on the edges of the tables, the rubber safety guards had dirt ground under it. The £25 rose petals were plastic and frayed, and the £65 champagne was awful. We went down to the bar for some very overpriced cocktails and decided not to risk dinner as, so far, this wasn't ticking the boxes. The bar service was slow, I wouldn't say it was busy either, a nice flow of guests and customers. We could order some nibbles from the chill area but nothing from the main menu. There was a DJ who played house and D&B if you like that. The main bar had a varied mix of people of all ages. The toilets just left us both confused by all the mirrors. We used the one in our room... back up the dark staircase. We returned to the room at the end of the evening for a relaxing soak, which was nice in the large copper bath. We felt so uneasy in the room we was awake by 7.30 and in for breakfast. The food for breakfast was ok. The orange juice was warm, they only had ketchup available for sauce. We settled our bill and left. I actually couldn't wait to get home and get showered. Overall I can only describe the evening as disappointing and very expensive!

The hotel's renovation proceeds well, with the vast majority of the building looking very smart with excellent facilities. I had to point out to the hotel, as is the case in many hotels globally, that changes in facilities and policies leave all textual information (eg. the online guide, menus, notices etc) out of date. I read the small print and asked for everything it promised but was not present. I asked for the missing sofa bed, safe, bathrobes, chocolates etc. The staff work tirelessly but are short handed for the task. While I was there new staff were being hired so all these matters are being addressed. I am indebted to duty manger Raj KC who went above and beyond in helping me cope with my problems, as an elderly man with fading eyesight and hearing, and medical challenges typical of my age group in Britain, in sending a 30 kilogram item I bought to the North West. I very much appreciated his advice and assistance and wish him all the best in his future career.

Managers very accommodating ,kind , domestic staff very friendly ,room spacious ,bed very comfy .free parking ,will return. Restaurant food good ,staff very helpful. No frill's ,a comfortable place close to centre. Thank you Mark and Kirsty

房間麻雀雖小 五臟俱全，英國的酒店也是最大化的利用空間，房間麪積很小、很緊湊，乾淨、衛生，房間細節人性化，如限位設計的窗子開關拉手；床品質量可以英式早餐簡潔，有蔬菜🥬、水果、培根，咖啡機咖啡種類多、有熱牛奶選項；前台熱情服務；前台需登記車號；停車方便；院子寬敞、綠植圍欄、秋色。我們倫敦希思羅機場租車夜幕下開往酒店、第一次右舵車、道路自駕英國，車、路都陌生，在酒店附近的路上轉了好多圈，最後附近加油站⛽️問路、一來加油女士自告奮勇駕車引領我們才找到酒店入口。酒店外形並無攜程顯示的holiday inn的綠色配色，夜晚並無霓虹燈，酒店層數不多，公路上很難發現。

Lovely hotel and lovely location with shop close by and a lovely little pub tehrr too for people to enjoy its easy to find and very close to the station and the new build is very nice just wish rooms were cooler
