Hotel Dengan Bar di Lampung, Indonesia

My families booked 3 junior suite rooms for 2 nights. The room are spacious and the room prices were reasonably cheap for junior suite type. We think the only drawback is that the parking lot is the same with the mall next to the hotel, so when you arrived in the afternoon/ evening, it might be hard to find spot. On top of that, the parking signage is a bit unclear. If you’re staying at the hotel, make sure to enter through the left gate with the barrier, and go straight down to the basement.

Very noise in the night the room u stayed, had neighbor watching TV loud at 2am and called receptionist no one picked up, so i had to go over to the neighbors room to ask them lower down their tv noise!

Good hotel, huge parking lot. Clean bedroom. Close to mini market.

We had a wonderful experience at the Novotel Lampung. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!

Everything was great.. one thing to consider is about the gym facilities which quite old already.. but it is okay though..

Lumayan nyaman, dengan harga segitu sesuailah. Kamar mandi dan ruangan nya bersih. Tapi alangkah lebih baiknya kebersihan sprei dan sarung bantal nya diperhatikan kembali, diganti yg bersih gitu sprei nya sebelum tamu baru menginap dikamar yg telah ditentukan. Recommended.. Terimakasih 🙏🏻

Kamar yang saya tempati sangat bersih, nyaman, dan dilengkapi dengan fasilitas modern. Kasurnya sangat nyaman dan bantalnya memberikan tidur malam yang nyenyak. Saya juga sangat menghargai perhatian terhadap detail, seperti perlengkapan mandi berkualitas tinggi dan minibar yang lengkap.

The hotel is actually good . We stay on a premier room , and is very spacious . The facilities and sevicies , the staff are well trained, polite and helpful . The swimming pool is also good .
