This hotel boasts a convenient location in the heart of Jiangmen, complete with its own underground parking. It's also right near Wanda Plaza and Huiyue City, making shopping incredibly easy. The hotel facilities and equipment are all very new, and both the front desk and room staff are exceptionally friendly. Plus, there's an executive lounge on the 21st floor offering great views of Jiangmen city. I was very satisfied with this stay and would definitely choose this hotel again next time.

The hotel is huge with excellent design, boasting a futuristic exterior and luxurious interiors. The elevators are very fast. The package deal with unlimited park access is incredibly good value. The lobby is grand, beautifully designed and decorated, creating a pleasant atmosphere that is warm and comfortable overall, and the staff are friendly. The concierge service for luggage storage was good, and they even offer free express mail services. Overall, I was very happy. The resort's security is very strict and effective, which is great! I felt very safe and comfortable during my stay. The spaceship-themed hotel is conveniently located, within walking distance to the park, offering fantastic value for money. The hotel is generally good, with a large, well-lit lobby. The rooms are clean and tidy, cozy and comfortable overall, and the bed is very comfortable. The room decor is both warm and childlike. The dining options are varied and exquisite; the Cantonese dishes at筷食荟 (Kuai Shi Hui) are authentic, and the buffet restaurant has a wide selection and good value. Hotel facilities are complete, with EV charging stations, making it convenient for self-driving. The shuttle bus to and from the park saves time. The infinity pool is high up, offering amazing views – swimming there is a superb experience. Toiletries are comprehensive. The hotel's location is also excellent, very close to all the Chimelong parks, and they provide free shuttle buses to and from the parks, which is great! Highly recommended! The resort has plenty of parking spaces. The hotel's exterior design is unique, and the interior lobby is full of ocean-themed elements. The concierge staff also provided good service; they allowed us to store our luggage for free until our departure. The room hygiene was well maintained, and the bedding was comfortable, soft, clean, and tidy, complete with miniature toiletries for children. Regarding dining, the dinner at the Sailor's Buffet Restaurant was delicious, with a rich variety of both Chinese and Western cuisine. A wonderful stay experience!

The hotel's location is super convenient, making transportation a breeze. It's close to Paifang Street and Kaiyuan Temple, plus there are tons of great food options nearby. The room was clean and tidy, and they have all the amenities, including free laundry and dryer facilities.

This was my first stay at Sofitel Foshan, and it truly exceeded my expectations! Nicole at the lobby provided incredibly thoughtful and patient service, guiding me through everything, which was so heartwarming. The room was spacious and clean, with excellent amenities – it was especially comfortable to return to after a long day of furniture shopping. The hotel's location is super convenient, right above the Louvre International Furniture Exhibition Center, making furniture shopping a breeze. The food was delicious, and all the staff were very enthusiastic. This hotel offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose it again on my next visit to Foshan!

Lucky me, I stumbled upon this gem! The room was spacious, the views were great, and it even had a smart toilet (the more expensive room I booked actually had a regular one). The hotel is located on one side of the Han River, with Chaozhou Ancient City on the other. From the hotel, you can easily walk to Han Wengong Temple and Guangji Bridge. After visiting Guangji Bridge (which requires a ticket), you can cross it to reach Chaozhou Ancient City on the opposite bank. I was really pleased with the breakfast, which offered a good variety of local specialties.

The environment and kids' facilities are great! The staff are very polite, and there were even some small activities during Chinese New Year that the kids really enjoyed. On the second night, we were upgraded to a twin-bed room with a hot tub in area B, and the view from the balcony was beautiful. Xinghu Lake is right behind the hotel, and it's a short walk to Qianyan Village where there are many restaurants and small bars. Dining and having coffee by the lake is very relaxing! Even though there was a small incident, the hotel staff were quick to help resolve it. The service was excellent and very thoughtful!

Even during the Chinese New Year, the overall service standard at the Four Seasons in Guangzhou remained consistently high. Its location is absolutely prime, being one of the 'Big Three' hotels. Right downstairs, you'll find multiple shopping malls and parks, and several Michelin and Black Pearl restaurants are within walking distance. The housekeeping service was incredibly meticulous; the handwritten notes left daily were a thoughtful and heartwarming touch. However, the front desk service was quite disappointing. On my first day, since I was staying for three consecutive nights and hadn't booked the basic room category, I casually asked if a room upgrade was possible. During Chinese New Year, it's totally understandable if an upgrade isn't available. But the front desk staff immediately, without even checking availability, said no. I could clearly see online that all room types had vacancies that day, which suggests it was purely an attitude problem. On my third day, I extended my stay for the original room online and then went to the front desk to re-activate my key card. To my surprise, the front desk told me to come back and change the key card when I checked out tomorrow. This kind of inflexibility was quite baffling. It's worth noting that on both occasions I went to the front desk, there were four staff members and I was the only guest, so there was no issue of them being busy or overwhelmed. Overall, the Four Seasons is still the Four Seasons, but the service gap between the front desk and housekeeping departments was surprisingly vast.

“The best hotel in Zhanjiang” My room is sea view suite 1316 with club accessed pass where you can enjoy free dinner and drink 18.00-20.00 and I stayed here for 5 days for work. The location is great just next to the beach and there is shopping mall where you can find something to eat and it takes only 7 mins by walk. The room is very spacious and provide everything you need during your stay, fridge, big bathtub with sea view, robes, comb, dryer, salt bath, mouthwash, etc Breakfast is also a competitive advantage as it offers a variety of choice (most of them are Chinese food) since early morning until 10.30. Staff is very helpful and the front desk can speak English. The lobby is always crowded and busy because there’s seminar / wedding event hosted here almost everyday. Facilities of the hotel are great especially gyms and children’s room. The only negative side is cleanliness. My shower room still got some hairfall on the ground after cleaning but the overall is ok. I would recommend this hotel and will visit them again.

The room was quiet and clean, the ambiance was elegant, and the lobby fragrance was very pleasant. The room layout was excellent, the toiletries were high-quality, and the service was thoughtful – it was a fantastic stay! The room was spacious and bright, with great soundproofing, so I slept incredibly well. The location is convenient for transportation, and the staff were always on hand. This hotel offers excellent value for money! I highly recommend it to all my friends! Plus, the breakfast had a wide variety and was absolutely delicious.

I stayed for four nights, and what impressed me most was the service. The front desk and duty managers were all very patient. Hebe, the Housekeeping Manager, was professional, reassuring, and effective in helping guests resolve issues – truly excellent at her job! Anson from Concierge patiently followed up on my car booking from before check-in all the way until check-out. Everything was arranged perfectly! A big thank you to everyone I met at the hotel! The hotel offers a complete range of dining options, from a buffet to dim sum, Western, and Chinese cuisine, so there's no need to worry about not finding good food during holidays or festivals. There was even a lion dance on the first day of the ***** New Year, which was great! The hotel's location is also excellent: it's at the start of Lover's Road, making it very convenient for trips to Macau and Hong Kong. It's also super close to the popular restaurant 'Jin Yue Xuan'.
