EEasongedexingfushenghuoHad a fantastic stay! As a Platinum member, I received a complimentary suite upgrade, and they even helped me with my luggage. The hotel's decor is very modern, and the room was quiet and spotless. Extremely satisfied!

BBuerderenLocated in the new district of Batumi, it's close to the airport but a few kilometers from the old town. However, Batumi's traffic is extremely congested; it took us over an hour to travel just a few kilometers in the afternoon. The city's management is truly terrible.
The room was small but fairly clean. It's very close to the beach. Because our flight was in the morning, we hadn't had breakfast, and there was a 50 baht deposit required to borrow an umbrella.

- when booking it was stated that parking is free, but it is paid
- there is a construction site nearby, in the morning you will wake up with the builders 😁
- breakfast in a neighboring hotel and very mediocre, I would even say not tasty
- upon arrival, we spent a lot of time searching for payment in the hotel system
- in the morning there was a water outage altogether

GGuest UserWe found staff was very accommodating but unfortunately there was one waitress at sky bar who does not mind set to serve to anyone! Can’t report due to language barrier !! But rest was amazing.

GGuest UserThe place is good and well-organized, with everything you need like a washing machine, iron, and a small kitchen. It's clean, but not the best. The location is excellent, close to restaurants, cafes, and tourist areas within walking distance.
The only issue I had was that after the apartment was cleaned, my pajamas went missing. I asked at the reception, and they said the cleaning staff wasn't there. Since check-out was early in the morning, I gave them my number to contact me if they found them. Honestly, this whole thing made me uneasy; if pajamas can be stolen, what about other belongings? I was a bit stressed and insisted on following up to see if there would be any action, but unfortunately, they didn't care at all and didn't take the matter seriously.
If you book here, make sure to keep an eye on your belongings and don't let anyone in to clean.

The rooms are relatively large and clean, the breakfast is normal, but monotonous, nothing has changed for 3 days, and cappuccino coffee is available for an additional fee...
The SPA and pool are terrible (I took the hotel only because of the SPA) VERY DISAPPOINTED!!
The pool is small and the water is cold, stuffy and unpleasant!!!
When we checked in, there were no towels, and when we asked they said only an hour later🤔
There were three of us and they brought everything for two!!! (towels, water, shampoo, slippers, etc.)
In general, the impression was not pleasant, for that kind of money you could have rented something more decent... I will never recommend it to my friends!!!

GGuest User酒店就在海邊，酒店有停車場，環境非常好，駕車到酒店辦入住趕上下小雨，酒店服務生幫助從車上搬行李送入房間，整體服務還是不錯的，酒店游泳池也很好,在房間裏望向海邊看到摩天輪還有美景，非常美，早餐豐富，酒店整體設備已經陳舊了。

AA MajdI was extremely pleased with my choice of residence in Batumi. The location is excellent and you are never more 100 meters from banks restaurants entertainment centres Sea Etc.
The staff at Bellevue are simply excellent and in case you need any help you get the full cooperation . The facilities at the residence are of a superior nature and you have everything that you need and everything is of quality brand.
I can not wait to go back.
