Facilities are perfect but a bit far away for viewing points. There was a strange smell in the room when I first check in. And there are clothes left by pervious resident in the washing machine.

The girls at the front desk are very professional and help with the problems. The hotel's hardware is very good, breakfast is also rich, for the tour, the location of this hotel is unparalleled. great

The staff were so friendly, Enjoyed the sport style of the rooms, loved the eco friendly system especially about water. Rooms was very clean and they helped us check-in faster due to our early arrival. One of our best experiences in Batumi.

Beautiful suite in a fantastic location. However, the service is poor. At check-in, we were promised we could stay in the same room due to another reservation. However, that promise wasn't kept the next day. No suitable solution was offered either. We were allowed to cancel, but then had to pay all the costs. Moreover, Trip's website claims an indoor pool is included, which isn't the case. You can use the pool for a hefty 80 GEL per day fee. Next time, I'll book a different hotel.

Old, shabby hotel. For that kind of money, I think everything should be perfect. Baseboards taped to the floor in the hallway, minimal accessories in the bathroom, poor coffee set - they could have put a coffee machine in the rooms, for example, margarine instead of butter at breakfast! (how is that even possible), the outdoor pool is 100 meters from the hotel, and the indoor one was not working. Disappointed

The hotel is located 40-50 minutes walk from the sights. The rooms are clean, bright, spacious. Cleaning, change of towels, every day! Breakfasts are quite varied, you will definitely find something to suit your taste. There is a fitness area, Finnish sauna, swimming pool, mini children's paddling pool. Minus the pool is poorly cleaned, in the corners at the bottom you can see garbage, a little, but it is there. The hammam works nominally, there is no steam injection, it's just like entering a warm room. Price-quality ratio.

We were settled in apartments with sea view, on the 22nd floor. As mentioned earlier, the staff speaks Russian, the guys are very hard and always going to meet, we even offered to help with the purchase of tickets to the ZD to Tbilisi! On the floor sometimes mosquitoes fly, bear in mind. In su a towel dryer with heating, it is convenient. On the balcony there were 2 chairs, sometimes there you can sit, drink wine. To the old city (lift) on foot exactly an hour, walked on the embankment every day, very large and beautiful! There are many exchangers, shopping, fresh bread, shops, etc. We are happy with our choice, recommend.

I do not recommend this hotel! The location of the hotel is good. There is no service at all, they don't even say hello at the reception. The room was spacious, but the door to the balcony did not close, we had to call a technician who fixed it, as a result we could not open the window for ventilation. They could not provide us with another room. The breakfast deserves special attention! All the dishes were cold. The churchkhela was moldy!!! For this kind of money you can find a much better hotel!
