The service here was top-notch. We did have a few problems though. The A/C doesn't allow you to go below 20C and there was no notice directing you not to do that. If you try to set the thermostat below, it just won't turn on. There was also a fake eyelash on the floor near the bed. Makes you question how clean the rest of the room is. Overall, it was a good experience and the customer service helped compensate for the other shortfalls.

My wife and I recently stayed at Wyndham Grand on 5/7-5/9 and would like to share our experiences and moments. We stayed at the Superior Lake View room and found the room very spacious and comfortable. The view from the balcony really worth the price. Swimming pool is magnificent. Also, we want to commend the front desk team, especially Miss Cara Yu for their outstanding service. From check-in to checkout, 小余 demonstrated remarkable professionalism and genuine warmth. She proactively provided personalized dining recommendations, sight seeing points marked on the map for us and reminded us about the weather change which was very heartfelt. Every staff member, from the front desk to the concierge and room service, was incredibly polite and patient. The hotel's charming marine theme was everywhere, even the toiletries were adorable. The room had excellent natural light. It's a very child-friendly hotel, thoughtfully equipped with a kids' toilet seat and a stepping stool for children, which was much appreciated. With Christmas approaching, the lobby was decorated with blue-light Christmas trees, blending the festive spirit perfectly with the ocean theme – great for photos! Room service was excellent, and the cleanliness was impeccable; it truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended! The hotel lobby has self-check-in machines, and check-out is a breeze – just drop your room card into the express check-out box, no waiting in line, which saves a lot of time. The hotel service is great, and the staff are warm and attentive. I will definitely be back again!

From the front desk service to the room details, you could really feel the hotel's dedication. **Thoughtful Service**: The front desk staff upgraded our room and gifted us a bottle of red wine as a birthday surprise. Their service was warm and attentive, with a constant smile, and the check-in process was efficient and smooth. **Comfortable Room**: The room was clean and tidy. The indoor hot tub was a highlight, and enjoying a hot spring bath with red wine in the evening created a wonderful ambiance. The mountain view from the window was expansive, and waking up to lush greenery when drawing the curtains in the morning was incredibly relaxing. **Family-Friendly**: The kids' club had a rich variety of facilities, and our 5-year-old had a blast, especially loving the role-playing area and the slides. He was even reluctant to leave at check-out. **Great Value for Money**: Whether it was the service, the environment, or the dining, it was all well worth the price. The overall experience was very satisfying, and we would definitely consider staying here again.

I originally booked for one day to see how the stay experience was. If it was not good, I was going to change it. Now there are so many hotels, so I renewed the reservation on the day of check-in. The environment was great, and the attentive service of the housekeeper Laura made me decide to continue living here. It was a great experience, which added points to the vacation. This is my fourth stay at the Swissotel Foshan this year, and the service quality is excellent! The hotel is centrally located, with a bus stop right downstairs and easy access to Zumiao subway station, making it very convenient for getting around. The front desk knew my daughter was returning and specially arranged for us to be on the same floor, making communication easier, and our room was upgraded – fantastic! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Now, I come almost every day for afternoon tea at Seasons Restaurant, truly experiencing the warm care provided by Swissotel. ❤️❤️

My stay at the Hilton began with a wonderful experience the moment I stepped into the lobby. The subtle, calming fragrance in the air, the genuinely warm smiles from the staff, and the elegant, sophisticated art decor instantly washed away my travel fatigue. The guest room was spacious and bright, with a captivating city skyline view from the floor-to-ceiling windows. Hilton's signature 'Serenity Bed' truly lived up to its reputation; lying on it felt like being enveloped by clouds, ensuring a night of deep, restful sleep. Every detail exuded quality: the clean, soft bathrobes, perfectly ambient lighting, and the smart control system – everything was designed for ultimate comfort. The dining experience was an absolute highlight! The breakfast selection was unbelievably extensive, from freshly made omelets to local delicacies, every dish was exquisite and delicious. Evenings at the Executive Lounge were particularly delightful; enjoying expertly crafted drinks amidst soft music, overlooking the city as the lights came on, was truly the most luxurious way to unwind during my trip.

A Reception staff (a male) was not conversant in English at all and I had to speak to another one who fortunately does speak a bit of English. Hotel facade is beautiful but lobby area was a bit underwhelming. Room was big and spacious and quality furnishing. But for such a big room only comes with one bed. Need to pay for an extra bed. Also what I find ridiculous is that room sleeps 3 persons but breakfast is only for 2. Similarly if room sleeps 2,breakfast is only for 1. This means you are “forced” to buy an additional breakfast. So ridiculous. No other hotel in the world does this, only China.

The room was clean and tidy. The location is great, right in the old town, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was fully intelligent, equipped with Xiaodu, a very advanced smart phone. They also provided us with free drinks. It was great! The environment was very quiet at night, perfect for sleeping!

Coming to Foshan to buy furniture, Sofitel was a must! I originally planned to stay two days, but ended up extending my stay daily because the furniture malls in Foshan are truly enormous, and two days simply isn't enough to explore them all. My top choice for Sofitel was first and foremost its location – it's the official hotel of the Louvre Furniture Mall, with the mall directly on the first floor. You step out of the elevator and start shopping! Secondly, it's about a 10-minute drive to other surrounding furniture malls. Thirdly, the hotel is very clean, and the restaurant is also very spacious and spotless. Special thanks to manager Jia Cong for upgrading me to a French luxury room! Five-star rating!
