Отель не клиентоориентирован. С нами отказались говорить на русском русскоговорящий персонал , так в глаза и сказал один молодой человек « я не говорю по русски».
В первый же день не смогли получить пляжные полотенца, их не было! Как так!
На завтраках было ощущение, что персонал либо не справляется, либо не хочет этого делать. Столы не сервированы, элементарно не было салфеток, соли. Не хватало стаканов для воды и сока и чистых приборов. При этом персонала было много. Но они не справлялись. Не уютно, не чисто, и не старательно для гостей.
Номера чистые, но в них нет ни телефона, ни меню ресторана для заказа еды.
Все как- то непродуманно. Сделали красивые номера , но на гостей плевать.
Пляж считается приватным, но рядом поле, приезжают на машинах, останавливаются купаться и свободно могут посетить это так называемый « приватный пляж».
Расположение вдали от инфраструктуры. Рядом стройка( приостановлена, словно продают соседние здания)
Территория не уютная.

The room was ok, clean and close to centre. But the pictures of room through the app didn't match the reality. This wasn't the same room. The wifi password that we are told, it wasn't the right one. Also in order to use the elevator key, you need to pay. Its not unlimited. And these info its not in the site neither the reception inform us from the beginning.

Отель тяжело найти, мы поняли только просмотра фото на гугл мэп, где главный вход. Номер был просторный и чистый, кровать была очень удобной. Вид из окна тоже был хорошим. В целом пребывание понравилось.

Отель располагается в 40-50мин ходьбы до достопримечательностей. Номера чистые, светлые, просторные. Уборка, смена полотенец, каждый день! Завтраки довольно разноообразные, на свой вкус однозначно подберете. Есть фитнес зона, сауна финская, бассейн, мини детский лягушатник. Минус бассейн плоховато очищают, по углам на дне виден мусор, немного но он есть. Хаммам работает номинально, нагнетение пара нет, просто как в теплую комнату зашел.
Соотношение цены-качество.

Prachtige suite op een fantastische locatie. De service is echter slecht. Bij inchecken werd ons beloofd dat we op dezelfde kamer mochten blijven ivm nog een andere reservering. Die belofte werd de volgende dag echter niet nagekomen. Een passende oplossing werd eveneens niet geboden. We konden annuleren terwijl we dan alle kosten moesten betalen. Bovendien wordt op de site van Trip beweert dat een binnen zwembad is inbegrepen en dat is niet het geval. Tegen een flinke toeslag van 80 GEL per dag mag je gebruik maken van het zwembad. De volgende keer boek ik een ander hotel

В целом нормальный отель, хорошее место расположение. Из минусов:
- при бронировании указано, что парковка бесплатная, но она платная
- рядом идет стройка, утром вы проснетесь со строителями 😁
- завтрак в соседнем отеле и очень посредственный, даже скажу не вкусный
- при заезде, много времени потратили на поиск оплаты в системе отеля
- утром было отключение воды вообще

Excellent location, everything is within walking distance. There are many good cafes and restaurants close by. We had a twin-bed room on the 7th floor with a beautiful view of the Square and the Black Sea in the background.
The staff at the reception are all very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay at Monarch Hotel!

Отдых очень понравился. Правда при заезде были трудности с заселением, потому что мы не получили инструкцию по заселению. Заранее необходимо обязательно связаться с объектом и тогда будет все отлично.
Местоположение очень удобное, виды потрясающие! Кондиционер работает на тепло, номер быстро прогрелся, прохладная погода нам не мешала. В номере есть все необходимое. Учитывая что это апартаменты, уборка не предусмотрена. Вынос мусорка тоже самостоятельно. Рядом с домом много контейнеров, все удобно.
Каждое утро в 9-00 доставляли в номер завтрак. Разный каждый день. Салат из свежих овощей вместе с омлетом, или сосисками, или гречка, или вареные яйца. Пакетик чая и кофе.
Спасибо хозяевам, все понравилось.👍

BBuerderenLocated in the new district of Batumi, it's close to the airport but a few kilometers from the old town. However, Batumi's traffic is extremely congested; it took us over an hour to travel just a few kilometers in the afternoon. The city's management is truly terrible.
The room was small but fairly clean. It's very close to the beach. Because our flight was in the morning, we hadn't had breakfast, and there was a 50 baht deposit required to borrow an umbrella.

SsmithHotel location is good, very close to Batumi's European Square and the seaside trail. The service attitude of the hotel was very bad. I returned to the hotel at 9 o'clock on the night of the stay. The door lock of the room could not be opened. There was a staff member in the whole hotel. I couldn't open it with the hotel card. I said that there were no technicians now and offered to open another room for us. Solve it tomorrow morning. Because we will return to Tbilisi the next morning, the time arrangement is tight, and all the luggage is in the room, and there is no peace of mind to change the room, so I insist on asking the hotel to find a way to open the door, but the hotel has been shirking. After dragging for 2 or 3 hours, through the coordination of Trip.com , the manager came to the scene. At first, he did not solve the problem in the attitude of solving the problem. He said that the door was originally good, but why it would not open now. It was not until 2 am that the door was opened and the room was changed for us. During the whole process, we stayed outdoors for 5 hours. If the hotel handles it early, it can solve the problem in up to half an hour. Here I would like to thank Trip.com , the overseas hotel department customer service staff of Trip.com have called the hotel many times during the handling of the matter and given us a lot of help.

EELENAWe really enjoyed our stay. True, there were some difficulties with check-in upon arrival, because we did not receive check-in instructions. It is imperative to contact the property in advance and then everything will be fine.
The location is very convenient, the views are stunning! The air conditioner works for heat, the room quickly warmed up, the cool weather did not bother us. The room has everything you need. Considering that these are apartments, cleaning is not provided. You also take out the trash yourself. There are many containers near the house, everything is convenient.
Every morning at 9-00 breakfast was delivered to the room. Different every day. Salad of fresh vegetables with an omelet, or sausages, or buckwheat, or boiled eggs. A bag of tea and coffee.
Thanks to the hosts, we liked everything.👍

ККатерина24The hotel is located 40-50 minutes walk from the sights. The rooms are clean, bright, spacious. Cleaning, change of towels, every day! Breakfasts are quite varied, you will definitely find something to suit your taste. There is a fitness area, Finnish sauna, swimming pool, mini children's paddling pool. Minus the pool is poorly cleaned, in the corners at the bottom you can see garbage, a little, but it is there. The hammam works nominally, there is no steam injection, it's just like entering a warm room.

The SPA and pool are terrible (I took the hotel only because of the SPA) VERY DISAPPOINTED!!
The pool is small and the water is cold, stuffy and unpleasant!!!
When we checked in, there were no towels, and when we asked they said only an hour later🤔
There were three of us and they brought everything for two!!! (towels, water, shampoo, slippers, etc.)
In general, the impression was not pleasant, for that kind of money you could have rented something more decent... I will never recommend it to my friends!!!

AA MajdI was extremely pleased with my choice of residence in Batumi. The location is excellent and you are never more 100 meters from banks restaurants entertainment centres Sea Etc.
The staff at Bellevue are simply excellent and in case you need any help you get the full cooperation . The facilities at the residence are of a superior nature and you have everything that you need and everything is of quality brand.
I can not wait to go back.
