Hotel Dengan Bar di Oxfordshire, United Kingdom

It was a short trip to Oxford and we booked one night stay at this hotel. Location was very good as its only short bus ride away from Oxford town centre. The room was clean and spacious for the three of us. Would totally recommend it to others.

Ini adalah satu-satunya hotel dalam jadual perjalanan yang termasuk sarapan pagi, dengan pelbagai jenis, memudahkan semua orang untuk makan dan pergi membeli-belah. Kami memesan beberapa makanan Barat di hotel untuk makan malam, dan kanak-kanak sangat menikmatinya!

Rakan saya sedang mengepam kerana dia tidak membawa bayinya dan mereka menyimpan blok penyejuk beku yang dia perlukan untuk memastikan susu sejuk di dalam peti sejuk mereka semalaman sementara dia menggunakan peti sejuk di dalam bilik untuk memastikan ia kekal segar. Mereka memberikan kami gelas wain untuk wain yang kami bawa bersama kami dan juga membenarkan kami menggunakan corkscrew mereka apabila kami menyedari kami telah membeli sebotol dengan gabus. Semua orang sangat cantik dan saya pasti akan tinggal lagi. Lokasinya bagus kerana anda boleh mengejar taman dan menaiki bas dari berdekatan untuk masuk ke pusat Oxford. (£2 untuk satu, £3 untuk pulangan) pasti akan menginap lagi!

酒店位置不錯，距離神學院公交四站，走路大約20分鐘。 房間也挺大，這個房型床很大，感覺有2米了。四口入住，房間介紹有兩張沙發床，沒看到，圖片顯示上下樓，實際是平層，不過面積夠大，酒店給加了兩張小床。 取暖不錯，房間温度舒適，窗外是農場，非常田園的感覺。 早餐中規中矩。 美中不足，前台臉很臭，也沒有人搬行李，後來去房間路上遇到一個工作人員看我拖箱子還拎了四個包很吃力，主動把我送去房間，非常感謝！ 酒店衞生不錯，浴缸和水壺都很乾凈，床褥收拾的也非常乾淨。 總體很滿意。

I really like travelodge, would come here over and over again. Clean Lilly white towels. My room was warm enough and not too cold. They had turned on the heater before I've arrived. Customer service was great too. Only wish they had a fridge and microwave in the room, besides that everything is perfect.

The hotel is great. Very responsive. Some tourists were smoking and drinking in their room with room door opened, the whole corridor became smoky and smelly, as soon as we called, we were given a different room on different floor.

The location is good and easy to find. The bed is so comfy.The lightings were great. Would consider staying here again.

Really nice, clean, traditional yet modern hotel. Staff are all polite and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, best one I Have had in a long time.

Rakan saya sedang mengepam kerana dia tidak membawa bayinya dan mereka menyimpan blok penyejuk beku yang dia perlukan untuk memastikan susu sejuk di dalam peti sejuk mereka semalaman sementara dia menggunakan peti sejuk di dalam bilik untuk memastikan ia kekal segar. Unique food, impeccable service! I attended a large dinner in the ballroom. The chandeliers and lighting in the room created a beautiful atmosphere. The servers were kind and attentive. Main course was a unique aubergine dish - something out of the ordinary - and it was wonderfully prepared. I’ve eaten at The Alice for dinner as well as tea, and now I know that banquets are as delicious as the restaurant.

Room #904. Parking was provided (limited availability, but no problem if you check in early). Nice room, but noisy bunch of young people partying below us that evening and night, but I appreciate that can't be helped while the May VIII's are racing on the river (Bumps). We had some friends join us for supper in ”Keepers' restaurant and bar and were repeatedly hurried by the waitress to get our order in before 8:40pm ”because 9pm is when the chef goes home”. Well it didn't need a 'chef' truly, but the food was acceptable and reasonably priced at £120 for 4 including drinks. No chance of pud though, unless you had ordered it before the watershed. We had bought our own birthday cake, so we had that instead. I can't think of any other European countries where this would happen... We asked if we could leave our car in situ for a few hours after we checked out the following morning and we were accommodated with grace, which was very kind. A well-situated establishment, we paid £150 for the night for a double room in the new block.

Abit far from the city. Good if you have a car. Nothing much to do nearby. But clean and new hotel. Breakfast was good too. Loved the bathroom amenities

The burger and chunky chips in the pub is amazing . A nice place to spend a night for relax

酒店位於鄉村，適合有車族，外形有特色，三人間為套房，有四張床，房間麪積大，住宿安靜，服務熱情，早餐典型的英國味，很好，酒店性價比高，總體滿意。

We stayed with friends for two nights. We ate dinner at The Hotel the first night. This review has to take into account how good the price was that we paid. The room was old like, the core building, but it was not noisy as some have written. The loo shuddered as it refilled. But the bed was comfortable and it was warm. There are lots of positives to balance the old room. Breakfast was very good in terms of choices and very good value. The parking is plentiful and secure. The staff were hardworking and helpful. Deddington is itself nice and it’s a good place to explore from. Overall a 4* very good score because it was half the price of the last hotel we used in remote West Wales to meet with the same friends. I do not know what those scoring it lower paid but the price we paid was very competitive for what we received.

房間挺好的，浴室很大，設施很齊全，就是在路邊有點吵，晚上附近沒什麼東西，衹是過夜就沒什麼大問題的。早餐豐富，但是我們付的房間衹帶一份早餐，另一位要15磅就有點貴。服務就還行，離牛津中心有點路。晚上蠻多人來這裏吃飯的。

we ( family of three) stayed at the Lion end of April for the bank holiday weekend , and we enjoyed every minute of it. the room was clean and cosy , staff were great , and the food was really good. we specially enjoyed dinner. I must confess , I had my doubts booking the place , as I have never stayed in pubs who have accommodation. but reading the reviews , I came to conclusion that this place is really more towards higher spec and boutique rooms. I am so glad we stayed there and definitely recommend it if you are planning to stay in the area. we will definitely book this place again.

The room was small and cozy and the staff were very welcoming.

My 10 year old son and I love this hotel, as it’s a fabulous location just off the M40 on the way back from days out in London when we can’t face the whole journey in one go! The staff are fabulous and went above and beyond at Christmas 2022, facilitating my son’s elf to appear at breakfast-priceless!☺️ The rooms are huge and immaculate, the breakfast is tasty and plentiful and the pool, sauna and steam room are perfect before starting back in the journey home. We’ve been twice and shall return.

We stayed at the Great House to celebrate a wedding anniversary and overall the hotel didn't disappoint. Check in was easy and our room was ready earlier than expected which is always a bonus. Our room was beautifully decorated with lovely touches such as pots of sweets, free water and some lovely classic touches such as the old phone. We had a river view room which is a bit of a stretch as you have to see over some rooftop vents to see it but that cant be helped and was very nice. The room was absolutely spotless and the bathroom in particular is very high spec which you would expect in a boutique hotel like this. The bathroom was incredibly hot but not a problem at all and a fan had been provided if it was or if the main room became too hot. We were woken up by a fire alarm which went on for about 15 seconds at about 9am and certainly was a bit of a shock and incredibly loud (which is a good thing in an alarm!) but wasn't ideal. The staff didn't mention anything but an apology would have been nice but we didn't raise it so maybe they weren't aware of the problem. The only other problem which we did raise was the service in the Coppa Club which is where breakfast is served. We ate there twice during our stay and both times encountered issues with service. We wouldn't have returned but felt obliged as Breakfast was included. Considering how lovely the hotel is and the service provided is superb it is a shame it is slightly tarnished by the next door restaurant. Overall would definitely recommend staying here and certainly didn't see any of the parties that some people complain about. Hopefully will be back soon.

My partner and I had a lovely stay at The George. Lovely dinner - good range on the menu including lots of alcohol free drink options. The bed was really comfortable and it was a lovely cozy room with great amenities. Lovely location - Dorchester is beautiful! We loved the community farm just up the road with a lovely cafe and alpacas among others. Lovely countryside surrounding Dorchester and lovely cycle route to Oxford on the NCR5. Thanks George Hotel for a lovely stay!

Here for a work meeting for a few days. Beautiful golf course with stunning views. However it’s very dated and old. Carpets threadbare in places, badly finished paint jobs, tiling that makes your eyes go funny. One thing that was crazy in this day and age is there are no car chargers? The “chairman’s” parking space has an outdoor plug for his/her car but nothing else. A colleague used the socket for his fully electric car and was rang up by the hotel staff and TOLD TO MOVE IT! No fruit at breakfast as others have mentioned. Cigarette ash on the balcony when it clearly states by a notice in the room not to smoke out there. 3 coat hangers in wardrobe, ironing board broken, iron broken. In conference room only a 45-50” tv instead of projector which made it difficult for our whole team to see. Positives, comfortable big bed, quiet enough for a good nights sleep, shower pressure good and evening meal and lunch provided tasty.

Today is Bobby's birthday, so we decided to book a table for breakfast at the crown in Benson. katie served us, she was so lovely, polite , friendly and helpful. In our honest opinion , the breakfast was seriously the best cooked breakfast we have ever had! It was amazing! Lovely and hot, certainly not greasy, extremely tasty, full of flavour, superb quality produce. Best sausage ever! The mushroom was wow! Poached egg cooked to perfection, All the produce, was extremely high quality! Coffee was lovely also! What a wonderful start to Bobby's birthday. Thank you so very much. Jane a d Bobby Evans xx

早餐非常好，酒店自制的燕麥牛角包軟香糯，讚不絕口。住宿環境很安靜，很喜歡這一家！
