The rules for check-in is too much.. we must wait the queue around 40 mnts and the room still not available at 14:59 The location is hidden~ behind of another building The room is good The employees’s service 10/10 Location 6/10

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Arista Palembang—clean rooms, plenty of breakfast choices and a strategic location in the heart of the city. Will surely come back next time! 😊

Nice hotel, surrounded with restos, beside mall and Diamond Supermarket.

Hotel room entrance had a bad smell (i.e. body odour) which though being treated still not solving the issue. Another things related to ammenities: in one of the day, they do not supply the cotton buds. No shaving kits all the time. In one of the day during my stay, they do not supply enough bottle water which supposed to be 2 bottles per day but at that day they just give one considering there was one bottle left from the other day. Hotel lobby is excellent

Strength : reasonable price, delicious breakfast, room service also great, kindness, near from downtown or airport Weakness : can be noisy because of other guests and music, a little messy(but bearable)

The receptionist is professional by providing facilities information. The room is far from the escalator. I need to arrive my room with 4 turns….(Maybe my room type is located there.) The room is spacious. Some stains are spotted on the linens including bed sheet cover and duvet cover. As I just stay for one night, this won’t be a big issue to me. The pillow are too high to sleep and I use a towel instead.

Overall, the facilities were good. However, the spa facilities were not good, and the spa operating hours were different from the advertisement. I only ran it for a while in the afternoon

A good and strategic hotel that provides rooms with 3 beds. Around the hotel area there are several delicious restaurants, one of which is Hainan Chicken. walking a little from the hotel there is an MRT station and in front of the hotel there is a bus stop. The Bugis area can also be reached by walking around 20 minutes from the hotel.

The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but I chose it because it’s conveniently located near my workplace. I was really impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, and service. Everything was excellent. The amenities were complete, the staff were attentive, and the overall experience truly felt like a genuine five-star stay. However, I was a bit surprised to learn that a deposit of Rp500,000 per room was required upon check-in, as this information was not mentioned on Trip.com. It would be helpful if this detail were clearly stated in advance for guests’ convenience. Even though it’s not right in the heart of the city, transportation is easy since online taxis are readily available. Getting to the city center or exploring nearby attractions was no problem at all. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. Definitely a hotel I’d consider returning to.
