Hotel Dengan Pools di Guangdong, China

We arrived at the hotel before 1300 and the room was not ready. The lady at the counter then offered us a free upgrade and free access to the executive lounge for happy hours. Amazing. The room is a standard hotel room with a king sized bed. The TV only has 10 local channels and none of them is English channel. The bathroom is a big plus and it comes with all basic items (comb, brush, shaver, etc). It has a shower area and a bathtub area. Quite spacious for this kind of standard hotel room. We were at 19/F and the view was also great! Highly recommended!

Pengalaman menginap di Hotel Starship adalah baik, dan kanak-kanak menyukainya. Ia mempunyai ruang istirahat VIP, taman permainan kanak-kanak, dan kafetaria kelasi -dalam adalah cekap dan penuh perhatian. Kanak-kanak Bekalan adalah mencukupi dan mempunyai persekitaran yang indah dan perkhidmatannya berada di tempatnya. Persekitarannya sangat bagus. Ia hanya 1 minit dari kapal angkasa dan boleh dilalui terus , infrastruktur dan pengangkutan di sekitarnya sangat lengkap dan mudah, kedai cenderahati boleh mendapat diskaun hebat dengan kad bilik, restoran bufet rasanya sangat enak, bufet sarapan pagi yang kaya dengan pelbagai, nisbah harga/prestasi juga bagus, sangat sesuai untuk ibu bapa dan anak-anak menginap di Hotel!

We have a 2 night awesome stay. Weather is lovely. The room is big and clean. Hotel location is at the fringe of 牌坊步行街，hence we can easily alight with our luggage in front of the hotel. Very convenience location to shop, dine and visit the place of interest. The hotel also provide free laundry service with 3 sets of washing machines and 3 sets of dryers. 👍👍👍👍👍

We had a wonderful stay at Sofitel Foshan Shunde. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with elegant interiors and a very comfortable room that made it easy to relax after a long day out. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service. A special mention to Asad from the customer experience team. He went above and beyond to assist us. We had spent more time than expected shopping at Louvre Mall, and Asad kindly helped arrange a late check-out until 2pm, which made a huge difference to our overall experience. Overall, it was a seamless and enjoyable stay. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Foshan.

I had a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza Chao Zhou Riverside because of its strategic location for Guang Ji Qiao lighting show from my window. The staff were friendly and attentive, namely Miss Jenny Zhang, who served us promptly at the counter. Another guy, Mr Tom Fang,   took hiring and calling for the 'Didi travel' to and fro for our dinner. Moreover, Mr Jason Chen,who is the 值班经理 also acted friendly, deligent, helpful, and professional in his  services for our stay and tour. In fact, we appreciated it very much for such a warmth hospitality. Besides, the room was clean and conducive, and the facilities were excellent. We especially enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere here. Thank you for making our stay pleasant and memorable. We look forward to returning soon and introduce to friends and relatives as well.

Lobi hotel sangat besar, dan biliknya bersih, tenang dan selesa Anda boleh memasuki Xinghu Greenway dengan meleret kad anda. Saya telah menginap di banyak hotel pada tahun ini Untuk harga Hotel Wyndham, perkhidmatan yang disediakan dan membuat tetamu berasa seperti di rumah. Perkhidmatan berikut perlu diperbaiki: 1. Bilik terlalu jauh dari lobi, jadi sukar untuk keluar atau bawa pulang. Pada asalnya, robot menghantar makanan ke bilik, tetapi robot itu mungkin kehabisan kuasa kerana jumlah pelancong yang ramai di hotel pergi ke lobi untuk mengambil makanan sendiri. Anak saya berkata bahawa kakinya tidak tahan apabila dia memakai Crocs hotel untuk berjalan jauh untuk mengambil makanan. 2. Terdapat sedikit kemudahan hiburan sokongan di hotel Hotel ini menyediakan mata air mineral, tetapi tiada garis panduan atau tanda yang berkaitan, jadi kami tidak menikmati perkhidmatan ini lagi. 3. Pada harga ini, tidak ada buah selamat datang, yang tidak dijangka. 4. Sarapan adalah 98 yuan bagi setiap orang untuk tempat duduk tambahan Jumlahnya mencukupi dan terdapat banyak jenis tiada apa yang saya mahu makan”, yang sebenarnya benar. Itu suara saya. Four seasons is a beautiful hotel, looks like it’s just been recently refurbished and we enjoyed our stay here. The staff are very attentive and professional however their good service is compromised by the way they manage certain problems in hotel, specifically we were sold an upgrade “better view with breakfast” which ended up being an undesirable room that had structural pillars blocking the window in the bedroom, obviously we couldn’t take the room. We then had a decent room but the air con wasn’t working properly. Eventually we were moved to a room that worked and was worth the upgrade fee. For rooms with restricted views they actually should offer it as an option with complimentary extras to compensate rather than considering placing guests in such a room after selling them an upgrade!! It’s a rather problematic strategy on their part to sell such a room as an upgrade. We felt the hotel isn’t set up for breakfast quite as well as other high end hotels and for us it wasn’t worth the upgrade to include it.

因為深夜抵達，訂好房間直接聯繫了管家uki，溝通了房間需求，到酒店時一切都準備好了，非常滿意。但是有個小插曲，外賣小哥讓我們下樓拿外賣，長途奔波實在太累了想讓酒店送上來（酒店有這項服務，而且有送餐機器人），保安讓小哥通知我們聯繫前台，我們跟前台溝通好之後，左等右等沒等到，外賣小哥又來催我們，我們説放保安那兒吧，保安不給放，也不接電話，也不告訴小哥應該放哪兒，也不讓小哥放前台，不知道為什麼跟小哥槓上了，拒不溝通解決問題。我老公有點兒急了要下去看看，我説你別去了我去吧，喊了大堂經理一起。結果大堂經理的態度更讓我迷惑，他説他們沒有及時去取是因為他們剛剛接到電話，對於我的訴求表示明白，説外賣小哥跟保安應該是有些口角。但是沒有教育保安，而是給我上了一課，告訴我應該怎麼去符合酒店標準的訂外賣。我正常下單寫了房間號，最後還被教育了。酒店設施不錯，周邊景色及環境都可以，管家uki也非常好，明明不是她的錯一直表示抱歉。但是最近兩次入住大堂經理、服務人員、保安的服務都不專業，存在跟客人甩臉子、矛盾轉嫁、不提升自身服務而去要求客人的情況。

This is the hotel I stayed for business only. The lady cation is simply so convenience. There is a shuttle bus that take me to the new ferry station. By the way, they changed their TV, even though I don’t watch. They are imply up grading. Wishing a success to Hilton.

My recent stay at InterContinental Hotels ZHUHAI was nothing short of excellent. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with every detail thoughtfully designed to create a comfortable and luxurious experience. Overall, I was very satisfied with all aspects of my stay. The only slight disappointment was that the swimming pool had not yet opened, but this was quickly overshadowed by the exceptional service I received from the Guest Relations team. In particular, Irene deserves special recognition. She was attentive, considerate, and genuinely caring throughout my stay. From the moment we interacted, she made me feel valued as a guest, anticipating my needs and ensuring everything was handled seamlessly. Irene arranged a complimentary upgrade to a stunning sea-view room, which made my stay even more memorable. She also surprised me with a birthday cake, a gesture that was both thoughtful and heartwarming. Her professionalism combined with her personal touch truly elevated the entire experience, turning what could have been just a pleasant stay into something unforgettable. Thanks to Irene’s dedication and the hotel’s high standards, I left with wonderful memories and a strong desire to return. InterContinental Hotels ZHUHAI exemplifies true hospitality, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Zhuhai.
