Beautiful environment and especially great vibe at the pool and restaurant area. In the evenings they play some music and it’s a lovely place to relax and enjoy if you don’t feel like going out. You can have a drink and they even have shisha if you like. The waitress Catherine at breakfast time was absolutely lovely! Warm and helpful and friendly, we really missed her when she wasn’t around on the weekend. The one thing I didn’t like about our stay was that some of the front desk staff seemed to have a bit of an attitude towards us because we had extended multiple times and chose to do so through trip as it’s cheaper than the USD rates that the hotel charges directly. They said that what we paid through trip was too little however, we didn’t make those rates so I found that a bit rude. The whole hotel operates on USD rates so for value added services like laundry or transportation it can be very overpriced.

Nice place to stay as usual with a clean swimming pool to relax. The breakfast buffet is amazing where you have a real variety of choice. Little concern was the fact that Trip room description doesn’t match with the hotel room description. Trip mentioned 1 queen bed and 2 single beds while the room was just 1 queen bed. Apparently they mentioned it to Trip many times as other clients had the same issue. I had to pay additional USD 50 to get a room with 2 beds.

I had a wonderful stay at Kempinski Hotel Gold Coast City, Accra, and would like to commend the team for their exceptional hospitality. Overall, the staff were extremely friendly, professional, and welcoming, creating a warm and pleasant experience from arrival to departure. I would like to extend special recognition to several team members who made a meaningful impact during my stay. Scott and David from the Front Desk stood out for their attentiveness and professionalism—David’s ability to remember my name and recall details of my meeting at the Executive Lounge demonstrated a high level of personal care. Otoo provided friendly and engaging conversation while assisting with our luggage, and Flo from the Asana Lounge was consistently warm, welcoming, and attentive. I would like to make a special mention of Scott, whose service truly exceeded expectations and made this trip especially memorable. As a hotelier with 12 years of experience, I can confidently say that Scott is one of the best Front Office Managers I have encountered. He went above and beyond to explain details clearly, assist both myself and my guests, and ensure every aspect of our stay was well taken care of. His dedication, professionalism, and genuine hospitality reflect the highest standards of the Kempinski brand. Overall, my stay at this hotel was excellent, and the service quality was outstanding. I will certainly be returning more often and would highly recommend Kempinski Hotel Accra to others seeking a premium and memorable hospitality experience.

CCrystal Phung1. The room is clean, the space is larger than described on the booking. The bathroom is very large and has a bathtub to relax. 2. The staff here are extremely good from the security guard to the room service friends! I feel very interested ^^ 3. The swimming pool and hotel grounds are spacious and airy. The surrounding area is on top of McCarthy Hills, so the scenery is very poetic and quiet, suitable for the holiday^^ The disadvantages are: 4. For example, a little far from the main road, you need to call Uber. 5. The hotel seems to have been open for a long time, all the equipment does not look very new. Still good to use but if you ask higher here it's not satisfactory. There is only one power outlet near the headboard😞 6. The hotel seems to be quite empty, I have been here for two days and have not met any guests but me. I'm alone a swimming pool is also a bit...bored🥺

The food was also impressive, with a variety of delicious options that catered to both local and international tastes. With a very jovial chef and warm smile creating you as you walk in. The hotel’s proximity to the airport made it incredibly convenient for my stay, yet it still felt like a retreat away from the city’s hustle. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, this hotel offers a perfect mix of comfort and style. I’d definitely stay here again!
