Hotel Dengan bar di Lampung, Indonesia

My families booked 3 junior suite rooms for 2 nights. The room are spacious and the room prices were reasonably cheap for junior suite type. We think the only drawback is that the parking lot is the same with the mall next to the hotel, so when you arrived in the afternoon/ evening, it might be hard to find spot. On top of that, the parking signage is a bit unclear. If you’re staying at the hotel, make sure to enter through the left gate with the barrier, and go straight down to the basement.

Kamar bagus dan bersih, tapi Kamar saya di asign di pojok dan tertutup oleh tembok jadi tidak bisa liat view nya, Feedback : lebih bagus di set up hairdryer supaya terlihat dan terasa lebih lengkap, fasilitas yg lengkap menunjukkan nilai sebuah property yg baik

It was the perfect time we spent in Grand Mercure lampung. Booked 5 rooms for families gathering. The room is very clean and comfy, and room temperature is easy to adjust My room is over looking to the ocean and hills In the morning, I can see local people jogging on car free days. If I know earlier, I would love to join All amenities are good products and work well. We also enjoyed the time by doing dancing and swimming on the poolside . It's amazing that they provide hot water for showers at the swimming pool. Breakfast was rich and tasted good with lots of my local snacks. All staff from the front desk, concierge, and room service are very friendly, I drove electric cars, and they allowed me to park at the lobby parking. I am so happy , because I drove so far from Jakarta and got tired and he allowed me to park near the lobby that's a lot. Thank you for understanding. selalu jdi langganan tiap kali kelampung pasti nginep nya disni.. slalu ambil kamar eksekutif view kolam renang .. krna biar anak” deket klo ke kolam renang.. dan bisa di pantau dari kamar.. tp kemarin agak kecewa sedkit.. dapet kamar yg agak kotor.. dan ada kerak” kuning di lantai samping tempat tidur.. jdi agak kurang nyaman pas mau tidur.. kayak nya bagian yg bersih” kamar hrs di tatar lagi kerja nya.. biar maksimal.. klo yg lain.. lumayanlah.. tq 🤗💜

Lumayan nyaman, dengan harga segitu sesuailah. Kamar mandi dan ruangan nya bersih. Tapi alangkah lebih baiknya kebersihan sprei dan sarung bantal nya diperhatikan kembali, diganti yg bersih gitu sprei nya sebelum tamu baru menginap dikamar yg telah ditentukan. Recommended.. Terimakasih 🙏🏻

Everything was great.. one thing to consider is about the gym facilities which quite old already.. but it is okay though..

Hotel bersih, bagus, strategis, cuman kurang fasilitas kolam renang saja n gym nya dilengkapin lg, pasti tambah the best nii hotel klo ditmbah kolam renang dan alat gym nya dilengkapi lg

The hotel is actually good . We stay on a premier room , and is very spacious . The facilities and sevicies , the staff are well trained, polite and helpful . The swimming pool is also good .
