The Wanda Jiangmen Hotel is a modern and well-maintained hotel with a very convenient location. The facilities are high quality and comfortable, suitable for business stays. The service was excellent throughout my stay, friendly, professional, and attentive. This was my first time staying here, but definitely not my last.

Pengalaman menginap di Hotel Starship adalah baik, dan kanak-kanak menyukainya. Ia mempunyai ruang istirahat VIP, taman permainan kanak-kanak, dan kafetaria kelasi -dalam adalah cekap dan penuh perhatian. Kanak-kanak Bekalan adalah mencukupi dan mempunyai persekitaran yang indah dan perkhidmatannya berada di tempatnya. Persekitarannya sangat bagus. Ia hanya 1 minit dari kapal angkasa dan boleh dilalui terus , infrastruktur dan pengangkutan di sekitarnya sangat lengkap dan mudah, kedai cenderahati boleh mendapat diskaun hebat dengan kad bilik, restoran bufet rasanya sangat enak, bufet sarapan pagi yang kaya dengan pelbagai, nisbah harga/prestasi juga bagus, sangat sesuai untuk ibu bapa dan anak-anak menginap di Hotel!

Close by the town attractions and eateries. Having a washers & dryers was a plus. The welcome drink Lo Han Quo was a plus for my dry throat. Our breakfast was a next door mom n pop store that cooked up nice dishes for us. The famous beef ball hot pot & Soon Kueh were very close by. The hotel needs reconsider to install strategic signages as Didi driver didn’t know where to drop us off or where it was located. We had to drag our luggages through the restricted area that’s not passable to cars. Overall, happy with our stay.

Hello, It is really hard to describe the matter of my disapointment with hotel. 1. Reception - checkinn and check out- was disaster, the personnel were slow (very easy telling), no body was interested in keeping at least minimal timing standards. We had to explain very basic information and do calculations for them, as they were too slow. We almost late for plane becuse of checkout process, we couldnt get our money from reserve. 2. Toilet in room, this smart toilet wasnt working propoerly (and caused a lot of inconvenience) and as i was in room only for sleep, i didnt even had time to coplaint about it. 3. Food on the breakfast was fatty

I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza Chaozhou and was very pleased with the service, especially from Jenny at the front counter. The team will greet you warmly at the lobby, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. Jenny is friendly and professional, always wearing a smile and patiently answering all our questions. She even remembered us at check-out and kindly helped us book a DiDi to the airport which we truly appreciated. The housekeeping service could use some improvement, but overall we were happy with our stay. Thumbs up to the team, and special thanks to Jenny for making our holiday wonderful.

My stay at Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou was truly memorable, even though it was just for one night. What stood out most was how attentive and thoughtful the team was. Before arrival, I mentioned that I hoped for a Canton Tower view, fully understanding that the room category did not guarantee it. To my surprise, they genuinely listened and managed to arrange a room with that view for us, which already set the tone for the stay. I also noted that we were celebrating our anniversary, and despite the short stay, the hotel went the extra mile with lovely in-room decorations, along with complimentary red wine and chocolates. These small but meaningful touches made the celebration feel very special. From the moment we stepped out of the car, the welcome was warm and sincere, and that level of hospitality was consistent throughout our stay. The staff were responsive, caring, and clearly attentive to guest needs. Overall, the level of service here is truly top-notch. This is hospitality done right, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional stay in Guangzhou.

因為深夜抵達，訂好房間直接聯繫了管家uki，溝通了房間需求，到酒店時一切都準備好了，非常滿意。但是有個小插曲，外賣小哥讓我們下樓拿外賣，長途奔波實在太累了想讓酒店送上來（酒店有這項服務，而且有送餐機器人），保安讓小哥通知我們聯繫前台，我們跟前台溝通好之後，左等右等沒等到，外賣小哥又來催我們，我們説放保安那兒吧，保安不給放，也不接電話，也不告訴小哥應該放哪兒，也不讓小哥放前台，不知道為什麼跟小哥槓上了，拒不溝通解決問題。我老公有點兒急了要下去看看，我説你別去了我去吧，喊了大堂經理一起。結果大堂經理的態度更讓我迷惑，他説他們沒有及時去取是因為他們剛剛接到電話，對於我的訴求表示明白，説外賣小哥跟保安應該是有些口角。但是沒有教育保安，而是給我上了一課，告訴我應該怎麼去符合酒店標準的訂外賣。我正常下單寫了房間號，最後還被教育了。酒店設施不錯，周邊景色及環境都可以，管家uki也非常好，明明不是她的錯一直表示抱歉。但是最近兩次入住大堂經理、服務人員、保安的服務都不專業，存在跟客人甩臉子、矛盾轉嫁、不提升自身服務而去要求客人的情況。

The service offered by the front desk staff and concierge was excellent, especially from two staff members, Summer and Allen. Both have outstanding service attitudes and are valuable assets to your team. With their kind hearts and genuine concern for customers, I will definitely recommend your hotel to my friends and encourage them to stay here again.

The location is in Gongbei area, but off from the main shops and markets. Great sea view though - HMZ Bridge looks great at night. Had a great steak at the Char & Grill Bar. Room was new and modern and service was prompt. Overall memorable stay.
