單人房非常大好舒服 房間都清潔、提供嘅備品都好足夠 最正係個景可以睇全岡崎城、覺得真係值晒 美中不足係酒店應該有啲舊式少少 大浴場會有水氣、唔係睇得太清楚岡崎城 (不過房間睇到都已經好唔錯） 朝早可以落岡崎公園散步、睇吓花 酒店位置比較遠少少、所以要外出食嘢可能要行一段路去東岡崎站果邊嘢食會多少少

Pictures advertised don’t match up to what was received, filled in a booking for 2 adults and a child however the room was not made up in accordance to the picture showing 3 beds in the advertisement. When we asked they required a payment for this. When told they were misleading they very firmly advised “thank you for understanding. Sorry if you want the extra bed you have to pay” After reaching out to trip.com customer service they asked us to pay for the bed and would reimburse us. Bed was eventually made on our second day when it was previously a sofa. Hotel was unremarkable apart from being perfectly located in Nagoya station complex.

Excellent hotel with breathe taking view, amazing room, comfortable beds, good amenities and facilities. One of the better breakfast selection I have had in Japan. Room is spacious for Japanese standard, hence I feel value to money is great! Only downside is location, nothing around there, but you are only one stop away from Nagoya station. So overall experience is great and will return.

Hotel ini mempunyai reka bentuk novel, bilik-bilik bersih dan kemas, dan katil serta bantal sangat selesa. Terdapat banyak izakaya dan restoran berhampiran hotel, termasuk makanan laut panggang dan ramen Terdapat juga banyak kedai serbaneka seperti 7-Eleven Lawson yang sangat mudah. Tetapi ia agak jauh dari stesen, dan agak sukar untuk berjalan dari stesen ke hotel dengan bagasi anda.

酒店的服務員都很熱情！很用心的溝通服務！ 房間設施也很齊全了，床也夠兩個人舒舒服服的睡！ 走之前可以提前和前台溝通，讓他們幫叫taxi。 總之住下來一切都很滿意。

good location and quite convenient. hotel personell were really welcoming as well. however, I feel like the breakfast closes somewhat early, or perhaps I'm to used to that breakfast in european hotels closes at 10 instead of 9:30

It’s directly connected to the shopping street and a shopping mall the blue bottle cafe downstairs was awesome ! The view is breathtaking. I think the layout is a bit weird not too many space for storage other than that is perfect ! Didn’t have chance to try the sauna and breakfast but they look really good

This is my 2nd time to visiting this hotel. This time we stayed for 2 nights. The hotel location is not far from Nagoya station. Hotel breakfast is good . It's have Maguro and Nagoya Ramen( sashimen) , I like it Hotel staff give us for some gives when we check in.

Location is great just a few mins walk from Nagoya station. Hotel is good and the staff are all really friendly. The only concern was the equipment and the deco were not in their best condition. (Etc the air purifier did not work, kettle with missing cover)

Great hotel just a 10-minute walk from Chubu Centrair Airport and right next to the ferry terminal, with a lovely sea view from our twin room. The American retro style gives the place a very chill and cozy vibe. We stayed here for one night with two elderly family members after arriving late at the airport, and it was a very comfortable and convenient choice. The breakfast buffet was delicious — not a huge selection, but everything was high quality, which was perfect for a picky eater like me. I would happily stay here again.
