A pretty decent Onsen. Just that the staff couldn’t speak much English and we had a hard time trying to understand the dinner flow. And the amenities at the onsen bath are quite limited.

The hotel has excellent location, walkable to the main attraction. Food is nice. Room is spacious but hotel is a bit packed, in the lobby and onsen. Onsen is small and no views, not very sensual like other places.

母の喜寿のお祝いに利用させて頂きました。 お宿に入る前の外観から感動の連続です。 清潔感と癒しの和の雰囲気にあふれています。 お忙しかったのか受付までの時間が長かった様に感じましたがwelcome drinkで癒されました。 6階のお部屋へ行くには長い廊下、電動カート、ゴンドラ、階段があり77歳の母には辛そうでしたが、お風呂へ行く下りの時には既に楽しんでいて「慣れると気にならないね、でも1人では迷子だわぁ」と言いながらお散歩気分で歩いてくれました。 お料理も一つ一つこだわっていて味付けもちょうど良く母も喜んで楽しめました。男性陣のご飯のおかわりも対応してくれて、とにかく白ご飯から美味しいんです！ 食事に担当してくださった方の対応は素晴らしくお仕事という印象が無く心の豊かさを感じさせる心のこもったご対応にいっそう食事が美味しく楽しくなりました。 母の喜寿のお祝いのために紫のチャンチャンコまで用意して下さって、「喜寿のお祝いです」と伝えていなかったはずなのですがネット注文サービスのケーキのメッセージに「祝喜寿77」とした事でお気付きになりご用意してくださったのだと思います！凄い気配りですよね！ 一緒に行った兄弟たちも口を揃えて「また来たい！」と言ってくれて、何より母が始終笑顔で喜んでくれて、本当に川場温泉 悠湯里庵にして良かったと思いました。 心に残る素晴らしいお時間をご用意して頂き、心から感謝申し上げます。 ありがとうございました。

The staff were nice and helpful. The public bath was good with wonderful scenery and environment. Food was not that impressive but up to stand. The tel number shown on the website was found outdated. Better have it updated so that the travellers can call the resort direct to book free shuttle transfer from Karuizawa Station.

旅館位於伊香保溫泉石階最高點，房間能看到山下風景。雖然老舊，但仍然保養得唔錯，職員服務態度好，大堂有免付費咖啡，茶等飲品。因為沒有聽清職員介紹，去錯露天溫泉，真可惜。

Nice view on the Tone River from the window. Centrally located though a little far from the station.

Great services with transportation pick up from bus terminal, people so nice and do the best to support all the guest.

หากคุณเป็นชาวต่างชาติสิ่งสำคัญที่ต้องมีคือ เครื่องมือแปลภาษา เพราพนง.พูดอังกฤษไม่ได้ หรือสำเนียงเราฟังไม่ออก และเมื่อสื่อสารกันไม่ได้ ทำให้เค้ามีกิริยาที่ไม่พอใจใส่เรา (พนง.ไม่ยิ้มให้เราเลย90%) มีพนง.คนแก่ ที่ยิ้มแย้ม โดยเฉพาะพนง.รับจองกิจกรรมสกี 🤬🤬แย่สุด อาหาร ธรรมดา ไม่ได้หลากหลายหรืออร่อย ห้องพักสะอาด ห้องน้ำออนเซ็นพร้อมของใช้ ดีเลิศ สรุปคือ เพราะการสื่อสารที่ไม่ดีและพนง.ไม่มีความกระตือรือร้นในการแนะนำกิจกรรมหิมะ ทำให้ทริปของฉันจบด้วยน้ำตา😭😭 จากที่ตั้งใจจะมาเล่นกิจกรรมหิมะมากมาย กลายเป็นได้แค่เดินเล่น ปั้นหิมะ และนอนคลุกหิมะแทน ทริปหน้าคงไม่มาที่นี่แล้ว คงไปหาโรงแรมที่ยินดีต้อนรับคนไทยมากกว่านี้

It’s a bit hard to get to the hotel from bus terminal if u have luggage with u as it’s a downslope to get to the hotel. There’s also isn’t any lift in the hotel so we have to carry our luggage up to the second floor. We realised when we checked out that there’s actually locker for the luggage at the ground floor. There’s only one type of water in their public onsen which is kind of disappointing as we have high expectations since it is an onsen town. The onsen water however is good. We do feel some difference before and after onsen. There’s also free coffee & hot chocolate drinks right outside the onsen area. It would be better if there’s ice water in the onsen area as the water can get very hot & especially when there’s no cold tub there. The room however is spacious with comfortable bed. There’s also a foot bath located at the ground floor of the hotel right beside the breakfast area.
