GGuest UserA very satisfying stay.
1. The front desk staff were excellent, very quick and professional with the check-in process.
2. The breakfast selection was rich, though at certain times it could get a bit crowded and require a short wait, but this was a minor issue.
3. The room was spacious, clean, and offered great views of Nagoya city. This definitely deserves a big thumbs up.
4. There's a convenience store just a 2-minute walk away, and Don Quijote is only 5 minutes away, which is incredibly convenient.
Every aspect of my stay was great, so of course, I signed up for a membership.

TTheGuestThe room is decently sized with a comfortable bed, and the friendly staff and convenient location made our stay great. However, do note that there are no baby amenities (e.g. baby toothbrush, baby shower gel, sponge, etc) provided. Also, for drivers, the parking lot closes at 10 PM, so you’ll need to be back by then. Since we were traveling with a toddler, the early closing time didn't bother us.

GGuest UserThe hotel is a 10-minute walk from the subway station, or a 1600 yen taxi ride from JR Nagoya. Although the hotel is a bit old, the facilities are very well-maintained. There's a drugstore and three convenience stores right downstairs, which is super convenient. It's also just a 10-15 minute walk to the shopping district, where you'll find Mitsukoshi, Matsuya, Parco, and other major brands all on the same street.

GGuest UserThis was my second stay at this hotel. Compared with my previous visit about 5–6 years ago, the facilities are starting to show their age.
The air conditioner was leaking water, and the bathtub drained very slowly. After just 2–3 minutes of showering, the water had already risen above my ankles, which was quite inconvenient.
Other than these maintenance issues, everything else was fine. I hope the hotel will consider improving these facilities, as I otherwise had a pleasant stay.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent. It's right in the Chunichi Building, which is directly accessible from Exit 13 of Sakae Station. You take the elevator from B1 up to the 24th floor for the hotel lobby. The room layout is great; you can fully open three large suitcases. There's an observation deck on the 7th floor where you can enjoy beautiful panoramic views of Nagoya's nightscape. To get to Mitsukoshi Department Store, you can use the underground passage and come out at Exit 16. The hotel is also very convenient for Nagoya Station, just two subway stops away. This will definitely be my top choice for my next visit to Nagoya.

CCooldayThe hotel is quite old but clean and provides good facilities. It’s located perfectly right next to the Nagoya station and in the same building as Meitetsu bus station. So it’s convenient to take a bus continuing to Takayama and other cities without any hassles. Many cafes and restaurants are underground and nearby buildings. I would really recommend this hotel for the stay in Nagoya.

It's right next to Matsuzakaya and Parco, which was handy for shopping when a typhoon hit Japan. The room was quite spacious for a Japanese hotel. I'd definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Nagoya!

EeppwywyThe room was spacious and well-equipped, meeting Marriott's standards. However, the service was quite mediocre, and the breakfast was truly unremarkable. I'd personally recommend booking without breakfast, as there are plenty of convenient dining options nearby. I had breakfast three times, and it was the same every day – limited variety and very average taste. The service was also just okay. I even left my hat behind when checking out, and no one bothered to call and ask about it, which definitely didn't meet my expectations for a five-star hotel.

NNovak001This was by far the most stunning hotel of our trip! As soon as we entered the lobby, we were captivated by the panoramic views of Inuyama Castle, and the surrounding scenery was perfectly integrated. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and well-designed, with every room offering a fantastic view. We were provided with three sets of sleepwear and yukata, which added a wonderful touch of ceremony – I especially loved the pure linen yukata! The Uraku-en Garden was exquisite; walking through it on a rainy day felt like stepping back into ancient times, truly moving.

XXiaozhuroubaoerThe facilities were a bit basic, plainer than I expected for a park hotel. The toiletries were quite simple. We booked the King theme, which was 200 yuan cheaper than the Pirate theme, but they felt pretty similar, with the same room layout and everything. The bunk beds were very narrow, only suitable for children under 10. No one informed us about the treasure hunt, and we almost missed it. There are very few dining and shopping options nearby, and even the vending machine items were much more expensive than in the city. Not great value for money. The kids loved it, though.
